Modern, clean and tidy. Views over Jerusalem.
Unclear which desk was reception or how concierge could help us.

Our old city view balcony room on the 10th floor was excellent with lovely views, but our daughters’ room on the 5th floor overlooking a main road junction were noisy from traffic. The view from the Bersnda restaurant of the old city was beautiful. The head concierge,Eviator, was outstanding-extremely helpful, knowledgeable and full of charm and personality. The guides he arranged for us (Hannah for the old city walking tour and Etai for Masada and the Dead Sea) were superb. The special bread station and staff member there at breakfast was excellent.
The service at breakfast was very lacklustre-inattentive and disinterested.Similarly, the lounge bar/casual restaurant staff on the night of our arrival were unwelcoming and unhelpful and the limited food we could order was very average in quality. That whole area needs to be made more attractive, with a proper bar-dated decor and furnishings with no character at present. The hotel seemed rather dominated by large groups at times.

Kids loved the Funland
Delicious and varied breakfast
Friday night dinner and shabbos lunch were excellent

Breakfast was exceptional. Staff was courtenous.
I didn't like that there was a guest at the pool while we were eating was smoking in a no smoking setting. I told one of the waiters and he told him. Later that day while sitting at the pool the same guest was outside his terrace again smoking right behind us. I spoke to front desk.

Great location, excellent breakfast, friendly staff and the best kidsclub
We were staying with a family of 4 in the room and (again) there were only 3 towels in the bathroom and the pull out couch only had 1 pillow

The hotel was great! Very comfortable, and a great location! The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The restaurants were very good, and they took pride in their creations. The gym was wonderful, great equipment, and if you needed some floor space you can use their yoga/ class room, you just need to request it because they need to unlock the door.
I didn't think we had access to enough complimentary water. But everything else was great!

amazing location at entrance to the old city and near a beautiful outdoor shopping mall with shops and restaurants. Beautiful hotel lobby and rooms and pool. staff so friendly and attentive.
we were on the 10th floor and could hear enough horns and street noise to make it a little hard to sleep.

Good location relative to Old City
when we arrived after a hot day the pool and main restaurant was closed for a wedding, then on Friday the restaurant was closed for Shabbas and on Saturday. dining staff were very reluctant to help and almost looked irritated. two days in a row we had to phone in the afternoon after we got back to have the room cleaned after please clean was out in the morning. we had to phone twice to get our cushions changed because of allergies

The hotel ran out of washcloths and the new sheets that were put on were dirty. Also the room wasn’t cleaned well one day,

The view is amazing the restaurant staff is great and they make every wish come true.
The reception staff is not well trained or knowledgeable, the difference between payment and deposit is an issue and their pre check in app is a nightmare. We received different information and were informed that our payment did not go though the website and we needed to pay. Then I was informed that I needed to deposit additional 4500 shekels for extras. While check out I was informed that they "charged" only 700 shekels for extras and I needed to pay the difference...

It's a great place but if you can get world of Astoria for the same price then then you should go there it's way more luxury and better service

The location is great. The heated swimming pool is terrific. The children’s play area is, without exaggeration, fantastic. The architecture and interior design features are stunning. Among the staff, I would give shoutouts to Victoriya in the Children’s Center, Said in the Breakfast Room, and Aida and Loor in the 4th floor lounge.
The price is high. No two ways about it.
