Great location to get to from freeway. Nice size rooms with large bed and sofa. Enjoyed the spa bath!

Location for us was perfect , room was spacious and comfortable although it was a little dark but was quiet.
Restaurant was very good, I highly recommend you try it.
We stayed for one week, a small kitchenette with no cutlery or crockery to have snacks . ( for a cheese platter)
We called if they could bring a knife a plate and they wanted to charge a delivery fee.

The suite was lovely. The furniture was comfortable and had everything we needed.
I really like that it is a smaller hotel.
The pool is great.
Ridiculously easy parking.
There's not really anything we didn't like

Location was fantastic, secure parking and lovely foyer entrance
Extremely hard to communicate with staff. Friendly but clearly inexperienced. Restaurant food was very average and overpriced. Recommend eating elsewhere. Wanted to go for a swim before checking out but pool was closed for cleaning, instead of doing before or after pool opening hours. Requested invoice upon checkout. Had to contact them several times to get one. Finally received one three weeks later. Was charged twice for room due to inexperienced desk staff upon booking in, then had the hassle.of proving it and waiting for money to be returned. Kept having to follow up, as communication was poor.

The room was spacious, clean and well presented. The location was close to where we went for dinner. The bed was comfy for my partner but needed to be a bit harder for me. I would have liked to stay another night.
There were a few things, the entry lights kept flicking on & off, the bathroom has no fan and the lift is extremely slow. I know that is a bit picky but it didn't stop us enjoying a night away from home.

I live in Perth and recently had a one-night stay with my family on 28.01.2023 for a staycation.
Here's my detailed review:
Room: The room was clean, equipped with a comfortable bed and pillows, and had all the necessities, offering great value for money.
Spa: The spa experience was truly excellent, adding a touch to our stay.
Outdoor Pool: The outdoor pool was a highlight, especially for families with children, providing a fantastic recreational space.
Breakfast: The breakfast included a traditional hotel spread with American and continental choices, which were quite enjoyable.
EVERYTHING ABOVE exceeded our expectations.
However, I must express some concerns about the restaurant's dinner service. The food quality was merely average, but more notably, the one-hour wait for every table was unacceptable. One table grew frustrated with the slow service and left with complaints. It's not fair to blame the poor hall staff, who had to handle the complaints. I sincerely hope the restaurant manager recognises the need for the kitchen to operate more efficiently or considers adjusting the menu to reduce production and delivery times.
As things stand, had it not been for the restaurant experience, I would readily give the resort a solid 5-star rating. Unfortunately, due to the restaurant's dinner service shortcomings, I can't rate the overall experience higher than this

Spa filled quickly. Good water pressure.
Ordered steak for tea, Medium Rare. Really chewy but it was cooked properly which indicates a cheap cut of meat ($45). Terrible. Vegetables consisted of olives, some capsicum and a little zucchini. It was horrible. But the mashed potatoes were ok. The rest was garbage. People slamming doors all night in the hall. Road noise was bad.

The rooms were spacious
It was dirty. When room service came to do up the room - they left the fridge open and as we were gone most of the day food and drinks inside got ruined. I still do not understand why they went into the fridge in the first place. They also did not make any of the beds. They replaced the towels, emptied 1 of the bin (leaving others over flowing). The breakfast was mediocre. Food was cold and not very appetising. Overpriced for what we received. The staff were not friendly either.

I ordered room service pork with broccolini. Paid $40 and there was no broccolini. The room was quite cold on arrival

Spa bath not cleaned/disinfected after each use, the water was okay until I turned jets on and it wasn’t clean.
