Nasty toilettes staff sooo unfriendly took two days to get the rooms cleaned ran out off toilet paper and towels . Filthy rooms cockroaches in the bathroom. Avoid this hotel

Geht viel besser.

Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. Der Ausblick richtung Meer war sehr schön. Die Croissant beim Frühstück waren lecker.

Die Betten und besonders das Kissen war extrem hart, nach der ersten Nacht konnte ich nicht mehr darauf schlafen und habe es beiseite gelegt. Die Betten waren nicht sauber und nach einer Woche Aufenthalt wurden es nicht einmal gewechselt. Das Zimmer an sich war okay , aber auch hier war die Sauberkeit nicht vorhanden. Staub lag in den Ecken, Wände waren befleckt, Gardinen waren schmutzig. Das Badezimmer war ganz schlimm, der Türgriff komplett kaputt, die Toilettenbrille kaputt und ranzig, der Wasserhahn wurde nicht sauber gemacht & auch die Handtücher waren dreckig. Das Frühstück war okay , mehr als eine 5,5/10 hat es nicht verdient. Es gab keine Brötchen sondern nur aufgeschnittenes Baguette, kein Käseaufschnitt sondern nur Wurst. Die Croissant fand ich wirklich lecker, dass war auch das einzige was ich zusammen mit butter und Honig essen konnte und wollte. Ich als Vegetarierin konnte dort recht wenig essen. Zum Abendessen wurde uns ein Menü gereicht. 2 Vorspeisen , 2/3 Hauptgänge und 2 Desserts aus denen man Auswählen konnte. Auch hier wieder dass problem das man als Vegetarierin keine Auswahl hatte. Jeden Tag gab es Pizza , da hat sich nur der Belag geändert. Die Vorspeisen waren zusammen gewürfelte dinge die nicht zusammen gepasst haben. Auch das Dessert lies zu wünschen übrig. Ich muss aber sagen dass das Personal extrem nett und lieb war. Ich würde das Hotel nicht nochmal Buchen.

Habitacion enorme

La cama es comodisima y las habitaciones enormes.

Se nota que al hotel le han hecho una lavada de cara y está algo más modernos, pero todavía hay zonas algo anticuadas, la piscina está verde y no se puede hacer uso de ella. Se escucha mucho la calle y la discoteca

Tres bon séjour compte tenu du prix et de la situation de cet établissement.

Belle chambre, spacieuse, confortable. Bonne decoration, le balcon et le petit refrigerateur.. La salle de bain aussi est agreable, assez grande et une douche faacile a utiliser

A cause de sa situation, nous ëtions dérangés par une musique tres forte provenant sans doute des clubs d'a coté, bien que la porte a coulisse du balcon soit a double vitrage, ce qui a un peu absorbé le bruit. Selon les jours cette musique s arrete entre minuit et 2 heures du matin La salle bain manque un peu de maintenance. Une douche un peu roullée, les toilettes qui coulent...

Prijs kwaliteit prima, Leuke dame bij de receptie die ons eerder liet inchecken omdat we te vroeg waren. Personeel bij het zwembad waren ook heel vriendelijk. Dus prima hotelletje.

The location is quite good, next to many bars/clubs if that's your scene. McDonald's across the road and plenty of places to eat. It's around 5 to 10 minutes walk from the beach. The bathroom and bedroom was decent sized. The shower was great.

The fact that the bed sheets had stains on them and they never changed the bedding unless asked. They would just neaten the bed. The staff on arrival was not welcoming. Give us only one room card between 3 of us. They never directed us to our bedroom or showed us where the lift was. The majority of the staff were nice tbh. I wouldn't personally use this hotel again however you pay for what you get. The price was cheap as chips so I can't really complain. Didn't really use the pool but the area is quite nice to sit and relax. There was no iron in the hotel which was annoying and had to pay to use the safe!

The staff where incredibly friendly and helpful. The reception desk, the barman by the pool and the maid and clerk where all polite and friendly

We booked a family suite as it was available on booking.com when we arrived this was not available so we had to have 2 seperate rooms splitting us up. The sheets smelt as did the rooms in general. There were also stains on the sheets. The shower was broken and promptly fell on top of me. I managed to secure it back on the wall but it was a temporary fix. The beds where also very uncomfortable. Breakfast was very limited and the juice tasted of squash. I'm very disappointed as we where looking forward to a comfortable stay after driving from marrakesh.

Good, but not perfect..

Very Good Activities to participate in, Beds were ok but some thing could have been better.

Breakfast wasn't that enjoyable since every was cold except for the Mesman and croissants but yeah it wasn't that great for room service and sleeping since it did get really loud at night due to the night club next to them.

The personnel was helpfull whenever we had problems

When we arrived at the hotel we were assigned to a different room than we booked. Our room suppose to have a garden view, the room we got had a parking/ street view. We wanted it changed as the street outside was busy and the balcony door did not close properly. When we asked about it, person at the reception quickly sorted it out for us. They said that the room we booked had two 1 persons bad, that is why they gave us another room. It was not true. When we entered the room it had a double bed. The earlier mentioned garden view was more view on the neighbors fence. It was not the end of our room issues, at night we realized that the airco was leaking. In the morning whole room was covered in water. Luckily it was quickly fixed. The room seemed clean at first, but it wasn’t. There was a sigaret in the sink, under the bad side table were clipped nails and the duvet had only cover on one side (considering the sanitary standards of that place I don’t think they change it to often). DISGUSTING! Hotel offeres a room service but if you want to order something you need to go to the restaurant on your own… so not really a room service. The restaurant at the hotel is also a joke, snackbar at the swimming pool has more on the menu. Then on the second day of our stay, after we came back from our walk around the city we could not enter the room. So we went back to the reception and they were again quick to fix it the problem for us. But already at this point we started to get a feeling that we spend more time at the reception trying to fix all those issues than in our room.

Rude Reception Staff Made us wait 2 hours to check in. Unable to Sleep Door Banging Shut really loud, Loud Music from Bedroom upstairs. absolutely no sound proofing at all.

Hamilton does not function as a hotel should

Employ department supervisors/ managers Bedroom laundry delivery to rooms in pm Reception unhelpful with room change request due to excessive noise, but was done after insisting Dogs in room 403 barking on balcony all during night, receptionist told me “not possible we do not take dogs in room” Elevators dirty Staff not in uniform, indifferent, not adequately trained Etc

For the price of the hotel (£32/night), the service received is fair. See below for further details. Positive aspects of my stay: - Excellent location. - Friendly housekeeper (Woman). - Modern air conditioning units that function extremely well. - These were probably installed within the year. - Comfortable mattress.

Thing’s that could’ve been improved: - Cleanliness of the rooms. - This is clearly due to lack of cleaners. There’s one woman doing all the rooms within the hotel. A very large workload. - Lack of overall service/maintenance to increase level of aesthetics and visual friendliness. - WIFI is basically nonexistent in the rooms, although works well in the lobby. ~ This might have been the case as we were allocated the furthest room in the corridor. - Customer service and overall help at reception desk is bad. - Asked for a bowl and the worker (man) responded with ‘we don’t have one’ in an abrupt manner. This was done with minimal effort to look at me (resumed typing on his PC). - Shower water pressure is very weak. - No clothes cleaning services.
