Fix these minors issues then definitely will get 10/10

Excellent location to access the beach and cafe. Beautiful ocean view from balcony and room. 2 TVs available in the apartment.

Easily to see and hear from neighbours if you sit at the balcony. Dislike one of the rules that we must throw the rubbish. Both double bed and extra bed are not comfy…. Shower door has gaps so water leaking every time.

Nice location for swimming. Nice clean hotel and friendly staff.

Having breakfast included in our stay was the deal maker.....a lovely breakfast too....Nice location has a sea pool and the beach and the hotel had a pool...a good choice for swimming in that area... .

The walls were a bit thin...we could hear a few noises from the other apartment.....the company may need to supervise children in the spa......in one instance I was in the spa...4 kids came in...2 youngest kept putting their heads under the water and splashing around......kids under 14 should not be allowed in the spa with out their parents...would be a good policy for the adults enjoying the spa..... The choice of food is limited in that area to pub food or pizza...would be nice to have other food shops open up like Indian, Greek, or healthier options.....

We enjoyed our stay on the Sunshine Coast but the hotel was a bit of a downer.

The venue was well situated close to the beach. The room on arrival looked fine and as expected.

The venue is called a RESORT. It is definitely not a resort, more like a block of flats. The room was not cleaned during the entire 7 day stay, nor were the room's amenities replaced. On day 5 someone knocked on the door and asked us if we needed anything. We asked for some clean towels ... white towels don't do well after five days. Breakfast was out the hotel front door and down the street to a cafe. You are given a list of what breakfast meals are available. Whilst food is nicely plated, e.g. if you wanted a BLLT, the list said ONE egg, ONE tomato (which turned out to be 3 halves of a cherry tomato), ONE piece of bacon and some spinach leaves. It said ONE piece of toast but we got two small round pieces of toast with a touch of butter in the middle. No coffee or juice is included - you have to buy your own. Resort? No way. The worst was that our room was on level 1 and someone had definitely had a brain fade and removed the curtains and replaced them with ill-fitting plantation shutters. We had 3 light poles, each with two mega size spot lights within a 30metre radius of our bedroom window. Result? 24 hour daylight in the room so had to go the next day and buy eye patches. Would we recommend? No. Definitely not.

things need to be checked when the cleaners are there eg the frig didn’t close and because of this the little ice box was very frozen and because of this it was dripping on the floor also shower was not working properly and shower hose was broken

Superb

The apartment was big enough for the two of us, the cooking facilities were great, I requested a walk in shower and they were able to fulfill my request The view from the balcony was spectacular.

The bed was a little uncomfortable, I think a new mattress was needed.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay, very quiet

Great location and staff fantastic. Really good value and rooms clean and tidy. Huge bed really comfortable. Breakfast included and restaurant staff very nice and friendly. The gym was exceptional.

Fantastic Location

Great location…..across the road from the beach and lots of great cafe & restaurant choices in walking distance too! Our room was spacious and very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the ocean.

Perfect place to stay in Caloundra

The quality of the apartment, the location and friendliness of the staff, and just everything with our booking. The breakfast was very nice and there's everything you need around the hotel. The decor in the apartment was also amazing.

Comfortable, relaxing stay with a great view.

Excellent location in Caloundra. Across the road from the beach and ocean pool so less need to use the car Room was comfortable and well appointed with nice ocean view.

Nothing amiss was worth commenting on.

Magnificent Views!

Love the location and the view from the balcony! The 1 bedroom apartment was fairly clean and tidy. Just a bit dated and tired looking. No major complaints though. Staff are super friendly and lovely to deal with.

The pillows desperately need replacing. TV's need an update with streaming app access. Ditch the handful of Foxtel channels. Not worth advertising as 2 or 3 weren't working.

The view

Air conditioning didn’t work, people in next room were smoking on their verandah which came straight into our room so we couldn’t sit outside nor could we enjoy our balcony because of this and there was no privacy on the balcony

This is feedback, not criticism because I loved the apartment. I cook all my own meals due to a medical condition, the frypans need an upgrade and perhaps some more cutlery

It was ashame it did not include basic coffee, tea or juice. Also the service for the restaurant ph was terrible and was hard to understand. But the food was nice

In cleanliness for the penthouse inside was good but the outside areas (especially the main) was very dirty. It was full of cigarette buttons on the ground and the dust on the table was thick.

Disappointed by staff.

Great location and a lovely apartment, but the experience has been spoilt by staff there.

We were booked into two apartments with our four adult children, their partners and two friends for a big birthday. We were called the day before we arrived to say we couldn’t use the faulty en-suite shower and there were no other rooms. Staff offered us a $100 a night refund. Despite numerous calls and emails, this refund hasn’t been given. It has really soured our whole experience. I waited before completing this review, hoping the money would come, but this week will be 12 weeks since our stay.
