Bis auf die Lage des Zimmers traumhaft

Die ganze Situation, das Ambiente, der Ausblick, das sehr freundliche Personal

Die Lage des Zimmers im Hotel wäre im Vergleich zum Preis besser in Richtung Nil gewesen. Die Tür zum kleinen Balkon war überaus eng!

Would highly recommend the hotel

Breakfast options really good and you can request to have some things packed to take away with you. Terrace view is exceptional. Food here is OK though, not to die for.

一切都很好！

特别喜欢主楼河景房的装修风格，阳台很大，可以很好的欣赏尼罗河。河对面就是个十八线小神庙。酒店内直接走下去就是码头，可以坐船去努比亚村。工作人员礼貌、友好，特别是Michael给了我们很多帮助。

Excellent view from the room. Hotel tour at 5pm everyday.

The breakfast restaurant is nice and classic but would prefer to have breakfast outside with river view.

Perfect hotel

Excellent stay at the prestige suite with nile view! I booked the suite for the first night as my original plan was to get on the cruise the next day. However, there was a mix up with cruise date and the suite was not available for the second day at the time of booking so I booked the king's room which was $400 cheaper than the suite. When I was at the hotel, the staff offered me the suite for the 2nd day without charging the price difference! All staff were very friendly, the restaurants are magnificent. Will definitely stay here again when I'm back! Make sure you get a room with nile view, I literally just sat at the balcony admiring the river the entire afternoon haha. Breathtaking.

A truly legendary and unique hotel!

Huge surprise! An amazing place, full of beautiful furniture and history. You can feel the spirit of travelers everywhere. You can travel back in time in a very elegant style. This is a great start to get into the explorer's spirit before embarking on a criuse tour of the Nile. Amazing swimming pool, wonderful view of the river and a very good breakfast in the beautiful interior of the restaurant. One of the few hotels in the world to which I will gladly return.

Property, staff and accommodations were outstanding.

My husband and I have traveled quite a bit and I can comfortably say that it is perhaps one of the most beautiful and luxurious properties we have had the pleasure to stay at. This beauty is matched by outstanding service and and gracious hospitality.

Having to leave. Wish we would have been there more than one night.

餐廳實在不符合水準！不是太鹹就是太酸義大利麵實在不好吃建議聘用亞洲廚師還有用餐結束有莫名其妙的員工來要小費，（並非服務我們的人）感覺很差

Definitely among the best hotels in Egypt

Amazing view and wonderful staff. A free tour around hotel everyday at 6pm is a must-see, which gives you the opportunity to see the room Agatha, Churchill and Diana had stayed. Breath-taking Nile view at sunset. And the staff was so kind and helpful everywhere you see them. Willing to try their best to satisfy all sorts of your asks. We were even offered free room upgrade because of my sprained ankle! I’ll definitely recommend the hotel to my friends.

A beautiful and luxurious experience

To put it simply, this place is incredible. Easily the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff are attentive and friendly, the facilities are truly luxurious, and the view across Elephantine Island and Aswan can’t be beaten! If you are able to stay here whilst you’re in Aswan, you won’t regret it.

Outstanding stay at an historic hotel in Aswan

We were very excited to stay at the hotel given its impressive history. We were blown away by how beautiful it is. You feel like you have stepped back into the Victorian-era with the archaeologists and famous guests who have stayed at the hotel. You can also tour Agatha Christie's / Winston Churchill's rooms for free (if they are not occupied by guests). Our room was spacious, clean, modern, comfortable and beautifully furnished. The room was cleaned daily and the staff always ensured we had plenty of water. The hotel has stunning views of the Nile and Elephantine Island from basically anywhere on the property. Since it's located right on the Nile, we found it very easy to hop on to a felucca or boat to take us around. There are plenty of taxis around on the road-side of the hotel too. There is also an ATM on site, which is helpful. There is a very helpful concierge on site to help arrange tours if needed. We enjoyed delicious dinners at all of the restaurants at the hotel, including the stunning 1902 restaurant. Breakfast was also fantastic - diverse and plentiful. The kitchen can also make you lunch boxes to take away with you on your daily adventures. We toasted our days exploring Aswan at the gorgeous bar. The service from each staff member we encountered was just outstanding - everyone was warm, friendly, attentive, helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We enjoyed watching the sunset while swimming in the pool, and we even managed to fit in some exercise at the modern and well-equipped gym. We ended up having to stay an extra night because a sandstorm prevented us from catching our flight to Cairo - the staff were so helpful and even upgraded our room for free. We highly recommend this hotel and cannot wait to return!

We felt like royalty...

We got upgraded to a suite. It was absolutely amazing. I had stayed at the Old Cataract before and was already expecting an amazing experience...I was still blown away by how gorgeous this hotel is. The old world luxury is just seeping through the place.

That we only spent one night there! The only other thing is completely beyond their control...mosquitos in the garden terrace/pool area. This should be expected given that it's literally on the banks of the Nile. There really is nothing I would change about this hotel.
