The location and the 24h check in
The receptionist was not sympathy neither empathy at all and they didn’t really help us with our questions.They just didn’t care.

Location is perfect, staff very nice, and rooms are perfect too.
Bathroom gets quite wet with showers.

The hostel experience was terrible. I felt unsafe in the room, and there was no kitchen available, just a fridge in the reception area. Unfortunately, someone ate all my food despite labeling it. Additionally, none of the staff were friendly, which made the situation even more frustrating.

Location was perfect, room was quite reasonable for 8 people. Bed was quite comfortable, just could be better pillows. besides that, staff was quite hospitable. Good breakfast service for reasonable price
The pillows could be bigger. It would be better to make some people from same nationalities to live in same room. Unfortunately, in my room some people were snoring and talking while they are sleeping.

Cette auberge est parfaitement située, à 2 minutes de la gare centrale ! L'accueil est chaleureux et les espaces communs agréables (fauteuils, tables, micro-ondes, distributeur,...) Parfait pour les voyageurs de style "backpacker". Les dortoirs de 10 sont un peu petit et il y a peu d'espace pour circuler mais il y a une table et de chaises + un casier par lit. L'endroit est calme et on y dort suffisamment bien pour une auberge.
La salle de bain et les toilettes sont dans la même pièce alors si quelqu'un prend une longue douche il faut attendre... De plus les oreillers commençaient à être trop aplatis par le temps.

Desayuno bastante bueno tipo buffet, variado.
El baño tenia problemas con la ducha porque se salpicaba el agua, el inodoro tenía poca presión al igual que el lavatorio que se estancaba.

I stayed in a single room, low price, clean, location very close to the main train station.
Check-in to single rooms starts same time as to dorm rooms, so it is a queue. In some other hostels check-in to single rooms starts earlier

Looks better than most hostels but seemingly staff arent attentive and take ages to check you in.
Munich is a horrible little city with absolutely nothing interesting. Stay here at your peril.

Really great location. Very clean interior (including the rooms and bathrooms). Found staff very friendly and helpful. Wifi very fast! Great shower pressure.
Not much of a hostel vibe (probably because of the time of the year being November) - very quiet and not much being started by the staff (not necessarily a negative).
Pillows SO LUMPY!!! Oh my goodness please get new pillows those were atrocious.

Saubere Zimmer, Steckdose neben Bett, Infozetteln hängen überall, Aufenthaltsraum = Eingangsbereich großzügig, mehrere Steckdosen auch dort, Koffer darf nach dem Check Out noch im Spind bleiben - So hilfreich!!!
Info fehlte, dass man ein Schloss mit längerem Hals braucht - kann man gegen Kaution und Miete in der Unterkunft organisieren

Localisation is great.
Unnecessary automatic fire alarm in the middle of the night. You ought to first human-check if there is actually any danger before calling firemen and getting all the guests to leave the building in the middle of the night! It was a fake alarm that costed us some sleep. The people in the service weren’t particularely nice.

The accommodation is good for one night, but the room is small for a longer stay.

Breakfast was pretty good, location is very convenient
Beds are very low, can't sit on the lower bed. Lockers are made for the specific locks so I couldn't use mine but had to rent at the reception another one instead. No lights near the bed. Internet session is not secure and limited by time so every day had to reconnect

Rack in the room is very dusty and the beds are very old and noisy and the street is very noisy at night

Nice Stay and Good breakfast. Clean and comfortable. I am happy with the stay.

Friendly staff, super location, extremely sizeable room and shower.
Be prepared to bring your own locks. The locks they offer appeared very flimsy.

-Extremely nice staff
-Very clean
-Right next to the train station
-Breakfast is a little bit expensive but you have a lot to eat
-The « common room » in the entrance is nice and convivial
-Showers’ water is very hot (believe me it’s not the case everywhere so it deserves a mention)
-if you go during the winter, be prepared to be covered up in your bed. the rooms are FREEZING.
-the lockers are extremely small, and it’s my personal opinion but making you pay for a lock is kinda a scam

good sized cheap private room with good bathroom. staff speak really good English and are friendly, right next to the station and walkable distance to city centre.
the area seemed a tiny bit sketchy at night and the street smelled inexplicably of sick!
