Family short stay

The location was great, the staff were supportive and welcoming trying to do everything possible to make sure you have a great stay. The coffe machine was not working and they replaced it immediately. Would definitely recommend it and come back

Smell from the bathroom due to drains issues they had. Pricing need to be revisited.

Clean, convenient, comfortable, luxury. It does not get any better.

Everything was perfect. They reached out to us prior to arrival to coordinate timing. They were so kind and easy to communicate with and were very accommodating. We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment and absolutely loved it. This apartment was not missing a thing. Hotel luxury with home-like comfort. We are a family of 5 ( 3 kids) and we plan on revisiting. The day of departure we were notified that our flight was canceled and luckily they were able to provide us with a different apartment for that night. It was smaller but it still fit us comfortably. We were so grateful that they even helped us in such a pinch of time. The location was also exceptional, just a few steps to Harrods, a nice lively walkable area with food and cafes around. This was our first trip to London but most definitely will not be our last and I would absolutely want to stay at the same place when I return.

Literally nothing could have been better! The place was exactly as pictured online and had everything we wanted and more. No one in my family had any complaints.

Just wonderful!

The units were spacious, clean , and had all of the amenities! Great location!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay & the place is great. The only issue is that we have a family of five which is fine , since the couch had a bed, but they charge an extra 50 per day. Guess it’s policy, I’m just not sure why. Especially since we did not ask to have it converted back to couch daily.

Great property, in great condition, with comfortable beds and very friendly staff

The staff was very friendly, and accommodated our check-in requests. The two-bedroom apartment was very clean and up-to-date, and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the location, from which it was very easy to travel around London. The staff cleaned the apartment daily, and it was always nice to come back to a clean apartment at the end of the day.

Very nice place .

Location,enough space to accommodate everyone.Very comfortable beds .

Downstairs bathroom has unpleasant smell,must be coming out from pipes. I didn’t like the way I was reminded about the check out time,I was well aware of that and didn’t planed to extend my stay mischievously by staying a few hours longer.It’s a hotel.

Over night family stay

Nice, clean and modern. Great location. Good size bedrooms, comfy beds, lots of natural light, nice clean bathrooms with under floor heating. Friendly and helpful staff, always available on WhatsApp and on hand 24 hours a day. Good security system. Plenty of amenities to use, especially in the kitchen. Nice touch with breakfast essentials already in the fridge for you ready to use. Kid friendly, travel cot in the master bedroom to use and went for the birthday bundle which included a lovely cake for my daughter, ballon’s and soft drinks.

Steps up to the front door. Very small and tight lift. The apartment is quite small compared to the pictures online which make it look bigger. No sound proofing so you can hear everything going on outside, can get noisy with loud cars driving past, music playing and people shouting. No decent full length mirrors in the room. No decent channels on the TV, only free view, should have sky sports or something at least for a high end establishment. No leeway on check out time at all, check in is at 3pm but check out is 11am? Surely 4 hours to clean a room isn’t necessary?

The location was amazing, right next to the underground. The apartment was perfect for family of 5. The staff were amazing and very kind to us. Anna and all the other staff were so kind to everyone and answered all of our questions with lots of patience and professional.

Luxury large apartment with excellent location and service

Extremely well appointed apartment with plenty of space for us all. The location is perfect for all the key attractions in the West End and Hyde Park is within a few hundred metres. The service from Sarah and Anna was superb, very friendly and most helpful. Highly recommended!

Modern luxury in Knightsbridge

The location of the property is excellent and the building is new and designed in a modern and luxurious way. The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and well designed. There is a lot of attention to details by the staff who are extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Particular thanks goes to the manager in charge, Sarah, for always going the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
