Would most definitely recommend this hotel

This hotel could not be faulted, we stayed for 2 nights and then decided to book another 2, unfortunately we had a emergency and needed to cancel the second booking, (family issue no fault of the hotel), the night manager and reception staff were amazing and cancelled the booking with no charge. Food was very good, something for everyone's tastes. Room was clean with a good view of the pool area. Staff were pleasant and professional and attended to all guests very quickly. Excellent value for money and I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you

The staff don't know any thing about 4 or 5 star hotel . The deal very bad and ingnorat . They are not professional . The don't now any thing about hotels service as a job . They spake on the phon all the time in restaurant . They eat and drink near gests .the don't do thire job in a good way . Even they look in a bad way to every one . The hotel is very derty not clean . The room are very bad and smil bad . The doors are old and dameged . Bathroom look very bad and if i made shower it's bloock down and remain on the floor . The bed is very old and smill bad . And lenjeri bad and old . Abslutly every thing was disapointed . The price was cheap . But better 2 star hotel with this price than this hotel which desirve no star . Abslotly no star

Nice place for a short stay and have kids. The beach here is not nice at all so don’t plan to get im the saltwater.

The pools and slides were great fun and well kept and clean! The property was clean also. The tour desk on site was great we loved our desert safari! Also tried the fish doctor spa by the pool. Can’t say enough good things about those.

We skipped the meals often, the people were pushy and seemed to not understand the concept of a line. I think the hotel could control this by simply putting up some railing or rope along with a few staff to direct traffic. The property is off the beat and path but everything you need is there.

first of all, the property is overbooked. it looked busy everywhere. Also, the people there are very loud and for the Europeans, we have a restaurant and swimming pool aside because apparently, we can not be around the Egyptian people. the staff doesn’t leave you alone at the swimming pool, they are trying to flirt with you or sell you something, it was really harsh some of the time… very uncomfortable!! about the cleaning. there is no cleaning in the rooms, it was gross. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Passable

The pools are clean and also monitored with a sufficient number of rescue teams. The room's view of the pool area was very good. Aqua park was very clean and entertaining. The shore area was clean and well organized. Kids games are maintained regularly on a daily basis. The dancing team was marvelous and very entertaining.

Called the reception several times to change the lamp but no one answered. Restaurant management is very poor. One of the restaurant team embarrassed my kid infront of the random line.

All the Staff are amazing, smiling and helpful Also I noticed the big effort the pool guards did, it was really a great job from them always care and. Attentive I was feel really safe on my kids because of their efforts

Staff was amazing smiling and always helpful I noticed also the great effort the life guards did all the time they was very attentive and I guess they save the life of many ppl during my short stay really they did all a great job so I would like to thank them alot.

Food was not tasty at all with a cheap ingridents Rooms and almost most hotel facilties need a renovation and maintainance.

cheap but very little value for money

good location. big rooms. good housekeeping and nice bathrooms. drinks options were limited but ok. well kept area

hassle with sales people, extremely repetitive food with rude service from cooks towards foreign tourists/ local got a whole chicken while you get a wings- not joking! got food poisoning from the cakes as they are returned day after day mixed with new batches… cold 🥶 swimming pools. breakfast is a joke.

they need to improve food and restaurant staff need some language classes

the only good thing is the beach front location and they put all their efforts on it. its excellent location and so many swimming pools swing and other things at beach.

the food and the staff same Egyptian basic food everyday. restaurant staff don’t understand and speak any other language. restaurant staff worst in dealing. they put us in different room as we booked after compliant they changed our room. kids not eat anything from it,have to travel back to town to feed them.

The pool and the beach is nice staff pool side were really friendly.

Receptionist were very rude and not polite nor welcoming. No serviettes. Food was below poor. Should not be charging nowhere near the price for the quality of the stay. So disappointed and dissatisfied.

I feel very sorry for people who book this hotel for whole period of their holiday .This hotel is disgusting,and is on edge to be close , because of damages,cleanes,and very very dangerous food and kitchen as I seen ...eat there is hazard with health!!! Terrible hotel number 1 I ever stay ..and because of that I stay only 5 hours I can't hold more ... Straight away run and book different hotel ... Please don't even think to stay there.

Superb

What makes this hotel is the access to the beach and the bungalows. The bungalows were amazing. They were located opposite all the pools and near the beach. We got one for 4 people and it was perfect.

very bad location with high cost value

really i didn’t like it, i’ve continued my stay as i didnt find another property

it wasn’t for family or couples only no rules there all places are dirty electricity shut down everyday the also shut down the conditioner at night for saving energy although the keep the fans working very bad place with high cost value and stars
