Clean rooms,but not like all inclusive.

Rooms was clean and nice!

It’s not like all inclusive,food every day almost the same, nothing to choose. Drinks-only beer and wine.And soft drinks(not like should be). If you want other drinks, you need to pay. Snacks? Twice a day 1hr long (just ice cream and some bread,croissants from breakfast. Terrible all inclusive. Swimming pool dirty. Don’t think they clean it.

Great food and beautiful clean rooms. Big pool was super for our large group. Staff were so nice and obliging.

There was very little alcohol selection. Beer didn't taste good, the wine was better, but not much either.

we had a great stay, I would definitely go back

-the hotel was very clean, not only the rooms but also the swimming pool and common areas -rooms were spacious -staff was really friendly -location was central

-food was ok but there was not so much variation. But the price for an all inclusive was really low compared with other hotels, so you can not expect the same -the bar area was not so cozy in the evening

Not a very nice view from our balcony but didn't really matter as we really only used the room to sleep

The hotel for your extraordinary stay near Rethymno

This is simply the extraordinary hotel with a pool in the calm and nice Platanes very close to Rethymno with amazing (and hardworking) dedicated staff, from the reception, restaurant to daily cleaning service. You can be sure that they will go extra mile to make you fully enjoy your deserved holiday. The hotel is well maintained and the bathrooms seem to be recently renovated. Everything is very clean. The room was comfortable with a nice balcony and the view over the pool and the sea behind. The towels were changed on a daily level or when requsted and they were stocked by soaps. Complimentary water provided in the fridge on arrival. Amazing and kind reception staff is available for assistance at all times. The restaurant staff was always with smile serving delicious and varied food with lots of vegetables, that we liked. The AC usage was free and guests should check the booking conditions since this can be charged depending on the agency/booking platform through which the reservation is made.

More hangers for clothes and towels in the bathroom are needed. There was a cat sneaking around the pool-side part of the restaurant that seemed to disturb some of the guests.

Only good thing can write. Excellent hospitality, polite and professional staff. Tasty and variety food and good beverages Spotless clean room every day serviced, also in common areas. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Close to bus stops. Clean pool with enough sunbeds. Keep the good service! Will visit you again very soon :)

Gem of a hotel

Great location. Good selection of food and staff work ethic is faultless, always smiling and cleaning. Would definitely return. Great value for money.

Spirit selection on drinks but you can't grumble for the price.

Room was good

Swimming pool are dirty All inclusive is very poor, no food between 2pm and 7pm (only cheap biscuits and ice cream) Extra for air conditioniong, nothing to do there apart from sleeping, place good for lads holidays, not family holidays. We left after one night.

Staff were very friendly and the hotel was kept really clean.

Due to Covid, the restaurant wasn't a buffet and the food was very limited, but this Is understandable at the moment.

Pool is great,rooms are good ,food is good to average .This is a great hotel for money value and will stay again,had a great holiday we love the road and bars and restaurants on it 🌞😄

Alcohol is limited choice but we new that so not complaining,for the price this is an excellent choice for value for money,we have stayed twice and would come back.

Superb

Beach is only 10 minutes away by foot. AC was for us free of charge. Food was a good value: breakfast was repetitive just like in any other place. But lunch and dinner would always have different variety of meat and vegetables. Desserts - nothing special. But melon and watermelon were always sweet. Beer and wine were also quite good.

Swimming pool was open only till 19:00. Afternoon snacks are just flavorless croissants from breakfast - some fruits would be a better option. There was no shampoo/shower gel in our bathroom, just two pieces of soap.

The staff is very friendly, no issue at all! Rooms are clean!

Due to the Covid the food could not be take by yourself, thereby you get too much food even you are asking for small portions :) (The waste is too much)

Friendly, Helpful, can recommend!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We could check-in even two hours too early! The food was good but it had too much oil for my taste. Overall I can recommend and would go again!

It's not the newest hotel and the shower was a bit too small for my size. But other than that, I can not complain.

Excellent Stay

Very helpful staff (Thanos) who showed us to our room and explained how everything worked, resturant staff very friendly and helpful, always available for your assistance, very good measures put in place to deal with the new covid measures. Very comfy beds, very spaceous rooms Will be back again
