Would stay again

Perfectly located ,near Stockholm central station , it is ideal if you intend to explore the city due to the metro near Nice,spacious ,clean room with view at the Mayor house and Gamla Stan Wonderful view Wide variety at breakfast Tried dinner -satisfied

Excellent séjour avec vue sur Stockholm

L’emplacement est top, au pied de la gare (sans le bruit) accès direct de l’aéroport par l’express, vraiment pas la peine de prendre un taxi, même si vous n’aimez pas les transports en commun, c’est tellement facile et rapide. La vue de la chambre était incroyable, mais à condition d’avoir pris une chambre avec vue panoramique (le principale intérêt de choisir cet hôtel). Nous étions au 16eme étage, FANTASTIQUE. La literie est parfaite et l’hôtel très calme.

Les espaces communs, bar et restaurant, sont très impersonnels, pas chaleureux et ne donne pas envie d’y rester prendre un verre en fin de soirée. L’hôtel est également un lieu de congrès et cela se sent. Le service de chambre n’est pas à l’image du standing envisagé, nos verres utilisés n’ont pas été changés chaque jour, il a fallu réclamer et le mini bar n’a pas été réapprovisionner tous les jours non plus. Mais cela n’enlève en rien le plaisir du séjour.

Tolles Hotel mit super Lage!

Modernes, sauberes, schönes Hotel. Wir hatten einen Superior Room mit einem King Size Bed. Das Zimmer war groß und schick. Beim Frühstück gibt es eine sehr große Auswahl und gute bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten, sodass trotz der vielen Gäste jeder seinen personal space hat.

Leider sind die Betten etwas hart.

Camas incómodas, muy duras. Ruidoso de noche, mal aislado, huéspedes cierran puertas y se siente dentro de la habitación tanto que se mueve el respaldo de la cama como rebote. No merece la pena por el precio, no se logra descansar

Great place to stay.

Really nice and sizeable rooms, very clean. Enjoyed the under floor heating in the bathroom. Excellent location in the centre of the city. Staff were really friendly too.

Comfortable bed, perfect location

Bed was comfortable and location was perfect. It was near the T-Centralen & Central Station. There is nothing to complain about. We will definitely stay there again.

Nice room, big, clean, tidy. Bath was nice as was the shower. Quiet, strong WiFi. Water & ice machine on each floor was nice and handy to have (bit old, dated and creaky, but convenient). Great location.

Terrible check-in experience - Very slow, inefficient despite having already paid in full and checked-in online prior to arrival. Staff all on phone and uncaring when trying to obtain a second key card (power to room only works with keycard, meaning you can't charge any devices when out with only 1 keycard). Bath Salts had run out. Front revolving door access difficult with big, bulky bags. Side door locked for entry/not working. Pillows overly soft and squishy. Only 1 keycard provided. Not fantastic value for money. Couple of USB slots - More would be better near desk and bed. Power socket next to desk blocked and not working.

Clean and good location.

Our Standard room on 6th floor was dark and faced a brown wall from the conference centre. Not great for a 4 night stay probably ok for a conference guest. Air conditioner not able to turn off. Remote not working.

Proximity to the Central Station and close to the sightseeing areas. Room well appointed and comfortable, also well appointed bathroom. Meal at the restaurant reasonably priced.

Paradox

Having book the best possible room option I was pleased with view and services. However I found the bathroom small.

After spending long time checking in online, I was not expecting to find a long "airport style" queue (9 people) to actually get the room key. The lobby is tiny and always overcrowded. At check in I was outragiously told that I would not be able to use room service because they could not accept a cash deposit from me neither a debit card to preauthorize extras. In a luxury hotel this is unacceptable. I was basicalky told that they didn't trust me and that they were worried I could leave the hotel without paying my room service extras. Can you believe?
