Unser neues Lieblingshotel in Colombo

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Insbesondere Vikum im Bereich des Restaurants und am Pool und Umesch im Housekeeping waren sehr aufmerksam und immer zur Stelle. Das Haus liegt zentral, viele Restaurants, Shoppingcenter, Krankenhäuser und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind entweder zu Fuß oder mit einer kurzen Tukttukfahrt zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sehr sauber. Das Essen im Restaurant (Buffet) war gut.Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, könnte aber noch abwechslungsreicher sein.

Die Betten könnten etwas weicher sein, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Es gibt für das große Haus nur drei Fahrstühle. Dadurch gibt es bei Hochbetrieb einige Wartezeiten.

Great value for money stay.

Only stayed a night but it was pretty good, no real complaints. Amazing room for the price provided.

We had a nice stay at the Hilton.

It was a nice hotel with all the conveniences you’d need. We enjoyed our meals at the hotel. The pool was lovely too. And having a washing machine was great.

We felt all the security was a bit over the top. The car to the airport was great but overpriced.

Great stay, will be coming again

Loved it all! Really isn’t much bad to say about the place. Maybe the gym could do with a few more leg machines, but that’s a super minor point.

Satisfactory but not worth the money for a suite!

The initial greeting was amazing; the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is vast and incredibly enjoyable - something for everyone!

We had a leak in the bathroom (clogged drain) and this meant my clothes were soaked through! I was extremely disappointed at the time taken to repair the leak and the advice ‘to use the in room washing machine’ to sort my clothes, ready to pack as I was leaving the next morning!

It’s a good place but I won’t go back again since they couldn’t provide water bottles which we requested twice within tw

Place is good and prices are reasonable.

We booked again directly. We called main line and requested for water bottle’s twice and they didn’t bring it to us. Night staffs are not helpful and management needs to fix it before they start loosing customers.

Very good for family stay.

Location of the property is excellent. Image of the Hotel is very good within the locals. Well connected to all the important places in Colombo.

Food is very bad. Service is bad, as the appliances like Geyser were not working and need to get them repaired. Towels were under supplied and follow up was needed. Drinking water was also under supplied for 6 guests.

Zentrale Suite Wohnung mit großem Pool

Zentrale Lage 2 große Supermärkte neben an. Großer Pool Liegen und Sofas. 3 Zimmer Wohnung groß. Frühstück war gut bis auf die Brot Auswahl ist eine Katastrophe. Das Personal sehr freundlich und Aufmerksam. Im Restaurant am Abend sehr lecker nur sehr kleine Portionen 5 kleine Ravioli (super lecker und selbstgemachte) das war sehr schade!!! Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Im Restaurant sehr kleine Portionen (das Essen war aber sehr gut Ravioli top). Sofa im Wohnzimmer harte Sitzfläche. Etwas lieblos eingerichtet für Hilton Asien wir kennen einige Hilton's die sind top Ausgestattet z.B. Thailand oder Singapur. Preis Leistung passt hier leider nicht

Останавливались на ночь перед отьездом. Расположение хорошее. В целом ожидаемые удобства от сетевого отеля. Приятный бонус, что по одному их номеров персонал сделал бесплатный апгрейд. Он оказался апартаментами с кухней, спальней, гладильной комнатой и т.д . Хороший бассейн под открытым небом, SPA и т.д. на завтрак не ходили.

Не понравилось, что два раза просил помочь с вызовом такси до аэропорта на ресепшн. Вместо помощи оба раза сотрудники навязывали отельный трансфер легковой автомобиль за 49 долларов. В итоге поставил приложение kangaroo cab и вызвал 9ти местный микроавтобус в 3 раза дешевле. И ещё одеяла такой толщины как будто за окном северный полюс. Цена за номер, на мой взгляд, несколько завышена.

Grand appartement conforme a la description, confortable et agréable avec l'équipement attendu cette formule d'appart'hotel est idéale, nous avons pu profiter tous ensemble; parfait pour se poser après 8 jours de road trip dans le pays; l'hôtel dispose de plusieurs restaurant en rdc ou nous avons pu prendre nos repas et un étage de loisir avec salle de sport, bar et piscine très agréable

Colombo est plutôt décevant, pas grand chose a voir et un peu dangereux, 2 nuits est presque trop; nous ne sommes donc pas trop sorti de l'hôtel, c'est dommage que l'accès au balcon soit condamné et que nous n'ayons pas pu profiter d'un extérieur, c'était un de nos critères de choix pour cet appartement; la machine a laver serait a changer, elle laisse des traces de rouille sur les vêtements.

Nice property with good variety for breakfast

The hotel apartment was very good and enjoyed by 3 couples travelling together, staying in one apartment with separate rooms. The buffet breakfast was a very large spread with choice of Sri Lankan, Indian and Western food.

Very comfortable stay.

Size, location, convenience, cleanliness.

Nothing really. The master bedroom is much nicer than the other two though. Not sure there is much you can do about that. Perhaps a clothed horse to dry clothes on the balcony would be helpful. Also wasn’t sure if the washing machine would work (didn’t even know it was there until day 2) so perhaps come better sign posting to that.

I liked the space of the apartment with 3 rooms, the elevator speed was good and the breakfast was great,the swimming pool was very good

The furniture was very old, tiles , shower leakes water outside, water pressure is below average, big sofa very hard I think they replaced the sofa filling

Fabulous

Fabulous room and facilities, even though some areas are a bit dated (e.g. lobby). AMAZING staff - thoughtful and putting the guests first. The restaurant, FLOW, is stellar and all the staff, including the manager, were incredible.

The only thing that could have been better is attention to the pool area. There was only one gentleman serving everyone (and he was really trying his best) but plates were not being cleared up on time, attracting a large flock of crows which makes poolside dining virtually impossible.
