Refreshingly clean rooms and professional and accommodating staff!

The rooms were clean and very decent. The staff was professional, friendly and accommodating. The balconies looked at the Nile. The location is central.

The only problem was the lack of internet in the rooms on the first night. A lady at the front desk helped us fix it the day after, so absolutely no more problems after that.

Clean room with good breakfast, near eateries, but no wifi in rooms & weak A/C

The room and bathroom were clean. Good breakfast. If you need to leave early before 7:30 am, they will provide a to-go breakfast box. The hotel is within close proximity to many restaurants and cafes.

The hotel and room have an outdated appearance. Wifi is available in the reception/lobby area only. While the A/C was functioning, it was not very powerful, which is bad enough during extreme heat.

straightforward and comfortable stay

nice view; straightforward and sufficiently spacious rooms (with king size bed); clean and very comfortable interior design with Nubian accents. Big plus are high-quality windows that significantly reduce street noise. friendly and helpful staff; fast laundry service.

just to note, there is no elevator and currently no Wi-Fi in the rooms

Location is excellent, personal very friendly. Airport transport worked very nicely. It was a good alternative for one night overnight before the start of our cruise.

One of the rooms was quite big and comfortable. The staff was nice and the breakfast was very good and complete.

The wifi was working only in the hall. One of the rooms was very little and the toilet did not flush properly.

We stayed one night before our Nile cruise and the hotel offered a clean, small room with a comfortable bed. A large water bottle and cookies were in our room, which we appreciated. The staff was very courteous and professional, also very considerate allowing us to check in a little earlier since we arrived early that morning from Cairo. Next morning they prepared for us boxed breakfasts since we were leaving for a tour before the breakfast room opened. We were so surprised as to the large amount of food offered in each box: pastries, fruit, yogurt, juice and snacks. My husband and I shared one and offered the other box to our tour guide as each box could easily feed two people. In all, we had a nice stay at this hotel, received lots of attention from staff and the location across the Nile River was wonderful.

Upgrade room was expensive. No hot water in one bathroom. No Internet..only in lobby. No lift . On 5th floor. Tv remote didn't work.

Very good

Lovely big room, clean and kind staff. We were given packed breakfast for our early morning trip to Abu Simbel.

Breakfast room should be redecorated and renewed. It feels very old.

Superb

They upgraded us and gave us a room with a very nice bed decoration (lotus flower), the view was amazing, very spacious room, clean, and the breakfast really great!

The wifi only downstairs or in the stairs.

A great stay

Room was great, clean, amazing view and it had all the amenities you need. The reception staff was lovely and very accommodating. They organised a breakfast box for our early morning start to Abu Simbel. They were also very quick at responding to messages on the app. All in all a brilliant stay.
