mauvaise isolation des chambres, on entend les bruits intérieurs( TV, voix) ,fenêtres défectueuses et la route passe devant,petit déjeuner assez simple pour un 4 étoiles

Bella vista nella suite, buon design e pulizia ottima.

Per 350€ a notte ci si aspetta un'ottima cura dei dettagli, così non è invece. Chiamati 2 volte per avvertire che saremmo arrivati in 2, all'arrivo come sospettavo nessuno lo sapeva. La camera bella ma problemi tecnici e rifiniture scarsissime, per questi prezzi certe cose dovrebbero essere fatte con cura. Crepe nelle pareti di resina, bocchette vasca idromassaggio che si smontano, stuccature assenti nei rivestimenti, rubinetto vasca idromassaggio fissato male che si gira, tappo vasca che non si apre/chiude bene, fessure vicino ai comodini nelle quali se ti cade qualcosa non è possibile recuperarla. Carenza di un servizio di reception, entrata da palazzina civile non comodissima. Capisco che il tempo è oro, ma con certi prezzi prima si dovrebbero finire i lavori ed effettuare le manutenzioni, poi affittare le stanze. Peccato perchè il concetto di design della stanza è molto bello!

Albergo perfetto per una coppua

La posizione camera stupenda affaccio della camera spettacolare . Tutto perfetto. Garage vicino comodissimo visto la difficoltà di trovare il parcheggio.

La colazione sotto le aspettative .poca scelta di cornetti e personale del bar maleducato. Visto la tipologia della struttura mi aspettavo un altro tipo di colazione

We were glad we had only booked one night as it was a disappointing end to our holiday.

The room was clean, & well appointed with coffee machine & kettle. The bathroom had a good shower once the water was hot. A taxi transfer to the airport was booked by the hotel and arrived on time.

We had booked a room with a sea view however the promenade road below is busy into the early hours - we stayed out of season. Therefore if you are a light sleeper the traffic will be an issue. The rooms themselves have been recently refurbished however it seems there is insufficient sound proofing between rooms so it’s possible to hear the guests and TVs from adjacent rooms. ‘Breakfast’ was included however this turned out to be a coffee and a pastry at the cafe downstairs. (the staff here were very pleasant) However this was a very poor representation of the ‘continental’ breakfast advertised by the hotel and the online images of breakfast were certainly nowhere near our breakfast experience. We had been told they were ‘building’ a breakfast area at the hotel soon , but why advertise this on the site when it is not yet available?

Oltre lo standard “qualità/prezzo da paura”

È stata la migliore esperienza a Napoli, soprattutto grazie a questo soggiorno inaspettato all’ultimo momento… Non mi aspettavo tanta qualità e posizione della mia camera con tutti i servizi offerti con un prezzo così conveniente. Per non parlare della ragazza della reception gentilissima e ti verrà di sicuro incontro non meno anche il ragazzo,

Esperienza pessima

Ci hanno dirottato in un albergo vicino a 3 stelle senza neanche avvisarci e avere la possibilità di scegliere. Avremmo potuto avvalerci della cancellazione gratuita per scegliere noi dove alloggiare Abbiamo chiesto un rimborso almeno per la prima notte tramite Booking e l’hotel si è rifiutato di accordarci il rimborso

Frechheit, wurden ins Nachbarhotel versetzt. Hatten drauf bezhalt für Zimmer mit Vlakpn und Meerblick und habe wederdad

Kann ich nicht sagen, da wir ins machbar Hotel verwiesen wurden.

Das wir erst als wir angereist sind erfahren haben dass wir ins Nachbar Hotel unterhebracht werden, wegen abgeblichen Rohrbruch.

la colazione, la serranda rotta, il materasso non da 5 stelle. il personale notturno non adeguatamente preparato, abbiamo avuto un problema con la chiave dimenticandola in macchina nel garage che stava chiudendo e non è stato possibile entrare in stanza ma siamo dovuti correre al garage e tornare

Highly recommend to stay here! Exceeded expectations.

Really fantastic location, clean hotel, excellent value for money. Very accommodating staff, helpful and kind. The breakfast was good, the rooms spacious, and shower excellent (great water pressure and heat!) All essentials included in the room. Comfy bed, excellent pillows. Best stay in Napoli, will come back.

A larger sign outside would be helpful as I understand it is located within a residential building. That's it!

beautiful harbour views, close by to CBD Naples!

The location was fantastic. close enough to walk to main areas/public transport but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Naples. Beautiful harbour views. The room was very spacious, immaculately cleaned and super comfortable to stay in. Staff were courteous and helpful.

Only downfall was breakfast was pretty limited, understandable due to the hotel only been quite small.

Amazing hotel

The hotel has a great location, it's very clean and we had a very warm welcome by the checking in. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can feel that they really like what they do. :) We will definitely return. The room is very well designed,we loved the details and the bed was very comfortable. You can reach the hotel very easily from the airport. We walked everywhere from the hotel, the see view is amazing.:) Thank you for everything.

Beautiful, modern room. Lovely lateral sea view and good location.

Booking describes all the rooms with bath, which was not true. The room had only shower, sadly. Descriptions must be changed. On arrival, room was presented but without keys. Staff member told that keys were needed to be desinfected (???). Later on, night shift staff member said that another customer still has our keys! Room was given but keys with another person. That gave a lot of insecurity and inability to trust the staff.

Nice, big, comfortable rooms near the water about a 10 minute walk to old town. Great water pressure :)

Make sure to request a room away from the street. There's a bar directly downstairs with the speakers located right under the bedroom window blasting music until 3 am.

Superb

Perfect location of the hotel nearby the waterfront of Naples. Many restaurants and bars nearby. The city centre is very close. Just a block away there is a taxi station, with cabs always available. The staff was super helpful and very careful. A perfect stay in Naples!

Incredible view

It is very nice place with lovely staff! The bed was extra comfortable! The view is incredible and location good as well. I would highly recommend this place.

The holes in jacuzzi bath didn’t work well but it didn’t disturb our lovely time in this hotel

Pleasant

Location is good. Room is nice and clean. Well decorated.

Our room was right next to reception and the main door so you can hear everything. It's literally being at the reception desk but behind a wall. Shower flooded the room, don't leave anything in the floor close to.the shower bc it will get wet. My advice- as it does not say in the description be careful and do not book this room if you want peace and quiet. It only says- room with an internal view. View didn't bother us.

Great room and location in Naples

The location and room are wonderful, the reception is also very helpful. There is a garage for the car nearby, which is paid separately, but at a very good price. Very clean and very nice breakfast. I recommend it!

It was a bit difficult to spot the entrance to the hotel, but the staff was very helpful. There weren't any other problems.

Nice place that I hope to return to

The room is a bit small but very nicely designed and comfortable. It even feels like a 4 or 5 star hotel. The staff is super attentive. They allowed us to leave our bags there before checking and after checkout and took good care of them. It felt everything was clean and when they cleaned every day it smelled amazing. The view from the room is incredible. The behind the mirror tv is cool. Bed was comfortable. The jacuzzi was in good working condition. The shower was strong. There was a kettle and coffee machine. The mini fridge prices are very fair and feel like a convenience for the guest and not a way for the hotel to make extra money.

There wasn't any places to put soap/shampoo inside the shower box and there were no towel holders next to the sink. There were two pillows, one being too hard and one being too soft. The breakfast was composed mostly of pre-made or pre-packaged stuff. Cold cuts and eggs are only available on request (free), but I only realized when I was already full. The internet was horrible. The tv behind the mirror prevents the remote control from working properly, requiring you to walk very close it, which defeats the purpose of having a remote control. The lemon drink available in the Minibar didn't taste good (opinion/taste). The bathroom door in our doesn't close properly and the handle felt off on my hand. Our room keys required a bit of stretching to open the door. Laundry charged per piece and slow.

Nice hotel, but value for money is a bit pricey.

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was delicious.

We had to pay to use the elevator, very weird. For the money we paid, we would've expected a bigger room. Also, parking should be included.
