Comfortable, impeccably clean with great staff right on the lovely choengmon beach

Second time staying here & so glad to see they survived Covid. We loved seeing the place bustling with guests but also still had plenty of alone time at the pool etc. We generally eat out in choengmon but this time ate several times at the restaurant overlooking the beach for lunch/ dinner & were blown away with the chicken padthai, no names & fried rice with pork. Super fresh, great value & even a free fire show next door most nights!

The breakfast buffet could be better, the staff are already there so would be better to have at least eggs cooked to order. The air conditioning in our room was not working as well as our last stay. Overall still recommend as a great place to stay on a beautiful beach. We can’t wait to return again!

We loved everything, wonderful location and room, can comfortable and we had everything we needed. The staff is so kind and helpful, they arranged everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent and the staff in the restaurant fantastic. The beach is nice and very child friendly. The pool very nice too. The bungalow right on the beach is a dream.

Hotel full of families. Parents having no control over noisy unruly children. Made our stay a nightmare.

We had a wonderful time, private beach, very quiet, super friendly and helpful staff. We came for the beach and wanted to swim in the sea and that is exactly what we got. Wonderful. When our pick-up for the ferry was delayed, reception kept us informed what was happening and when the pick-up would arrive. Great service.

Enjoyed that it was a quiet hotel and area

Clean spacious rooms, spacious balcony. Cleaning every day. Pool ok size for swimming, but pretty deep so not minded for kids ( they have a small separate baby pool) Close to airport. Sun beds for free at the beach Quiet and peacefully hotel Easy to get around by taxis driving along the street

Breakfast isn’t tempting, so we decided to have ours somewhere else Choeng mon is high end and pricy

Overall nice but would consider the bungalow more like "glamping"

Beach was very nice and the bungalow was water facing and had a wonderful view. We enjoyed having the restaurant in the morning to eat breakfast and was able to get tasty French toast. Staff was nice and accommodating and helped us book transportation to and from the airport. Beds were comfortable and was a pleasant place to end our busy days.

The bungalow is more like "glamping." The shower is not a complete shower and includes just an electric water heater. Within the first two hours of our stay, the entire resort lost power however it did not continue throughout the trip. The door to the bungalow had open gaps above and below so we were forced to put towels in the cracks to prevent the lizards and mosquitos from coming in. Throughout our stay, we did find about 4 lizards inside the bungalow. Overall, we did have a pleasant stay but would say it's a bit overpriced for the condition of the house however you get to walk right on the beach. All give and take!

Beachfront property, modest breakfast, decent restaurant, great massage, very clean room and property, friendly staff, inexpensive airport transfer, close to a bunch of good restaurant and massage parlours.

Room big and clean. Beach nice, long and clean. Silent and nice place. Staff is nice. Breakfast in front of the sea.

Bungalow we rent close to the beach is old and not clean. Kind of gross. I paid extra money to move in another upgraded room much much better. Breakfast is not delicious. Eggs have strange taste.

The location is good close to the sea

On the first night, we found a cockroach in the room even if we never left any widow open. The room door is not completely sealed. Thus, if you mind unexpected guests, it is better to look elsewhere.

Great value and location for a beach holiday

The beach is excellent to swim in especially if you have children. The room was very large, big bathroom and updated. The lounge chairs on the beach were great.

The breakfast was just ok, it had some variety. The beach is super crowded with resorts and the hotels weren’t full so I could only imagine how crazy it could get.

The staff and owners are all very friendly and helpful. They even brought me a yoga mat, so I could do yoga in my room. I also love the convenience of the location, close to the airport, and the long beach with lots of food options.

Really beautiful

This place is truly beautiful. We have stayed here before and will come again rooms are spotless and huge

On occasion there was not enough food at breakfast for the amount of guests. However if you asked food was cooked fresh. Some if the bedding although clean had seen better days and had a few holes and that needs to be addressed. Which is why I've rated 9 out of 10. Guests should also be made aware that any breakages plates cups etc you will be charged. Having said this the accommodation and setting is fantastic.

Choeng Mon Beach on the Cheap

The room was outdated but functional Larger than the normal and very comfortable Nice balcony

The room was basic but clean and comfortable. The staff was the highlight for me. Very warm and always ready to help.

Water heater did not work properly and gave lukewarm coffee. Beach was very poluted. The staff was cleaning it up as best as they could but trash coming from the sea was washing ashore at a faster pace. I blame the Thai governments for this. Put some trash bins here and there once in a while and you'll reduce this problem. Unbelievable how hard it is to find any in Thailand.

Very good

Everything in the hotel was kept very clean. The location on the beach was good. Nice swimming pool.

The window coverings did not cover the sides of the windows completely.
