Location and style of property. The staff very good

The people were extremely friendly and accommodating. They made us feel very welcome and even gave us a room to shower and change in after we already had checked out because we had a late flight. Absolutely amazing, I wish them the best.

Cozy stay in a traditional Cave Style Greek House. Located on the east side of Imerovigli, this property offers great value for money (considering that everything in Santorini is expensive by default) and is short distance from Fira Center. Its a cute property. There is a bus stop couple of mins walk away from the property with buses to Fira and Oia.
Breakfast is mediocre and could be better. Rest all ok

This is a true hidden gem, from the property to the staff! Yvonne and Artemios take great pride in the maintenance and history of their property. It was once owned by Artemios's grandfather including the 600 year old church, St. Artemios, which Artemios is named after. The church has a plaque inside of its owners dating back to 1400. Mirsini, in reception was so attentive from the moment I emailed her months before our family of five adults arrival. She ensured our stay was perfect from site seeing
recommendations to restaurants and made us feel like family! She recommended their sunrise and it did not disappoint! We ate at the 16 room Inn for most of our 4 night stay! John the chef is an amazingly talented young man who cooked the freshest, authentic Greek meals and looked after our families needs. John and Flutura ensured we had everything we needed to order and enjoy our meals. I really miss the Aghios salad! Breakfast was delicious, plentiful and I couldn’t finish it most mornings. If you need to change your order you just to mention it. There were so many choices. Alex tended to the pool area and Angel and Christina maintained our room everyday and kept it immaculate. We stayed in unit #13 the oldest of their Traditional
Cave Houses. The wifi was absolutely fine for us. We enjoyed it at all our our outdoor seating areas, under the pergola and at the pool. We could get reception sitting by our door, but they’re getting a new system in to increase usage in the
units. our 2 bed, 2 bath unit was nicely appointed with mini fridge and very comfortable beds and bedding.
The bathrooms had amazing large showers with great water pressure and large vanities with new fixtures.
We arrived as strangers and left like family.
We hope to return to this beautiful 16 room resort again with our growing family. Thank you efor a great family vacation!! Sandy from Ontario, Canada🇨🇦
…that we had to leave

The property is absolutely stunning and basically looks like your own private version of a Santorini town. It's a very beautiful place and also away from busy areas so it was nice and quiet.
The WiFi only works outside of the rooms currently so it's a little bit annoying. There's also very little phone reception in the rooms.

the staff and room were great!
minor feedback only would be to include some wine glasses in the room (especially as we stayed in the honeymoon suite) and also some basic utensils such as knife / fork / spoons

Could not fault this place. We loved our stay! They are so extremely lovely and helpful. They arranged transfers and atvs for us which was fantastic.
When we arrived they gave us a map with their own recommendations for around the island with a map and suggestions of places to day.
They managed to get us a last minute booking at a delicious restaurant that is usually booked out.
The bed was comfy (best bed we have had in our Europe trip) and the apartment was gorgeous. Just loved it!! Will be back!!!
Absolutely nothing.

Hotel is absolutely gorgeous and Yvonne couldn't have been more helpful. Our stay was perfect!
Breakfast was fresh and tasty, we had dinner there once which was rustic.
No improvements needed for the hotel but due to its location hiring a car/vehicle is a must. The buses all run from Fira and from what we learnt don't regularly pass this side of the island. Taxis are also pricey. Hire a car, there's free parking in most locations!

Beautiful and Historic property away from the hustle and bustle of Fira and Oia. We originally didn't rent a car but did after the first night, it really is needed at this location which is not walkable to anything. The staff and Yvonne were terrific and helpful. The place has a great vibe. Enjoyed the pool and the breakfasts.
This location is not the typical caldera view hotel listed in Imerovigli - which is fine, as long as the traveler is aware of this.

We booked the large honeyroom suite at the top of the hill which gave privacy but a few more stairs to climb! The property is gorgeous and the pool is lovely. We were only there two nights so didn't try the restaurant beyond breakfast one morning. The sunrise view over the water was incredible!
Wifi in the room would be handy, but due to our proximity at the edge of the property we had to sit on the patio to get it. Also, we had a car rental which made reaching the lodging much easier.

, the property is a splendid little village where you can enjoy the island vibe and totally relax. The staff was extremely professional and friendly, thank you for making our time in Santorini so pleasant. It is on the calm side of the island which allows you to disconnect but still reach all the busy areas within minutes. We didn’t rent a car and still could enjoy visiting Santorini as the bus stop was just next to the property. The breakfast is tailor made for you every day, very good and generous. We also had a meal in the hotel restaurant and it was delicious! The honeymoon suite was very spacious and stunning cave, allowing us to totally feel the Santorini vibe. W
The fridge in the room was a bit noisy

Room was nice and big, the place was lovely. Definitely need a car to get here and be able to visit other parts on the island.
It was a cold breakfast.. we missed having something hot .. that part could have been slightly better

All staff members were brilliant. If you want to enjoy your holiday, it is a really good place to do it.

The staff was truly incredibly. We had such a wonderful time. We knew we were going to be outside of the populated areas, which is what we wanted. But that does necessitate getting a car, scooter or quad to get around. Yvonne helped us reserve a quad after we arrived once we realized that we needed transportation. Once we had our quad, we were able to explore the entire island.
Our room was lovely. We were at the top of the hill of the property and had an amazing view of the onsite church dome and the sea. The bed was comfortable and we had more than enough space. But we didn't spend much time inside except to sleep. When I was at the room, I could usually be found enjoying the view from our terrace.
When we go back to Santorini, we will definitely stay here again.

The place seems like an experience.
Good privacy and silence.
You can have a dinner in the hotel for a good price - I like all plates except one.
Simple breakfast, but ok. The staff is really helpful.
The internet doesn't work inside the room.
There aren't grocery or stores near the accommodation, so rental a car or use a taxi service is necessary.

The hotel is run by an adorable couple and the property has been in the family for centuries, very thoughtful meals and beautiful rooms
I literally cant think of anything wrong with this place - it was perfect.

Incredibly kind hosts and staff. Breakfast was delicious. Felt very welcomed and supported during my travels.
We love animals! But if you don’t, just know there are cats and dogs on the premise. All were friendly and great with our kids.

Beautiful surroundings, spotless room, fun and friendly cats, lovely warm and welcoming staff (thanks Yvonne!) Staff can book boat trips for you at a better price than what is online.
Due to Covid, there was no buffet and you had to preselect what you wanted, but this was fixed for the duration of the stay. You could change the odd thing, but it was a bit samey by the end.
Seating outside the room could be improved with some cushions.
No wifi or 4G in the room (forgiven as it is a cave house) had to go outside the room for internet access.

The place is just so unique. The room was nice. The restaurant was delicious with just reasonable prices. Interacting with the owner seemed so familiar and he was so nice and helpful. He even drove us into Fira and gave us tips on what to do. It's just a beautiful place to stay away from all the chaos of Fira. Opening up the door to see the sun rise was wonderful.
Cell phone reception isn't the best and the wifi doesn't reach into the rooms.

The property itself felt like a little village and was very beautiful. The owners were very kind and had a great sense of service like all the staff.
The room was nice though filled with light very early in the morning because there were no shutters.

The hotel was beautiful, such an authentic experience in a historically significant setting, a 600-year-old church turned boutique hotel in a cave setting. The room was beautifully decorated, the terrace had great views. All the facilities were clean, the pool was very nice also. Yvonne and her husband were amazing in helping us organize transportation and making sure we had everything we needed. Thank you so much!

Internet doesnt work inside the cave houses anywhere in santorini

Hotel is fall on the back of the cliff, rather than these hotels on the cliff, here is more like an unique place rather than just a "web celebrity", it has more complete facilities and perfect service, every room is a carefully designed wonderful "cave", you can feel the local atmosphere here very well, it is quiet and sweet life... You can also travel more convenient here(not up and down a lot of steps before go for a drive or a taxi LOL), Parking is within the hotel, so it has a very high cost performance😁 .
We are offered very delicious and rich breakfast everyday, plus the pool, where we can relax on a lounge chair by the pool.
The hotel is owned by a very sweet couple, they are very friendly to people, very considerate, because we don't have a driver's license, they always arrange the trip for us in advance, and help us to contact the taxi or even personally pick us up to and from other sites, the waiters here are also very friendly, their attitude is the best I've ever seen!
The hotel restaurant is also very delicious, you can customize your own meal, there are also a "daily special meal" everyday.
All in all, it is perfect for families, couples, and even solo living. You are sure to feel at home here and have an extremely relaxing and nice holiday!

The property is very picturesque and peaceful. You could even hear the waves on a windy mornings.
Very clean and well taken care of.
Max and the cats fit perfectly.
Yvonne is one of the nicest and calmest people I've met.
The location is remote but convenient. A car or ATV is a must - in high season be sure to reserve it early.

The owner is adorable, we felt like real guests at the hotel and it was our family who has been hosting us. Amazing place with cosy rooms/ apartments. Extremely clean. We have ate in a couple of good places on Santorini during the stay but the food in the hotel's restaurant (especially the starters) were much better + the prices are really adorable. Nice pool with sunbeds, big parking, super easy to get there from the road. Lovely dogs walking around. The best hotel experience in a really long time! Highly recommended!
There is literally nothing that could have been done better.

Really friendly and helpful staff, the scooter was already waiting for us when we arrived. Nice rooms and the pool area. The breakfast was basic, but really good. It is possible to get traditional greek dishes for lunch and dinner at their place for reasonable prices.
The wi-fi and mobile data in the rooms didn’t work. You need to have your own transportation since the property is in the middle of nowhere.

We enjoyed the location as well as the resort itself! The owners are incredibly kind and helpful, just as much as the staff! The Greek night was a highlight and we very much appreciated the atmosphere. We will definitely return!
We enjoyed everything!
