Location was nice and pleasant; hotel was also just a short walk from many key sites we wished to visit
- Housekeeping was the main area requiring improvement; body wash was left completely empty on our first night; staff replaced our towels and floor towels by piling them on the working chair (although we didn't even ask for them to be replaced)
- On the last night a huge piece of tile under the sink also fell out

La chambre était très agréable avec vue mer.
L'emplacement parfait, proche du centre tout en étant au calme, petit plus, etre aux portes du musée Moderne et entouré de bernaches.
Une salle de sport pourrait être un vrai plus, notamment les jours où le temps est pluvieux

Sehr schönes und grosszügiges Zimmer. Nordisch eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht. Alles sehr praktisch. Sauber, bequeme Betten, tolles Badezimmer. Sehr leckeres Frühstück mit hoher Qualität an Speisen. Nettes Personal. Tolles Gebäude mit vielen schönen Details. Definitiv zu empfehlen!

We loved being a short stroll from the city. The location is peaceful but within easy walking to the centre. The room was very nice and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Staff were extremely helpful and nice. It was a magical trip !

Le cadre au milieu de l'île, entouré d eau et de neige...calme et féerique avec le bateau juste devant l'hôtel pr rejoindre le centre

Pas grand chose...peut être le manque d espace commun en hiver pour se poser en revenant des ballades, au delà du restaurant

Frukosten var som alltid superbra! Läget är ju fantastiskt och orsaken till att vi Alltid bor där. Byggnaderna från 1697 är ju unika, då utgjorde de dagens Finland en del av det svenska riket.
65:an kunde gå ännu lite senare på kvällen (men tyckte det bara pga kylan kl 22.44) men f ö är den bra.

The location is excellent, quiet and the ferry and bus bring you everywhere; Breakfast was excellent and the possibility to have breakfast on the terrace/in the garden was wonderful.
The lunch/dinner menu is limited to a couple of courses which is a pity for those who are staying for a longer period.

Excellent location, very quiet, spotlessly clean modern bedroom/bathroom, very comfortable bed, fantastic breakfast, helpful staff.
There wasn't an inside Bar, if you wanted to have a Drink you had to sit outside, and if the Bar was shut you had to queue up at Reception and see if they could assist you (very strange).

Location! Quite, without any noises of the city but still within a short walking distance to the city center’s. “Musigt” (cozy), nice room and good breakfast. Wonderful garden with views of the city and the fjord.

It is on a beautiful island within walking distance to many locations in the city. Lots of places to sit and lounge in the park setting of the hotel. The breakfast is excellent and our dinner was very good.
Very unusual sink, not great for doing laundry but worked perfectly for washing hands and brushing teeth.

Beautiful hotel on a quiet 'Island' in the middle of Stockholm. The perfect place to relax and to explore Stockholm from. The staff made all our restaurant reservations with a smile and great personal suggestions. It worked out perfectly and made our weekend.
The hotel is renovated and decorated with respect to its monumental origin and scandinavian style. Having said that, in my opinion a sophisticated use of some colour would bring more warmth and class to the room. I would also opt for less design and more usability in choosing a bathroom sink. Especially, because the bathroom was overall clean, but not spotless.

Bed in a Standard room for a couple was to small (1,40m). Some of the furniture was old…

Just the bed in front of the bedroom window was strange as it nice to sit and look the water and view. The bathroom was also poorly designed the sink useless with the pebble sink and the shower splashed all over the room when it was used. Very soft pillows also we needed to pad out with towels to make them firmer.

We have given a disabled room although we did not ask for it! I requested a double bed however we had two single beds in the room. Gym facilities were very very week. Was expecting more from a 4 star hotel.

Very nice hotel in a beautiful and quiet place yet very close to the rest of the city.
Our room was fantastic, spacious, and very nicely decorated.
The Byredo products are the cherry on top of the cake !
