Unfortunately, my stay at this facility was a disappointment. I lost a valuable watch during my stay, and despite seeking help, the staff did not show sufficient concern. Additionally, my emails to the hotel were not responded to. I would advise future visitors to this facility to take extra care of their valuables

Everything about it. The style, the comfort, the accessibility, the location, even the smell.
We visited the restaurant on the second floor and found the staff to be a bit impersonal. While the hostess informed us about limited availability in the main dining area, we weren't made aware of any seating options in the bar area. A warm welcome and some information about alternative seating would have greatly improved our experience.

Location and service was great. Bed was comfortable and shower/bath amazing.
Restaurant recommendation sheet was really helpful.
Blackout shades were fantastic. Room was quiet and very clean
Ability to use streaming services missing from TVs. Seating for breakfast at peak times or for egg station was sometimes quite long

Great facilities for our mini vacay. Quietness, surprisingly in a busy city like Tokyo. And spotlessly cleaned. Beds were so comfortable best sleep I have had for awhile.
Maybe they could have done with more staff on concierge desk in morning rush. We were waiting for a bit to get umbrellas.

Large room. But bed and linens were subpar
Location- too far from center of Tokyo. We spent a fortune on cabs

Clean and good smelling lobby.
Everhthing seems rather overbooked. Restaurants all need reservations. I dont encounter this in other countries.

The breakfast is not as exciting as in other Japanese hotels

The hotel offered a free shuttle to the heart of shinjuku and that was the best part of my stay.
Everything else. I paid for their executive tower suite but the bathroom is exactly the same as their regular room which was tiny. The service staff made sure to point out that I made my booking via booking.com and not through their direct website. Thus I could not request for simple things. Made me feel like I was lesser of a guest.

Location and access to subway were good.
Feeling its age and could do with a refurb to justify the price and keep up with other 5-star international hotels.

Location of the Hilton Tokyo hotel in Nishi-Shinjuku, the heart of Tokyo's business, shopping and entertainment district, is very convenient. Hotel runs a complimentary shuttle between the hotel and Shinjuku station. Hotel offers excellent choices for the breakfast though limited options for the vegetarians, which can be improved. Staff of the hotel are very cooperative, friendly and helping.
Room rate is very high compared to similar hotels in nearby locations. Surprisingly, the hotel does not credit the points to Hilton Honour account if the booking has been done using the websites such as Booking.com. I think, that restriction should be removed.

very good hotel in good position
rooms were on the small side and the bathroom was very small

The location is situated around 1km away from the busy streets of Shinjuku. It’s right beside a university medical area, it’s pretty quiet with a few ambulance sirens. They provide free shuttle bus to Shinjuku Station every 20 minutes and back again to the hotel.
The breakfast is just standard, the pool is very small (I think it only fit 4 people). Usually for Japan hotels, they provide with a good amount of Soaps and Shampoos, but the room we get gives us small bottles of soaps and shampoos, so for the 4 of us staying in the suite room, we have to call everyday for more.

Largest room in Tokyo for that price range
Super large bed
Great view, lots of light (which can also be an issue, read cons)
Perfectly clean, classy transparent bathroom
Incredible staff service, I got sick and they managed to find a clinic super quick (my japanese friends spent hours on phone and couldn't find one) Saved my trip to Okinawa, a million times ありがとうぎざいました
No balcony or even a window you can open, lacks of fresh air
Old style curtains, they don't close that good so if you're a light sleeper lilke me expect to be awaken by light at 5.30am
