It’s very clean and nice they replaced everything that was missing every day The shower and bathtub were luxurious 5 stars plus plus But unfortunately it took place from the room itself - couldn’t really open my large suitcase anywhere The breakfast was good Very quiet

Not enough space in the room No fitness center Wifi had issues very bad connection

Nightmare

Sadly, absolutely nothing. Terrible place.

It is the very first time that, regrettably, I wrote such a bad review. During our stay we decided to prolong our stay by few hours before our flight. We were informed that late check out is not possible so we need to but another full night at the hotel - which is understood. I was frank with the personel saying that this is just for few hours more before the flight. It seems they took advantage of that as I was informed that the extra stay shall be 200% of the previous rate we paid (sic!). The information was provided on ‘take it or leave it basis’. Again, this is fine and we suck it up. Next day when we went down for breakfast we were informed that within the above price the breakfast is not included so we have to pay additional 4,000 Yen. I had to go back from the restaurant back to the reception to ask for breakfast coupon. I asked to add it to my bill to be paid at the check out. I was informed that I need to pay it upfront (a bit hostel style). When I said I did not expect that the breakfast was not included (we were not informed about that once we were making this 200% extra payment) I left my wallet in the room and I am happy to pay at the check out. The receptionist told me ‘ok but this is the last time’ - I almost felt like a schoolboy :D Finally, on another occasion, as you need to use the card to get to the elevator and my wife was already in the room, I went to the reception to ask for additional card. The lady told me that she will walk me to the room but no additional card available. When I insisted I had to fill in a form where I had to indicate the reasons for an additional card. Finally, there was no cleaning service in our room - actually, I do not bother but I know that this may be important for some people. In a nutshell, we feel scammed with a place which is more a rude hostel.

Great location, cleanliness, courtesy of the personnel, good value for money

Location was great, in a very quite and elegant area and close to the Metro station. Rooms are of a good size considering the standard of Tokyo. Very good breakfast at the Hearth restaurant. Hotel very clean.

Perfect stay/Base for Tokyo trip

Perfect stay/base for your Tokyo trip ! It’s conveniently located close to shinjuku (just one subway stop away (Nishi Shinjuku), there’s a good restaurant close by called. johnathans, must visit the shinjuku chuo park which is at walking distance ! Rooms are well sized (for Japan standards), staff is extremely helps and courteous, couldn’t recommend it more! Loved our stay !

In a good location in Shinjuku but not in the middle of the madness and close to 2 metro stations. Really lovely staff. Nice bathrooms and great shower!

Perfect for couples or solo travellers who want a comfortable and clean base.

Lovely clean hotel with free amenities in the room and reception area. Convenience store at the back of hotel and super friendly and helpful staff. Close to transport links.

It’s a bit of a walk from the main area of Shinjuku but we actually liked this. Just bear in mind that it’s a bit of a walk to the centre.

Ottima alternativa a Tokyo, buona posizione e servizi!

Hotel ben curato e in posizione ottimale a Tokyo. Metro a 5 min di cammino. Colazione abbondante e internazionale (oltre che giapponese). 7 eleven raggiungibile direttamente dall'interno dell'hotel per un massimo comfort. Staff parla inglese molto bene ed è gentilissimo.

Lovely hotel , would recommend

The hotel is well located and offers a lovely reception area with access to top up in room extras eg coffee, tea, body lotion etc. Staff were friendly, short walk to get to by Airport Limousine Bus drop off.

The bed against the wall, but I knew this when I booked. Tip, ask for an upgrade at book in. A couple we met downstairs had their room upgraded to a much larger size for only an extra $55 AU per night. Would be well worth the spend.

El desayuno era muy variado y apto para personas europeas. Además, la habitación tenía todos los enseres necesarios para la ducha y poder desmaquillarte. La ubicación era expectacular, con un 7eleven en la planta -1 por si necesitas algo. Tienen muchísimos detalles. Es una maravilla.

Early check in not possible (only from noon), no gym in hotel. Small room size but standard for Tokyo.

Lovely hotel in Nishi-Shinjuku

Quality for price is amazing, close to subway stations but at the same time quiet and far from the chaos

Very positive experience!

Location was great, especially for those exploring Shinjuku/Shibuya. Very vibrant nightlife. The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Stayed in a standard double room -- non-smoking. My husband and I thought the room was a perfect size for us. This is not always the case being an American traveler in Japan, as Japan's hotel rooms are much smaller.

Good value for money, great rest

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was exceptional. Thoughtful details in the room. Good breakfast in the restaurant located downstairs. Nice amenities for guests in the lobby (small body cream, tea, coffee, etc.) Close enough to a metro station and to several restaurants and other large hotels.

Staff were correct but not friendly. The room was rather small, with one side of the bed stuck on the wall, which made it difficult to get in or out. Not enough space for suitcases, nor for clothes in drawers.

Perfect stay for first timers in Tokyo!

The place is sooo clean, staff are lovely and flexible! The whole place was a vibe, comfy and lovely!

The property is a small walk from public transport, which is no big deal!

此次因為訂錯行李日期 ,請櫃台幫忙用日文溝通, 有幫忙解決到問題, 真的很優秀,飯店櫃檯人員英文很好完全沒有日文口音.

樓下就有7-11所以可以自然醒不用訂早餐也很好喔

Hotel was well located, clean and plenty of free things on offer. Staff also very helpful and friendly.

Lovely, pleasant staff and yummy food!

Clean and well designed to make use of a small space. Bed was very comfortable and amenities were of a high quality. Good buffet breakfast. Lovely and helpful staff It was such a lovely surprise to see that the hotel staff had gifted us a rose to celebrate our anniversary :)

We overheated in our room even though we had the air con on all night (could only cool to 19c). Room was small but in keeping/standard for a Japanese hotel room. About a 5-10 minute walk to the train station and about a 15 minute walk to the main part of Shinjuku.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Tokyo

Our room was very clean and well prepared. It was a small room but it was comfortable. Wifi was good. A very nice hotel in the heart of Tokyo. Thanks to your housekeeping staff for their hard work. A hotel is only as good as their housekeeping staff!!

Excellent. Had a nice stay.

The room was excellent & spacious. My 3 y.o daughter had a blast stay at the hotel. They basically provided all we needs. The bus stop & train station is very close with the hotel.

The location is not in the main location for tourist. But still okay if you look for a quite area. Just one stop from Shinjuku train station.

Perfect location, with a clean and friendly hotel.

Location was great, and really close to the train station. Staff were incredibly friendly, and room service was great. Room was also bigger than I had expected.
