I would definitely come back again.

There were some renovations ongoing - painting etc in the halls leading up to the rooms, which was a bit of an eye sore. The breakfast was amazing! 15/10. The complimentary warm biscuit is a lovely touch, that, along with the smooth check-in process and friendly staff made, for a very warm welcome.

Their room allocation really left a bad taste

On arrival they booked me into a room that was already occupied. I had to wait in the passage for almost 45 minutes

The stay was very good!

I ran the Two Oceans Marathon too early in morning so did not have breakfast. The room was excellent!

Two Oceans marathon weekend

The room and view was great. The room was stocked with water tea and coffee. I really liked the shower gel, body cream, shampoo & conditioner mounted onto the wall. I used these everyday. I forgot a dress in the cupboard and the friendly staff helped me get it back with much ease. I hugely appreciated the shuttle bus to the two oceans marathon start. Thank you for that!

The only complaint is the fan that couldn't be turned off in the room. I could turn off the air conditioner but there was still a fan running. I have trouble sleeping if there is any noise at all so it did bother me a little.

Value for money, friendly staff. Relaxed atmosphere.

Close to the Two Oceans Marathon start. Much appreciated the shuttle to the starting point. Hotel is very clean. Good to see continuous maintenance is done. Hassle free check in and check out. Clean rooms. Comfy beds.

Hotel rooms were a bit old, hallway carpet was dirty, room lighting was dark and window to the outside was very dirty.

Woodstock isn’t the best but as I knew this I knew what to expect. Didn’t venture out after dark which I wouldn’t do anyway. Just be sensible The tour bus to v&a was very useful

Other than the bathroom door issue we had a pleasant stay.

Convenient location for our needs.

The door on our bathroom was broken on our arrival and we had to call for maintenance to repair it.

Le transport de l'hôtel à l'aéroport suscite des frais supplémentaires. Ce qui, au vue du prix de la chambre, devrait être inclu dans le coût de la chambre élevé. La chambre n'est pas très pas spacieuse. Aucun accessoire de toilettes disponible (brosse à dent, chapeau de bain , etc.) Aucun bureau de change à l'intérieur ou aux alentours de l'hôtel

I assumed the breakfast was included - my mistake but to then charge R250 for a buffet breakfast is exploitation! Especially when I had a small bowl of yoghurt and muesli! My colleagues were totally put off the hotel because of that and will probably ellect to stay somewhere else in future. This is a pity as the rest is good value for money and the staff great I'll probably return but will definitely not have breakfast and rather go the the Bottleggers down the road for a great cappucicno and a small breakfast.

The passages were looking grubby - stains on the carpets. I was on the 2nd floor

Mostly misses

The room was clean and relatively nearer to the Cape Town airport which was something I was looking for.

Housekeeping could be better: when I arrived, the shampoo/shower gel was near empty and was not refilled the next day. I was given a room where some of the lights weren't working. Water temperature was not hot.

The service and staff, and area is central for touring.

No heated pool or jacuzzi, Also the room was very small the pictures on booking .com were deceiving. Not Cool guys I have to ask for and upgrade.. which came at a cost of R2100...7 njghts Which I feel was no necessary. It should have been compted the upgrade As the error was ok there side

The parking was a huge put off. Just the principle of paying 15K and no free parking. Terrible

A booking of 15K and was expected to pay parking. When complaining, there was no accommodating free parking at all.
