Definitely the water slide and pools, the kids loved the games room and playgrounds. Short walk to the beach was also a plus
We stayed in a 3 bedroom chalet, Wish I booked the 2 storey or family cabin, we had 3 adults and 3 kids. Next time I will book a bigger one just for some extra space.
8.0
The playgrounds, pool, closeness to the beach, food truck facilities
Couldn’t get any streaming services eg Netflix to work and would have preferred block out blinds to the bedrooms as it was very bright at night with the lights and sun in the morning.

The staff need to much friendly and more approachable with a greater focus on customer service. A little smile goes a long way.
And family bathroom is missing very essential resources such as a nappy change pad/mat retractable one, a bin to put baby nappies and wipes, a tissue/paper towel dispenser and a hand dryer.

The TV was damaged and had 2 blotches in it

The chalet was spotless. Great location, just few minutes walk to the beach.
Everything was perfect!

Bedding wasn't warm enough for the cold weather during our stay, but everything else was great!

Very close to attractions such as Cape Naturaliste National Park.
Camp kitchen was superb with great indoor facilities.
If only we had our grandchildren with us to enjoy all the kids' facilities, especially the pool.

The size of the room was great, the grounds well kept. Swimming pool and indoor playground were a huge win for the kids
The couches were super uncomfy.
The arcade games in the games room - the kids were so keen to play them but we don’t keep cash on us anymore. Would have been better if they were free or if you had a cash machine.

Very nice organised family resort.
It was very busy despite the time of year which was a testament to how popular it was.
There wasn't anything we didn't like, rather as it was geared for families, we felt it was probably a bit too busy and noisy for us, but we enjoyed our stay never the less.

I thought the pool and play equipment should be available until a later time 6pm is a little early.

It was very clean and peaceful

great amenities and very clean
we were situated right next to the playground which is quite noisy up until the 10pm noise curfew which made it a little harder to sleep for early bed timers and young babies

Excellent location 5 minutes drive to all restaurants near the jetty and still a close drive to landmarks. Immaculate gardens and chalet with most necessities covered for an easy and comfortable stay. Professional and polite staff. Pool was a winner for the kids and relaxing for us parents. Just a short walk across the street meets crystal clear water and what it seems to be your own private beach. Would be booking again and recommending this resort to all family and friends.
Would suggest a more comfortable sofa in the living room to accommodate all family for a movie night. Though not essential in summer as we were out and about most of the day, it would be highly advantageous for cooler days.

Immaculate grounds. All the grass is so green! Toilet blocks were always clean. Maintenance people were always out and about maintaining the grounds, even late at night. The pools are awesome and the Santa visit was a special surprise too.
Nothing!
