It was okay. Prefer more activities and better food.

Great views. Staff was friendly. Wedding planner Tania was very helpful and kind.

Mosquitoes and the food was just meh.

I most likely wouldn’t stay at the hotel again

I liked the little restaurant out by the pool, food was good there. The bed was comfy to sleep on. The breakfast and lunch buffet was also good too. The pool area was fun.

I didn’t really like any restaurant, the food didn’t taste that great. The only restaurant that tasted ok was Spice. The first day i got there, i went to use my $400 Dyson blow dryer and it blew it, my blow dryer stopped working. There was very little a/c in enclosed areas.

Good stay

A short ride from CUN airport and we immediately felt welcomed. We booked preferred and our rooms were available upon arrival. I liked the preferred lounge. The staff was very friendly. The international buffet was great and had a lot of options but I mainly ate omelets every day. They did have GF options available. The poolside kitchens were great! Nachos, wings, hamburgers, and fish tacos. If you go please try the French and Mexican restaurants. Lots of activities for families.

The first night there was some confusion about which restaurants were open and if room service was open which I did speak with one of the managers Jorge about. Our jacuzzi was not clean upon our arrival and I did request for it to be cleaned but I'm pretty sure housekeeping didn't get to it. The staff will tell you to download the app but you don't need to; call room service to order because the app will state that it's closed, the staff post events and open restaurants in the elevators every day. During our last full day, however, I think service was lacking. I'm not sure what happened but there seemed to only be one server and two bartenders poolside.

Great

The staff were all so kind and very cheerful. Loved that everything you needed could be ordered using their great app. The buffet was great and the shows were really great as well!

As you arrive you get bombarded into a one hour+ long pitch about their timeshare packages,they wouldn’t even let me go to my room without signing up for the breakfast. This sit down shouldn’t be the first thing I’m tired to after hours of travelling.

They are a great wedding factory and they have a committed sales team

Went as guests to a wedding. It was a great venue for the occasion and their staff did a great job pulling it off. it’s a great place for couples and adult gatherings. I liked that there weren’t a lot of kids.

Some wedding packages come with outdoor receptions complete with a dj and light show. They’re done by midnight. Also, go in aware that they’re going to pitch you the $25K 30-year membership to their Vacation Club. (The new timeshare-esqe scheme)

Sid not like there wasn’t a place to grab food quickly instead of having to sit down and wait for availability. pool also closed too early. si se is 730pm and pool closed at 7pm

you could do most things with out a line up ( room at bars, dinner reservations last minute, nice tables at buffet) always a welcome staff to greet you like a big happy family thank you for the week!!!!!

We enjoyed ourselves but areas to improve

preferred is worth paying for as the pool area is brilliant and the service top notch

patchy wifi by adults pool. poor really considering clients have paid extra for the privilege. also sports bar didnt show English premier league because “its a paid for channel”. bit odd that a hotel with all these clients and high standards can’t pay for for a channel that gives access to the greatest football league in the world.

The location is good right next to the beach,the swimming pool is nice as well.I really like the coconut ice cream from the cafe,most of the staff r really friendly

The thing I hate most is right after we checked in,they told u wait there for some vouchers(it's totally useless) then there is guy trying to sell you timeshare which is really annoying asked a lot of piracy questions and took us a long time There r a lot of seaweed in that area of ocean,all the acohol r weak ,the food they providing in room service r really not good at all，seems they intend to make it taste bad so people have to get down to wait in such a long line for food(Some of the waiters have bad attitude maybe because they were too busy)

Some of the staff don't know the restaurants schedules and couldn't go to the restaurants I wanted to go due to the fake info given to me. There are only like 2 waiters on the pool area attending 50 people, so had to wait for long periods of time.

A good all inclusive but overpriced.

the comfort and elegance of the rooms. kindness of the staff

the beach-sea hard to swim because of rocks in the water breakfast buffet can get crowded with food supply to be missing in some parts of the buffet. not acceptable for the daily rate of 600 dollars for a family of three. it is a good standard of massive all inclusive resort that if you get it in a good package deal is okay . if you need to pay full price I would say it is overpriced.

my friends and I celebrated my 27th birthday here and it was nothing short of amazing!! all the staff were incredible! everyone made you feel welcome and comfortable. I definitely will be back

Passable but with the same investment could have a better vacation

Sports bar was good Bar drinks were good Room service was good In general the staff was good and had a good attitude

We got offered the loyalty program, even tough we said we didnt wanted to buy it they kept offering the program to us and we lost more than 90 minutes of one day The hotel felt understafed Buffet was not clean, very messy
