Great Weekend Base.

The Sloane Sq hotel could not be better for location, in the heart of the fashionable Chelsea and Kings Road and a pleasant stroll up to Kensington, South Kensington, Hyde Park and Knightsbridge. Very welcoming team and reception area. The London Tube (Circle and District) Station is over the road and plenty of London Buses will get you around quickly. The Room was just what we wanted, it was tight but we knew that. Usual facilities on offer.

It was all good so pass on this point.

Great locations and rooms nice and light filled and clean. Comfortable bed

Water was turned off without notice before we were due to head to a wedding so we were unable to shower. Bathroom sewage seemed to have a bad smell

Very good

I like the neighborhood and that the hotel is very close to everything. The room was a bit small but for that weekend it was fine. The most I like it was the location, pretty close to all my favorite restaurant e and street (Elisabeth street)

The hotel was a lovely stay! Has the potential to be a memorable stay

I liked how central the hotel is from everything I needed, the modes of transport are easily accessible be it underground, bus or Uber. Theres also lots to see see and explore around Sloane Square from high end establishments to departments to their lovely market just a walk away from the hotel.

I didn't like the breakfast at the hotel, I think for an establishment of that nature and for the prestige feel the hotel gives, serving a cold breakfast leaves much to be desired. I would rather stay at the hotel but not pay for breakfast. I also encourage the staff members to clean the snacks in the room. As clean as the rooms are its the small things that can be extremely off putting, having dust on your crisps is extremely disappointing.

Excellent location and very comfortable hotel

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the shower was superb. Staff were very friendly and helpful, Location overlooking Sloan Square was perfect for us.

Rooms and especially the bathroom were small but that has to be expected ion Central London

Perfect stay in great neighbourhood

The "small rooms" are in effect small but very well set up allowing for comfort. Decoration was cozy and nice. Room was quiet. And the location... could not be better.

Electric sockets had contact problems and could be renewed. Room service via "Cote" restauraunt lacked simple meal options after 5 pm and phone call was not working.

Location was perfect for the subway and all of the activities we had planned. Very friendly and helpful staff and the hotel restaurant was perfect. Food and staff were lovely.

never disappointed, always coming back

definitely prime location and excellent staff, always ready to satisfy needs or questions I asked for a small double room because I had to spend just one night, the size was small but I did not expect much more I have been at least four times at the hotel, and I have never been disappointed

the hotel needs more places for passengers willing to stay inside I believe that a person (doorman or bell boy) is needed to help people going upstairs with luggage

We had to upgrade our room, because the small one was impossible.

Breakfast buffe was very poor. Fruit and vegetable looked as if they were leftovers from yesterday. Very limited selection. No eggs, meat not tempting at all. We asked to have two separate quilts instead of one maxi. We got two maxiqilts. Staff were not dressed in a fresh way. You could not tell the difference between a staff and a customer. We asked for information on Gatwick Express. They said there was no strike that day. What they did not know was that the station was closed for renovation. They were not updated.

Central and perfect for a couple of nights stay.

Clean and comfortable beds . Very central with district and central lines a few minutes walk away.

Breakfast only machine for the coffee and the . The coffee is not drinkable.

The reception staff were very good and helpful and accomodating and welcoming and the breakfast team were 10/10

We had a standard double at first and this was very old fashioned and not really clean and needed a big update , so we changed to a much better room that was great - I think they need to sell old rooms and sell new rooms .. but great location and reasonable value

Great stay at a sweet hotel in a quite area

The hotel was in a quiet area, close to sloan square train station, 2 minutes walk. it was pleasnt to walk aroudn the area and it was clean and not to busy,

The only problem we had was the water pressure in the shower, a bit on the low side, but other than that, I cant complain

okish. chose the hotel after a previous stay there. however, disappointed this time. tired hotel.

room smelt fousty- coming from bathroom. noisy people in the surrounding rooms. drilling noises from renovations in the morning. no power source next to bed for phone charging. mini fridge did not refrigerate.

Location is fantastic Staff very friendly and helpful Welcome glass of fizz on arrival (NYE)

Coffee machine did not work *though when I reported this the staff went out of their way to bring me a coffee in the evening and morning which was very much appreciated. Bathroom was tired and not at all clean; understand it being tired but no excuse for lack of cleaning. Pillow was very hard and uncomfortable but this is personal preference. Bed is tiny (we are average height) Shower is tiny (we are average size)
