Akaba taka o

Hotel położny blisko bazaru i restauracji. Darmowy parking pod hotelem jest również plusem. Blisko jest plaża ale to jest plaża dla miejscowych. Więc nie można się w niej kąpać według Europejskich standardów.

Bardzo udany pobyt za niewygórowaną cenę . Polecam ten hotel.

Bardzo miły i uczynny personel. Pan z recepcji tłumaczył jak dojechać , co ciekawego i gdzie zobaczyć , uśmiechnięty i życzliwy o każdej porze dnia i nocy :)

Osoba sprzątająca pokoje zapominała o wymianie ręczników czy kawie. Po zgłoszeniu na recepcji wszystko zostało uzupełnione.

Good hotel to stay both for strutture ( clean, central and new) and for the staff always available and kind. The hotel have also discount for all activities such as snorkeling and diving.

Acceptable price for what you pay for. It is a 3 stars hotel not a 4 stars one.

The bathroom water supply was poor, no towels And the closet in the Second bedroom was broken

The accommodation was clean, comfortable and affordable

The stuff was so nice and helpful, the hotel was clean.

They need to take care more of the room facilities. For e.g. the shower door was broken.

Okay for few nights if you don't spend time in the room

The price was good for the dates I visited Aqaba.

My room had window to the corridor, that's why the curtain was always covering it. There was no fresh air in the room and I had to use AC all the time. Bathroom is very tiny.

Good position, very nice staff. Big room, clean.

We found in the room just one towel each, no shower mat, and no toilet brush. The mattress cover kept coming off, it was uncomfortable.

Superb

The size of the room was huge, we even had a living room. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location is good, you can easily walk to all the important sights of the city. Breakfast was plentiful. They helped us organize a trip to Wadi Rum, including a Jeep tour, accommodation, and driver. Their camp (Nael Bedouin Camp) in Wadi Rum was amazing (10 out of 10). The service was also perfect, they were very welcoming and helped us with everything that we asked.

The shower could have been separated from the toilet with a curtain. This style was very common in Jordan though.

We liked the location, the staff, and the beds. Nice parking spot.

It smelled of cigarettes in our room, and the bathroom got flooded if someone showered. We did not know that we needed to turn on the hot water, so we showered in cold water.

Disappointing

The staff members were very helpful and friendly, and the rooms were a good size.

Unfortunately there were bedbugs in my room and I realised by the time I'd left the hotel that I'd been bitten. When I notified a staff member of this, he was very apologetic and assured me that they would deal with the issue.

nice reception area nice elevator staff tried to solve some problems but in general the hotel needs a motivated team

not enough toilet paper - we had to ask for it every time breakfast - not good quality locality - construction sites all around, noisy, dusty, rubbish cleanliness - insufficient some equipment in a room - not working

Sultán was a very helpful at the reception explaining all about the diving activities to do at the Red Sea he was organising all for us, Hotel, nice, and clean...we had a nice apartment. Good price relation

The personal was very nice. We had really nice room with everything we need. The location was good, we went only down and were at the city. I really recommend this hotel.

I don't like the shower because water was everywhere but its small thing.

Everything was perfect, we wholeheartedly recommend the hotel, it is quite close to the beach and the city center. Through the recommendation of Mohammad from the reception, we had an unforgettable trip to the desert, he helped us with the reservation, with the transport to get there and everything. Thank you and we will come back with love. 10/10 He should totally get a raise. 😁

Short!

Aqaba is a city in full tourist development. The hotel is new, located very close to the beach, with parking spaces available. The apartment I had was spacious, clean and comfortable. Friendly and welcoming staff. I stayed only one night after 2 nights spent in the desert. I was pleasantly impressed because they left the kittens at the reception, there was one sleeping on the couch. When I see this, I realize how welcoming and warm the people are there.

The place, where good to be there! :)

The receptionist Team was very-very polite, helpful. I felt really safety. They upgraded even the room freely, so me and my friend could have separated room for the same price. Breakfast was also excellent. :) Our room was also quite, only morning müezzin was laud, but it is natural in Jordan. :)) Real fantastic experience!!! :)

The bedlinen were a bit over-used or nor properly washed..

Pleasant

We didn't decide to take the breakfast there as the opinions we'd read earlier put us off effectively. Anyway, the first impression of the hotel, especially the reception, was very positive. We could leave our bags and were checked-in earlier than planned, which was very kind and helpful as we'd been in need of the room as soon as possible.

The smell in the room wasn't pleasant, it smelled of closeness. The room we got had a blind window, which was super unpleasant as the window overlooked the corridor. Luckily, we could see the world through the corridor window from our room. The problem, however, was that anybody using the corridor could easily peek into our room through our weird room window. The other issue was the irritating movement sensor sound, especially at night, triggered by anyone appearing on the corridor. While I was taking a shower, it was impossible to fix the shower head rigid and it slipped down each time I tried to tighten it. And, although I really don't want to be fussy, the bed was way too soft for my liking.

Location while not the most convenient was ok.

Staff was hand in glove with the local taxi touts who refused to let our vehicle leave for Petra as we had taken a private cab duly registered in Jordan with necessary paperwork. Tried to even justify their stance. Room was essentially a twin bed room forcibly converted into a room for 3 ppl to male extra money. Bathroom size was extremely tiny and sub optimum.
