Fabuleux.

Le petit déjeuner servît sous forme de buffet était très varié et les produits de bonne qualité. Il y’en avait pour tout les goûts.

Les horaires de piscines trop court la fermeture des piscines à 19h est trop tôt.

Very disappointing and stressful.

The location

The hotel is dated, needs total refurbishment, is not maintained, we were booked to stay for 4 nights and checked out within 3 hours of getting there. Management is in denial about the poor state of the hotel. Not to mention, no sun beds, disgusting beach towels and generally a far cry from the gorgeous resorts we have stayed in over the many years we have visited this beautiful country. Definitely do not recommend.

Very comfortable and calm hotel in traditional Thai style with outstanding staff.

We have stayed 3 times and we love it. The staff are very polite and helpful. The hotel is very much a traditional Thai style with carved wood structures and lush gardens. The restaurants are excellent and there is a wide range of Thai, Japanese and western cuisines.

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden, es war sehr schön.

Die Aussicht ist Mega, der Infinitiv Pool super.

Nur Kleinkram: das zweite Bett war sehr hart, nach zweiter kleinen Matratze gefragt. 2x zugesagt, leider nicht gekommen. Etwas Öl zum Ende der Saison für diverse Scharniere oder sich mal Holz wäre sicherlich mal lohnenswert.

Tolle Anlage mit schwierigen Wegen

Die Zimmer und der Ausblick sind großartig. Der Infinitivpool mit Restaurant ihat eine tolle Atmosphäre. Der Strand und die Anlage sind insgesamt besonders.

Die Wege sind sehr anstrengend und man muss je nach Lage die Fahrzeuge wechseln.

Chambre très jolie, un personnel très agréable

Hôtel très très fatiguant des centaines de marches partout, hôtel avec énormément de monde , un côté un peu « usine a touriste », la piscine au rée de chaussée est sale . Ce n est pas l hôtel idyllique auquel nous nous attendions car même la baignoire dehors nous n avons pas pu en profiter car la terrasse était envahie de moustique. Les prix aux restaurants, au bar sont beaucoup plus chers que sur toutes nos autres destinations faites en Thaïlande

Que nuestro jacuzzi no servía, duramos más de 2 horas esperando que fueran a revisarlo, y no acudían, llamamos más de 5 veces y nos decían que en 5 minutos acudían, adicional por esta falla nos quisieron dar una cortesía en el restaurante y el manager nos ofrecía el buffet o si era a la carta, alimentos que ellos escogieron, cuando éramos alérgicos, y no nos consultaron. Las instalaciones están un tanto descuidadas.

Beautiful and traditional

Amazing sunset views and excellent breakfast. The outdoor bath was amazing. It has a traditional vibe and plenty of choices of restaurants. They provided transport around the resort which was very convenient. Staff were always happy to help and very accommodating.

It is quite large in size and at times sun beds were often reserved early, making it difficult to find a spot around the pool.

Die Insel ist sehr schön und ruhig. Das Resort liegt direkt neben einem kleinen Dorf, wo es Restaurants und Shops gibt. Der Strand ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind traumhaft. Die Pools sind auch toll und haben viel Platz.

Nichts. Nicht für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung geeignet, da die Anlage sehr weitläufig ist.

Increíble, para repetir

La habitación increíble: vistas impresionantes, tranquilidad infinita, muy limpia, perfectamente equipada… Personal suuuper amable! Y muchos restaurantes riquísimos y variados (un poco caros en general) dentro del recinto. Desayuno buffet buenísimo, de todo para elegir Piscinas infinitas preciosas y una playa paradisiaca Además de masajes Thai de 10! Desde luego que es para ir y no salir del hotel!

Le falta tener una buena mosquitera porque nos acribillaron los mosquitos por la noche… Pero entendemos que hacen cosas porque hayan menos mosquitos (estamos en la selva en una isla) Solo servían agua filtrada en restaurantes, la mineral costaba mucho de encontrar (a parte de que nos dijeron que la que nos servían lo era y era filtrada también) y extremadamente cara (encontramos en máquinas expendedoras)

Tramhaftes Resort

Traumhaftes Resort. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Wir haben den grossen, tollen Pool in der Nähe des Strandes täglich mit unserem Kleinkind ausgiebig genutzt. Ein kurzer Spaziergang am Strand entlang und schon ist man in einem kleinen Einkaufssträsschen mit Läden, Restaurants und Foodständen.

Perfekte Organisation im Paradis

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war von Anfang bis Ende eine reine Freude. Die Sauberkeit und Organisation des Hotels sind beispiellos, mit überall platzierten QR-Codes für einfache Bestellungen und zum Tracking der Shuttle-Services. Jeder Mitarbeiter war zudem äußerst freundlich! Das weitläufige Gelände bietet nicht nur eine Fahrmöglichkeit direkt vom Zimmer zu beliebigen Orten innerhalb des Hotels, sondern garantiert auch eine ungestörte Ruhe in den großzügigen Zimmern. Die Weitläufigkeit des Hotels schafft außerdem eine friedliche Atmosphäre, die man nur als paradiesisch beschreiben kann. Das Frühstücksangebot übertraf alle Erwartungen mit einer Vielfalt an hochwertigen Speisen, und die beiden Pools waren einfach traumhaft. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt ein echtes Highlight. Sofern man nicht immer lm Hotel essen will (ist preislich aber auch in Ordnung) kann man am Strand in ein kleines Dorf laufen und für wenige Euros speisen.

Paradisiaque

Le complexe est enorme et incroyable, la chambre est très spacieuse et belle. Les installations sont tops. On y mange bien, et les massages sont géniaux. Navette gratuite pratique pour les déplacements dans le complexe. Piscine d'eau de mer et une piscine d'eau douce Paysage à couper le souffle s'approche de la perfection Pratique de commander à boire et à manger en scannant un QR code.

Se lever tôt pour réserver son transat car les meilleures places sont réservés tôt. Plage pas très jolie Cocktail pas incroyable

Memorável

O hotel parece ser um cenário tirado de um filme. Cada cantinho é deslumbrante. Fizemos uma massagem com a Sang e com a Noi e foi muito relaxante. No entanto, foi o PJ do departamento de lost and found que tornou a nossa estadia memorável. Tive um enorme problema com o meu telemóvel e achei que o mesmo tinha avariado. O PJ ajudou-nos com tudo e uma estadia que poderia estar arruinada tornou-se muito agradável e com um enorme desejo de voltar. Agradecemos muito ao PJ que foi impecável connosco.

Beautiful resort. Amazing view.

Taking Shuttle to reach room all time is not convenient because far from beach and pool. We paid for extra bed for third person but not comfortable as not real matress. Mistake in bill for check out make check out messy. Beach not really nice . No cleat water and rocks. Towel for beach and pool not really good .

Flot hotel på en ø som ikke havde meget at byde på - mange scandinaviske gæster

Lækre og flotte faciliteter.

Tydeligvis et meget populært hotel blandt skandinaviske gæster og absolut i overtal. Ø’en havde ikke meget at byde på så der skulle findes dagsture til andre Oplevelser. Hotellet er meget overprices. Standen lever ikke op til foto - der er mange sten som kræver badesko. Den tilbudte morgen yoga på pier i morgensol var aflyst pga reparation. Vores forventninger til Santhiya blev ikke indfriet når vi sammenligner med andre hoteller i samme kæde.

It was nice for a maximum of two days but would not come back.

Seawater pool was amazing in the villa

Very dependent on shuttles that have to take you up and down the resort. Not readily available so you have to wait for a long period of time. For such an expensive resort, does not make sense for why you have to be so dependent. The spa gets booked out far in advance so no guarantee you can get spa services. Food is average resort food level of bland. Tried to book an excursion to the Phi Phi islands but they said not enough people signed up so they cancelled it. Other pools were very crowded

The most amazing stay!

Everything is perfect at Santhiya! The premises are kept super tidy and a lot of effort goes into keeping the resort a beautiful place. Literally everything is perfect, from the rooms to the breakfast, the facilities (like free paddleboards for 30min per time, so nobody can just keep them for the whole day), a good gym and THE BEST MUAY THAI teachers. We will come back here for sure!! Hate to leave!

1) The multiple modes of transport to get to the resort and then the room! Ferry then taxi then pick-up and then buggy interspersed with short walks! 2) Ants in the food - both in the welcome refreshments and in the jams at the breakfast buffet

Schönes Hotel bitte nicht überpreisen..

Sehr großflächig angelegtes Hotel - schöne Holzoptik zieht sich durch das gesamte Hotel. regelmäßiger Autoshuttle funktioniert gut, verschiedene Restaurants , Badewanne auf dem Balkon!! Hammer - aber ein Schaumbad muss keine 15 € kosten..

Eine Treffpunktbar mit Musik und Gespräch - mit Happy Hour wäre zu empfehlen.. auch nach dem Dinner.. alles Super Sauber !! Etwas zu teuer!

eines der besten Hotels in dem wir je waren mit einem unglaublichen Ausblick

das Personal ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sind toll, alles ist sauber und es gibt eigentlich nichts zu meckern. Absolute Empfehlung!

wir waren im letzen Hotel untergebracht(Zimmer mit Blick auf die Bucht) und mussten immer weit gehen. es gibt einen Shuttle, von dem muss man aber noch so 5 Minuten gehen

Great place to relax

Loved the pool villa and the views are spectacular. The breakfast buffet is really good. The staff are very attentive. Would definitely come back.

The external areas of the villa are quite run down. Broken boards on the floor and timbers haven't been repainted/varnished in a while. Can take a long time to get places as you need to be picked up because the place is huge!! Food onsite is acceptable but for the prices you can go for a short walk and support some local Businesses nearby and get some cheaper and fresher options! The monkey opening my door to get leftover food on my table (my bad for not locking the door) still had me on edge every time I went outside. Lock the door every time :)

Amazing!

Absolutely everything here was amazing, 10/10! We wanted to go to the islands in Thailand and first thought of Phi Phi, but we weren’t really looking to party. We wanted to relax and enjoy a beautiful beach and island. This is exactly what we got at Santhiya. The resort is huge, and offers transport by trucks to get around from your room, to breakfast, to the beach. The staff is friendly and very attentive. No matter which room you book, every single one is beautiful and you can’t go wrong. Highly recommend!

There is nothing bad to say, everything was great.

Fabulous getaway location, amazing amenities , would come back again in future

Location, facilities, beach massage, jetty seating , reasonable price of food, constant shuttles to take you around the hotel, free beach sports equipment,

No personalized service from staff. For hotel guest they should also arrange airport transfer to the hotel as getting there is quite tricky. I got cheated by the taxi people at the airport where I paid extra for private taxi and they dropped me to a location where boats for the day had left and then they charged me extra to get to another pier. This caused a lot of stress and we were on the verge of missing our last boat for the day. Which meant we would be stranded on some unknown pier for the night till the next morning For new guests arriving complimentary airport transfer is a must that should be provide from the hotel.
