Situated in Puerto Morelos, this attractive house for $296 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Granite counter tops, A/C throughout, and a second bathroom in the main bedroom. The second bath has a door out to the pool area for easy access. This charming 2-bedroom home is on a huge lot with big lawn, gorgeous pool and partial view of the ocean. Big french doors let in the breeze. Fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, and charming Mexican decor. The second bedroom can be made up as a king bed or two singles. The master bedroom is a brand-new king bed. The beach is straight out your back door and down the access alley. We have a central office at Abbey del Sol just across the street from Casa Anita. This was our first time to Puerto Morelos. We were a bit hesitant since we know some others areas well. However, we booked Casa Anita and of course, the pictures looked great.Communication with staff before the trip was great.We arrived at night and the home was perfect for us. The place is clean, beds comfortable, and the pool is great!We enjoy cooking and the kitchen had enough pots, pans, cups, etc.Sitting by the pool in the a.m. watching the sunrise was amazing.Casa Anita has a very nice and private yard on a quiet street away from the noise of town (even though there is not much noise in Puerto Morelos overall).The staff was great, friendly, and were very helpful.This home is not cheap but compared to other places and cities we've staying from Playa to Tulum, this is clean and comfortable.We had 2 bikes and they were great for heading into town, quick trip to the store, etc.Our kids loved that we had a pool and they enjoyed the private yard where we could have some downtime, swim, read, and play futbol.We will for sure come back to Casa Anita!

Absolutely incredible vacation rental. Perfectly situated 1 block from the beach at the end of town. You can walk into the city center along the water or take the provided bicycles. The staff are amazing and extremely attentive. The house is well equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy your stay. The beautiful pool and outdoor garden area are even nicer than they look in photos.

This house was perfect for our family of four. The house was well equipped, and the pool was fantastic. It was a long walk to downtown, but we enjoyed it. We highly recommend this place for those visiting Puerto Morelos.

We loved our stay at Casa Anita! The house is everything described and more! The pool and yard are beautiful and well cared for. The location is on a quiet street, just on block from the beach. There are a couple of beach clubs right there where you can rent chairs with umbrellas for around 250 pesos or 14-15 USD. We also loved being just a short walk or bike ride to so many eateries! We will be back for sure!

We loved everything about it. A great family getaway. I’d have no hesitation recommending this to family and friends. The property was like a self-contained paradise. It was well kept and just so beautiful. The house was so comfortable and had everything we needed (including a well equipped kitchen).
It was a short walk to the beach that gave you a feel of what it would be like to live there. We absolutely loved it.

This was our second time staying at Casa Anita and it was just as wonderful as before. We were a block from the water and an easy 20 minute walk to town. The staff at Abbey Del Sol were very helpful and all of our requests were handled promptly. We enjoyed meals at John Gray’s, Opps! Little Italy, and El Nicho bakery. This is second time staying at Casa Anita and we just LOVE this place! It is so comfortable in so many ways. We love the aesthetic value of the home. We love the added space in the lush garden and the covered porch. We got stuck with some rainy days, and to have all of this space makes a difference if you can't get out on the beach as much. And this end of town is very quiet as well but just a block or so to the beach. I will miss sitting out by the pool looking out at the garden each night... Staff and owners were so great to work with in many ways! Muchas Gracias!

The house had everything we needed for two adults and two pre-teens. We self-catered two meals a day and never lacked for cooking gear. The house was a delight from the moment we first saw it. As pictured and better.
As for service, the Mariela and the folks she works with are grand. She was easy to reach by WhatsApp and in the office starting days before our visit.
The only thing to be aware of is that you're at the far end of town, so it's a 20 minute walk into the center. We will rent two extra bikes for the week next time we're in town to cut down on hot walks in the sun!
We are well traveled on four continents and this was one of our best weeks of all time and my only unreserved 5-star review.

We stayed at Casa Anita for 16 nights. It was a great little house and suited our needs perfectly. The bedrooms were spacious with comfy beds and plenty of closet space and hangers. The bathrooms were large too and had beautiful Mexican sinks and tile. The kitchen/dining/living space was not that large but was certainly enough for the 2 of us. The kitchen was well supplied and the living room furniture was new and comfortable. The tv was new and if you wanted to watch tv you could get 413 different USA channels! The wifi was strong and fine for our needs. What was the best, though, was the outside space. A lovely pool area with new lounge chairs plus a table with 4 chairs plus a stunning side yard filled with beautiful plants and trees and more lounge chairs to sit in the shade. The pool is not heated but in March with the sun shining on it all day, the water was a very comfortable temperature. There was a family of iguanas who lived in the yard that we saw daily and many, many birds that we watched and listened to for hours. Even a coatimundi made an appereance once or twice. Because the yard and pool area were so lovely, we never even went to the beach club which was just 2 blocks away. The breezes that came into the backyard were just heavenly on the hot days we had. There were 2 bikes to use if you didn’t want to walk the 6-8 blocks into town for shopping or eating. The staff at Abbey Del Sol was right across the street to answer questions, bring more water, etc. The house was cleaned twice while we were there and the yard and pool were maintained frequently. Thanks Mary, Jin, Hugo and housecleaning staff for making our stay so wonderful. We will be back!

What a wonderful one level 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Casa to stay in. The pool was steps away from the living & master bedroom. Just perfect for a young family who know how to live and enjoy life. Out 14 month and 4 and a half got house and sons LOVED it all. And the parents thought it was a second honeymoon with the kids!!! Perfect! Casa Anita and the associated Abbey del Sol exceeded our hope of an authentic experience in a charming atmosphere. Located on the edge of a quiet town, easy bike rides into town got us in the right mood and in a small way, proved to be a highlight. The staff was always happy to help: promptly refilling water, advice on a site to visit, and really anything they could possibly help with. The properties were even more charming than they appear on line. We spent time just strolling around the sites snapping photos of every courtyard, the vibrant still-life, the lush gardens, and every characteristic space. Puerto Morales is a such an authentic jewel of a town and I hope it is able to retain it's character and not become just another empty Cancun resort. We hope to someday return to this special, magical property. For those seeking something different and special and authentic - for those seeking a slice of life, I highly recommend these properties in this this town.
