Ok stay

In the centre of Patong, bed despite old, very comfortable

It’s a very old building and old room. When we arrive guest night, there are water dripping from ceiling at corridor. And each night when we came back to the hotel, the corridor was dirty with orange juice or some other thing - indicating not sufficient cleaning services

Got an upgrade with separate pool access. Was amazing!

The was not closing lonely. I always had to go back because the alarm system starts. The door to the balcony with pool access was blocked from time to time and I had to push very hard.

Good location but a little bit expensive for what you get.

Location to the centre of patong.

The smell of smoke from people not following the rules. Some in house noise from guests.

Buona posizione per vita notturna

Posizione nel pieno centro della vita notturna , vicina al mare. Colazione buona , letto molto comodo 😊

Viele Partytouristen, aber auch rasche und unkomplizierte Möglichkeit dem untertags auszustellen!

Die Zimmer waren sehr gut ausgestattet, inkl. Wasserkocher, gratis Wasser Kühlschrank, Fön, usw… Auch im Sanitärbereich war alles vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind zudem sehr modern, ohne Kitsch und Schnickschnack. Extra hervorheben möchte ich das außergewöhnlich freundliche Personal. Angefangen von den Putzfrauen, bis hin zu den Kofferträgern sind alle sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Rezeptionistin Frau SOM und ihre Kollegin FAH waren vom Personal ein echtes Highlight. Selten so engagierte, liebenswerte und freundliche Angestellte erlebt. VIELEN DANK liebe Som und Fah!! Auf Grund der Lage waren wir mitten im Geschehen und konnten dadurch alles zu Fuß wunderbar erreichen. Das bringt natürlich auch mit sich, dass esunfassbar turbulent ist ums Hotel herum. Wenn man jedoch 20-30 Minuten Fahrtzeit mit Taxi, oder Longboat, etc… auf sich nimmt, kann man jeden Tag schnell zu paradiesische Strände fahren.

Das Frühstück hätte etwas westlicher ausfallen können. Wurst und Käse gibt es nicht, dafür bereits Thai-Food, was eher auf ein Abendbuffet gehört. Man bekommt aber frische Eier, in allen Variationen. Das Hotel liegt zudem gleich hinter der Bangla-Road, was etwas Lärm mit sich bringt, was wir wussten. Unser Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit Poolzugang - haben daher sehr viel Geräusche von der Lobby mitbekommen, konnten aber meist gut schlafen.

Outstanding location ..... Great property to stay near Patong beach .

Fantastic location..... everything within walking distance...... excellent breakfast spread, nice rooftop pool..... helpful staffs - especially at front desk..... big room size.... overall Great value for money.

Room did not have a balcony..... toiletries provided were not at par four star property .

Location on Sansabai is close to walk to everything...Bangla road real close to walk to but you dont have to walk straight out into its craziness. Big clean rooms. We had pool access and it is 3 rooms into the pool so a nice quiet place to chill after nights out.

Room was clean and the housekeeping were great. Shower and toilet in the bathroom were good.

Good and spacious room

The room was pretty quiet as the hotel is based on the very busy street. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good as well. It's perfect for a short stay.

The curtain in our room was ripped off in the middle of the window and needs some improvements with renovation in the earliest future for a better quality.

great location, requires some maintenance to get it up to scratch.

location was excellent, good value for money

had to change rooms as we did not have an air conditioner for 2 days. when we changed rooms, there was works going on in the room next to where we were relocated. hammer drilling lasted for two days and my two year old daughter was unable to have her afternoon sleep. Out of our 5 days in the hotel, 4 were not very satisfactory.

Definitely not 4 Stars!

Nothing really. We have been to Patong many times and there is much better value for money elsewhere.

We checked out a day early. After 2 nights of very little sleep, due to the music pounding all night until 7 am, we had had enough. Guests were slamming doors and yelling in the hallways. The check in staff were also very rude, we were handed a key, told nothing about the ammenities and had to work out where our room was ourselves. Dirty plates and cutlery, that were there before we arrived, sat outside our room for over a day.
