Quiet place to stay and accessible. It has complete facilities

I like the staff. He’s really friendly, approachable and easy to communicate with. The process of parking and housekeeping is also organised.

1. The rubbish from the previous guests were still there. 2. The balcony sliding doors are not secured. The screen door is derailed so we couldn’t lock it.

The 42 stairs to the apartment and needed to wash the plates and glasses etc before using them

Host was friendly and responsive and stay was comfortable

Spacious and well-equipped with many amentities like washing machine, dryer, microwave

The stairs and how the lights at the stairwell goes out after awhile (especially annoying when we were moving in after sunset)

Huge apartment with lake views

The apartment was quite large with 2 balconies, 1 with an amazing view overlooking the lake. There was undercover secure parking with your own spot. Shopping centre, food & buses are only a 5 minute walk away. The bed was very comfy, wifi & a/c both worked very well.

Only 2 small issues. The fan in the ensuite was on continuously, I had to keep the door closed at night. As this is an apartment complex you could hear the people above me walking around.

it was a good stay but the garden areas and units themselves are in need of a good clean up and some maintenance

Great location, close to theme parks and Southport/Surfers Paradise; but lack of aircon in bedrooms

Location, views, parking security, the Property Manager, foxtel, nice towels

No air con in bedrooms so too uncomfortably hot, dining chairs starting to break, no fan in bathrooms/shower, no lift to our third floor, Toilet paper was like fairy floss - dissolved in your hand; Lounge was dirty, outdated kitchen.

Will stay again.

Facilities - undercover secure parking, swimming pool. Bedrooms - beds comfortable, linen clean and of nice quality, fans and insect screens. Kitchen - equipped with all necessities and more (even electric frying pan). We found our unit at Bayview Waters Apartments was quiet, convenient, comfortable and well maintained. Manager was helpful and avaliable

Washing machine needed a clean from previous user. Few small insects, but we were warned about it and pest control came in promptly and sorted it out, so not a big deal.

Runaway to Runaway bay to the Bayview

Amazing affordable accomodation. Beautiful location and a wonderful, clean space with more than expected provided. Would definitely recommend if you want to be away from Surfers, but still close enough to all the gold coast.

Nothing at all. One of our ladies would have preferred a lift, rather than only stairs to acces uppper level appartment but the rest of us were fine with that, and she was more than capable off climbing a set of stairs. 🤣 Request a ground level if can't climb stairs.

Size, quietness and location

Lounge suite not comfortable. Oven and microwave were not well clean. Faulty electric lights/fans.

Steven, the manager, was most obliging. Always onhand. The Apartment, although somewhat tired, was spacious, lovely outlook over the pool and garden. Centrally located to shopping centre, and being surrounded by boats and waterways added to the plesant atmosphere.
