the swimming pool, the rooms are big, clean and comfortable. There are 3 restaurants in the Hotel and the food is delicious. The staff is friendly and supportive.

Best staff, very beautiful views 👌

Breakfast was excellent with long hours and wide variety
The border agent that they recommended charged us 35 USD per person for the border crossing and taxi to/from the hotel ( less then 10 min drive). We were 4 people so a total of 140 USD.
Although I asked him before the trip fork the total cost, He ‘forgot’ to mention that there will be an extra charge of 19 Jordanian dinar per person if we stay in jorden for only two nights.
I didn’t like the last minute at the border surprise and thought that it should have been covered by the high cost per person we paid.

This is a spectacular hotel. We were in a premium room with a view of the Red Sea and it lived up to expectations. The room was fabulous, the staff were incredibly helpful. The pools were wonderful, as were the bars and restaurant. One minor issue (bath/shower mixer tap was stuck) was fixed within an hour. The beds were comfortable, although they werent the best I have ever been in so certainly no complaints but it got a smile rather than a big smile! It was so nice, we didnt leave the hotel, although next time we would venture into Aqaba itself which looked nice.
Nothing we didnt like. I would love to return!

i wish they had a regular bidet inside the rooms. plus the public washrooms in the hotel do not include bidets. which is very annoying. the hotel is too expensive

Everything was perfect, we enjoyed every moment with our baby!
I can comment on the cleanliness of the facilities (beach, the pools, etc..) and the tasty food at the restaurant etc... but the ones who make out stay memorable and restfull is the staff, so kind, attentive , helpful and very friendly!

like any fancy resort, it has all
the amenities - probably the best resort in all of Aqaba
the staff can really be trained to be better - it was unbelievable to me (someone who has stayed in such resorts all over the world) that the hotel doesn’t have basic first aid - I asked for a band aid on the first day (since I hurt myself while diving) and was told the hotel does not have it and I can ask for a ice bucket instead - I stayed 3 nights and not once did they try and source it locally - I needed up buying a box from the local market myself and then left it for them to use for other guests if the need arises.
also, while I totally understand that the resort has a no outside food / drink policy (as is the case in most such hotels) but combing through your stuff every-time a guest comes from outside holding a bag is just rude - a guest staying in a resort like this understands these rules and the hotel personnel really don’t need to open and check the guest’s bag pack each time I walk into the hotel - if the concern is so big and is a security issue, then run it through the x ray machine (rather than making a guest stand at the hotel entrance while the security personnel goes through each pocket of your bag / handbag)

Overall all , I will NOT stay in this hotel again if they don’t improve their hygiene level & their keenness for details. When you pay high price 5• , this is what you expect. Managment arrogance is to blame . Very Disappointing experience.
Location & Breakfast although kept the same

Well designed hotel finished to a very high standard.
For a 5☆ hotel staff were found wanting. Paying premium price should afford you luxurious pampering. No waiters at pool and beach bars. Breakfast service was intermittent.
