Loved every second in here

Perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. Make sure you get a room with balcony, it is worth it. Restaurant in hotel is really good.

During the hot season a bigger refrigerator in the room would be great. Minibar doesn`t really cool the drinks at all.

Nothing location was not good nothing around to do

Hotel was a tired and need updating. There was nobody about when we arrived and we’re not showed to the room. Area it was located there was nothing there not a good location no nice restaurants or cafe’s.

rooms with carpets, restaurant with tables in the dark, breakfast not good, reception unfriendly and not interested about the guests. the bar with few drinks and managed just by request. incredible

At first my Room smelled bad but after I complained they spruced it up and smell whent away I had a single room with a single bed but don't book that if traveling alone best just pay the extra and get a double bed in a room dont book room 107 it's the one to aviod its tiny, , I am average height and my feet dangled over the edge of the small bed , it's clean and has air con and decent furniture and digital tv but you can't swing a cat in there , the shower was hit and miss looked good but failed to deliver hot water when required so had few cold ones, I had to ask for shower gel as they kept forgetting to put new ones out, breakfast is continental and ok , the pool was quite dirty first day until poo attendant gave it a good clean on my 3nd day as top up refil required of clean water it was done everyday after that but pool attendant used up all the mornings cleaning so was never clean until midday , the hotel location is perfect and staff are pleasant , I had guest in the day and they were charged 10 euros each for sun bed and towel which was ok value , we had a lunch for 5 people it was very nice but cost 300 euros but aceptable as food wine and service was good , but outside te pool there is no bar service and that's in July so you had to go to reception for a drink up stairs so that was not good enough , overall its great location has a car park at rear and is more like a good 3+ star so OK but being at the high end price for four star hotels it really needs to improve alittle

No pool bar, don't book a single room and pool was allways cleaned through the morning taking 9.00am until 11.30am

Excellent location on the seaside, big room and bathroom, big balcony with sea view, very clean. Good breakfast. Parking available.

Very nice place to stay - we loved it!

The hotel seems quite new and very nice, child friendly, the room was very big and clean. Delicious rich breakfast, Nice and quiet area, close enough to places of major interest. We had a wonderful time, thank you!

Very good

The hotel is right by the sandy beach, which is rare in Sicily. The rooms were modern and comfortable and there was a clean swimming pool we had access to. The breakfast was very tasty and we could take it outside with a view of the sea.

The hotel doesn't have a private beach area. It is difficult to get around. Taxis in the area are outrageously expensive. Not easy to get to the Scala DEI Turchi on foot.

Didn't live up to expectations

Advertised sea view and there wasn't one. Furniture was cheap and falling apart. Low water pressure in shower.

Delicious breakfast - including eggs, meats, fruits and sweets.

Very good

Good breakfast, comfy bed, big room, very close to the sea. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice view from the balcony.

They didn’t replace towels.

Staff very helpful and polite. Location is good so is parking.

Shower only consisted of overhead shower head, with no had held shower bit. Water pressure was very weak. No instructions on how to access TV stations.

Excellent place to stay if you want to see the environment, including the Castello Incantanto.

We had an excellent stay at the Riviera Palace. We had booked a room with seaside view and that was amazing. Stepping out on the balcony and seeing the sea and the sun is always a treat. The breakfast was well organised, despite the limitations of the Covid period and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, due to the Covid period, the restaurant of the hotel was not offering a lot of choices. The waiter really did his best to make the best out of it, but half of the dishes on the menu were not available. Fully understandable, but still a pity as it is a nice place to have dinner, next to the pool.

Not so good

It is in front of to the sea, and the only nice person of the staff was a lovely lady that served us the breakfast, very kind and friendly.

Most of the staff was lazy, they didn't smile at all, poor conversation. In the bathroom there was lots of mold, and unfortunately they have as well bedbugs. No USB, no battery charge, no iron when I requested. We stayed few night and they never replaced soap and shampoo. Very poor service.

Very good

The hotel is located just opposite the beach. The room is spacious and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. There was no ploblem to find parking place in October. The restaurants are available in 2 minutes by car. breakfast was nice.

We had the room on the first floor, that is why it was without balcony. It was stuffy in the room, the central air conditioning didn't operate (maybe because off season). Low water pressure in shower.
