Great value for money

Great location with free parking was extremely handy. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds. The price was extremely good value for money for santorini.

The room was a little small to fit us with all of our luggage

Would definately stay again!

Perfect little apartment close to Fira center. It’s a 10 minutes walk to the caldera, there’s a really private pool. Our host gave us local recommandations and offered a small breakfast (whatever she’s cooking for herself in the morning + coffee/juice). Full breakfast also available for a small cost. She made our laundry 10 Euros for a big bag.

Our laundry came back a bit still wet, but the air outside and in the room was very humid.

Good Stay

Room was clean and comfortable, little pool is lovely. Evi was very friendly and helpful, arranging quad hire and taxi to airport at short notice.

Although we knew it was a 10 min walk the walk wasn’t the nicest.

The staff is very friendly and the place is very clean

The location is 5 minutes fron the city-center BUT you have to go up two very tiring uphills to get to city-center. I would not recommend for older people or families with kids. It only works for active people

What a wonderful place to stay. Evi was so welcoming, kind and could not have been any better. I am so grateful for the care you gave. Like home from home ❤️. Rooms were spotless clean, big, super comfortable bed with extra bedding if needed. The shower was fabulous. Rooms cleaned daily and left so clean. Fabulous breakfast all freshly baked by Evi a lady of many talents. Short walk from fira city centre. Thank you and Ur beautiful daughter and fabulous staff again for a 5 star stay. We hope to see yo u's again in the future.

The hostess is very nice.

The hostess is very friendly, conversable, and lovely. She provides free coffee, tea and cakes every morning for free. Because my baggage are heavy, she and her husband sent us to the bus station for free. When I checked out, she sent us a “Santorini style” cup as a souvenirs

The distance to the center is far and uphill. Walking to the center is about 15 minutes. The water pressure is not strong when I taking the shower.

Superb

Evi was the perfect host. She went out of her way to make sure you had all the information you needed to enjoy your stay. We were delayed a few days due to illness and when we got there she upgraded our room to a suite. Only a 10 minute walk to center. Getting to her hotel was easy because it was mostly downhill . Going to the center was a bit challenging for those who have problems walking because it was a bit steep. But taxi's are an option and readily available.

very quiet and relaxing atmosphere

a bit far from the city centre but still OK ; booking.com confirmed on the booking free breakfast due to Genius offer but they told us we are not entitled to... We found out later on our booking that breakfast was included but the landlady misled us. Very small swimming pool.

Value for money, friendly staff, clean rooms

Hotel Danae Villa is in the centre of Fira, 10 minute walk from the Fira bus station. Value for money. 1. Very friendly and helping staff. The lady at reception is so kind, she arranged taxi for us at the time of check-in and check-out. Also she offered us complementary free breakfast, though it was not included in our charges. Also she gave us a souvenir coffee mug at check-out :) 2. Location was good, easy to reach by walk from Fira centre. 3. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. They cleaned the room daily. 4. They have a space for car parking, but space is limited only 2 cars can be parked but no worries because there is a public parking near Fira bus station.

Everything was good, no complaints. Swimming pool was bit small but that is fine you can not expect everything in a budget price.

Very good

beautiful accommodation but travelled in October so no sun in pool/ outdoor areas

we have travelled around Santorini and the Greek islands and enjoyed some really exceptional breakfasts where stayed that these were included … do not expect more than a cup of coffee and a slice of cake in Danae Villas !!

A friendly and quiet place to stay just outside Thira's busy town

Clean rooms, friendly staff and located outside the hustle and bustle of Thira, though it is a bit of an uphill walk. Our host was very generous offering us coffee and cake around the pool when she saw us.

The shower wasn't often very hot. I guess it is solar heated which isn't uncommon in Greece!

Lush stay in Santorini

Pretty much everything, the transfers to and from the airport were on time, Evi was a great host, with recommends and talked in detail to me about the island and the hotel. Room, with balcony was spacious, clean & of a classy finish. You get a nice pot of coffee & cake to get you started in the morning too. Local high street/ bus station are also close by.

Bit of an incline climb to the high street but nothing unmanageable. Evi also provided a nice little short cut to cut out some it.

The location was a bit out of the centre but I loved the peace and quiet atmosphere. Evi was the most attentive host throughout our entire stay. From coffee in the morning, to helping us prepare for our hike and arranging our quad. I can only recommend staying here!

Charming and quiet.

The owner very welcoming and attentive. They furnished a driver that was top notch, very professional. At first the property looked like it was very far from town, but it turned out only a few blocks away, thru a particular path.

We really enjoyed our stay at Danae Villa! Evie was so friendly and very helpful with any questions we had.and arranging other services. She provided us with great restaurant recommendations and locations to go visit on the island. There was coffee and a continental breakfast each morning. Our room was great and the entire facility is so well looked after. We were about a 10 minute walk from the busy areas but a nice and quite location to be located at. Nothing but good things to say about our stay.

Exceptional

Evi was an amazing host, really knowledgeable about Santorini and helped us make the most of our time on the island. She gave us free coffee and cake for breakfast which set us up for the day perfectly. The pool was ideal for cooling off in after a hot day exploring and the location close enough to walk into Fira easily but also outside the town so as to be quiet from the hustle and bustle. The room was clean and a perfect size. We loved it
