Nemáme čo vytknúť, bolo super.

Hotel je slušne vybavený, čistý. Každý deň ochotný personál, menené uteráky aj plážové, dostatok vody, bazen taktiež super.

Nevýhodou bolo, že sme mali izbu hneď vedľa výťahu a balkón mal do polovice stenu, za ktorou teda ten výťah jazdil. Keď funguje klíma, balkón sa vôbec nedal využiť. Bolo tam neznesiteľne teplo. Ale naopak prádlo vyschlo veľmi rýchlo 🤭

Cozy and accessible

Standard room with a decent view. Clean and A/C was good.

Towels provided felt like they had been put through a lot of use.

Location was great and close to patong beach

Shower was mouldy and although sheets and towels were washed they were heavily stained

Otelin konumu çok iyi, yataklar oldukça rahat ve personel güleryüzlü

Dişaridan bakildiğinda yeni bir otel gibi görünmektedir. Fakat kesinlikle odalarin yenilenmesi gerekiyor. Özellikle banyolar oldukça yıpranmiş durumda. Klozet her ne kadar temizlensede sararmiş durumda, duş başlığı çıkıyor ve su iyi akmıyor. Kisa süre için değerlendirilebilir fakat uzun süreli konaklamalar için bu olanaklar can sıkıcı

Posizione top, ma sporco sporco e puzzolente, peccato

Posizione centralissima, perfetto per girare i mercati e le strade più famose del centro

Sporchissima la struttura, la camera puzzava di fogna , ragnatele in bagno e abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio grande. Nel complesso la struttura è molto trasandata considerando la posizione strategica. Dovrebbero avere più cura per la pulizia in generale.

Good location, good size room

Some rooms are near lifts where half of balcony will be obstacled. No table in the balcony. Towels were dirty

الاطلاله فقط

عدم النظافه تم شرح لنا عند دخول الفندق اذا تم اضاعه شي دفع مبلغ السرير فيه بقعع صفراء المخدات برضو كذلك وهذا يدل على عدم النظافه الحمام يوجد رواح كريهه مره

Everything. Located perfectly from Bangla road and next to a great foood market. Motorbike parking. Soft large beds. Large room with balcony. Friendly staff. We liked it so much we extended our stay by 2 more nights. .

Didn't try the food so not sure how it is. AC is a little loud, but bearable.

the bath room smell the water stopped working staff couldn’t communicate properly we booked a room with 2 single beds but they gave all double beds instead took them 3 days into our stay to fix the problem ac weren’t even working in some of the rooms

Staff was friendly and polite, Bedrooms cleaned every day. The cleaning staff was really friendly.

Breakfast was awful. The top roof terrace was nice, but the pool needed cleaning. And it needed work doing on terrace. Was only one lift working.

Superb

The location was great. The room was always cleaned to a high standard. Overall, the stay was great and the staff were very good dispite the little things I've written below. We would stay there again.

I tried to call reception several times and no one ever answered. I got told there was no laundry service, howvere on booking.com, its says there is one. I asked the guy at reception to let please let me into my room as my mate was still out and had the room key. He let me in but I asked if I could have a spare key so that I could get the air con on, he said yes but never brought it. I also asked if I could be sent some more water up and never received that either. Breakfast wasn't great. Step up out of the bathroom, kept stubbing my toe. Staying with a mate, so I see through bathroom window into the shower quickly lost its novalty.
