Amazing.location, perfect view, relaxing

Amazing view, much better than photos, both from swimming pool and apartment terrace. Loved the easy access to beach using the stairs, a bit difficult as the steps are big, still it is close to the beach even with the car. I like the location with good restaurants at max 5 min by car (Kenia by the beach with great pizza and large spaghetti bowls, Albero's under the bridge and the best croissants and ice cream al L'Albanese) not to mention the closeby supermarket Sissa next to an excellent bakery. I liked the 10 min drive to Porto Empedocle where I could easily rent a boat from Marine Club Bar,behind Torre di Carlo. Excellent swimming pool, clean, could easily jump on one side and relax on the other, cleaned daily, illuminated at night and so silent inviting to relax. New sets of beds and umbrellas were just installed. The best was to discover that across the gate there is Sporting Bellavista a sport club open daily from 8:30 with gym, running track, tennis courts, basketball court and...2 padel courts. Very nice owner and good prices per hour. Loved the recommendations for meat restaurants received from owners - Black Bull, Il Caretto and the best in term.of quality vs price: Sammartino in Trapani (it is a food shop that also makes in the afternoon amazing sandwiches, large burgers and large super quality steaks with normal prices and friendly owners. Staff was nice, helpfull, cleaning team was communicative and present offently. Overall, we and our teenagers enjoyed everything at Bellavista and its excellent location - walking distance on the beach to Scala dei Turchi.

Kitchen furnirure was a bit old and deteriorated, but no real issue everything.worked fine. The parking was good and the short walk from car to villa was just fine ( in case of large suitcase at arrival and departure might be bit difficult on the grass).

A great location, view and friendly staff.

We had a lovely, relaxing week in August. Georgia the receptionist could not have been more helpful, she advised us on restaurants, local tourist attractions and even arranged a hairdresser for my wife as we were attending a wedding. The view of the sea was spectacular from the apartment and patio. The pool was well-kept and not too busy. There are steps directly from the apartments to the beach front and local restaurants. We would happily return here.

Very good

It was very clean, great view and nice terrace. The airconditioning was als very good.

The fridge was small, like one in a hotelroom and there’s no kitchenfacilities or utensils etc.

Loved it!

-The location is superb (amazing sea view, 15-20 min walk down the stairs to the beach, 5-10min by car) -The apartment was clean,nice bed linen, enough space for everything, silent air conditioning -Clean towles provided after 3 days automatically👌 (eventhough we had plenty in the room too) -The staff was super nice, very helpful (2 lovely cleaning ladies 🥰,receptionist girl and man) -huge terrace on the upper floor which we loved -the pool is amazing, clean, lovely sea view +green area around it🫶 -we thought we would have a kitchen in the apartment but there wasn’t (you can find both types of apartments) so the owner was super nice and exchanged it to one with a kitchen which was also significantly bigger one - we really appreciated this!🫶 In the end we decided to stay 1 day longer, we wish we could have stayed even longer !

-the stairs to the beach are steep (after all the location is on a small hill) so you have to be fit or have a car to go down to the beach (either way its not far) -we only had butter knife in the kitchen (would have been nice to have a bread knife or something sharper) but everything else was ok!

It would have been good to have a refrigerator in the room, and the green area in front of the terrace to be more neat, it's a shame for the extraordinary sea view.

Excellent and very quiet locality with beautiful view. Beach accessible in 6—10 min (133 stairs). Nice pool and garden. Lot of parking place.

Missing possibility to charge electric scooter 🛵 outside (ideally somewhere in parking area).

Very good

Beautiful place on the top of the hill. Sea view was amazing, just hoped that place would have been bit more close beach - but then you would lose the view. Staff guy was nice.

Only two espressos in the room, but got extra ones from reception. Bed wasn't enough solid.

It is advertised as an apartment, but indeed it is just a room with another small place and the bathroom. There is no kitchen.

Disappointing, don't believe the marketing pictures

Unfortunately the resort is now very tired. The rooms were lovely and clean, but the furniture is old and worn. The kitchen was very poorly equipped, almost impossible to do anything other than breakfast - should have taken a picture of the frying pan - it was so hilariously bent out of shape we had to prop it up to balance it on the cooker top! There are no seat cushions on the old and worn patio furniture. They've obviously had a very hard time through covid, but the place is just unloved now, The pool is nice and the views amazing, but the cafe is closed, several of our light bulbs needing to be replaced and not even flowers/plants in the planters dividing the terraces, which means you have no feeling of privacy, and there's really no excuse for not providing a few plants.

Amazing view

We liked the distance to scala dei turchi - we could walk there along the beach. Beach is awesome and the sea is warm even in the end of october. Pool is also nice - big and clean. We didn’t find any restaurant which would suit us nearby. But we could cook in small kitchen.

Exceptional

The location of the apartments is just fantastic! Beautiful view at the beach and the sea. It can be reached by a little path. So in 5 minutes you are at the beach. The room has actually everything you need and it was clean. Theres a terrace in front of each apartment where you can relax.

Beautiful view on Mediteranian sea, peaceful resort

We really liked the hill top view to the sea, and enjoyed every minute there. Even swim in endless pool after sunset. Staff is very helpful, they helped us plan our activities. We like peace and view from terrace is absolutelly fantastic-you can track the big ships down there in the Mediteraniean:) we liked the really big area of this resort, palmas, olive trees and big garden.. 10/10 would recommend and come again. Very good value for money.

Rooms are close together and you hear every sound of other people’s water pipes and warer heather, but this defiinetely not such a problem.

The resort was exceptionally difficult to find especially after a 6 hour journey, driving alone from potzallo. Due to my gps stopping ‘20 minutes’ from my destinations I had a very dangerous incident with a man that made me have to phone the police who came to the resort at about 4am & eventually left an hour later. When I got into the resort it was in darkness & no one arrived at reception until 08.30. I tried to find my apartment but I was exhausted & it was unclear where it was. When the only English speaking staff member arrived at 8.30 he took the name & phone number of the man who had caused the problem earlier & he helped me with my luggage but I didn’t get to my apartment until 9am but the owner still charged me for that night. The resort is beautiful but it was clear that it was under staffed and as the owner couldn’t speak any English I couldn’t complain to him personally. I did however tell Luca, who spoke English, how disgusted I was with their lack of help although they knew I had nearly been raped and had called the police for my safety and to prevent a noisy scene that would have woken the other guests. My car window had also been damaged in the incident and when I asked for help, again they were too busy to help me and I spent 4 hours trying to find a mechanic that could replace my window on my last full day at the resort. I therefore managed to use the beautiful pool only twice. I attempted 4 times to pay for bottle of wine I’d requested before leaving home but could never find out the price so on my final day, when no one was in the office, I gave up. The owner insisted check out was at 10.30 but I ignored this and left at 13.00, leaving the apartment cleaner than when I arrived & drove onto my next destination.

Beach vacation

Realy nice areal with garden flowers pool, close to a nice beach and the turk steps, parking in front, wifi, enjouyed the pool for our selfs, little playground around the corner

The rooms need a renovation that the outside fit the inside, old furniture, kitchen equipment... what shall i say worse

Superb

The personal was very helpful and nice. ESPECIALLY the cleaning lady that cleaned perfectly every day and always smiling. The view is amazing. It looks much better for real than in the official pics. I really suggrst the hotel owners to renew the pics.

There is no sight division of the terrace so that if there are some neighbours next to you you see them cause the terrase is shared. I suggest to put some high plants to increase the privacy feeling while staying in the terrace.

No breakfast available, stairs to the beach was broken and closed... So the only way to get to the beach was by car.
