Would stay again!

The size of the apartment was great for us. In relation to the places we were going, it was a great location. Check in and check out was easy. We’d stay again.

Lovely place to stay

Very close to everthing. Easy access was great. Spoke with staff & was impressed with the service.

Only heat source was a split system. May be too small for the unit.

Comfortable bed, good location, good kitchen facilities.

Good location for visiting Sovereign Hill, not far from town. Room had good amenities, cooking facilities if required. Undercover parking, lift up was a bonus.

Our room was near stairs and very noisy with unsupervised children running up and down stairs continually.

Good value for money location for a short stay, walking distance to Sovereign Hill.

Room was small but functional, although a bit difficult to get luggage from the carpark up the stairs to the room. Location was good.

See above re stairs from carpark. No other complaints about our stay - a one night stopover on our way elsewhere - good option for that.

Good location

Clean, well equipped and close to Sovereign Hill. Lots of takeaway and restaurants in short walking distance.

The swimming pool was not able to be used for our 2 day stay. I booked these apartments specifically for the kids to use the pool. (It was January).

Nice budget accomodation but could do with a little bit of tlc.

Room was a nice layout. Comfortable beds and clean sheets. Close to facilities we wanted to use.

Pool was out of use, we’re not informed on check in. Room had carpet lifting which was a bit of a trip hazard. Could do with a thorough decobwebbing inside and out as had a few spiders. No dvd players as advertised also.

The apartments are well located to attractions and supplies needed/take away options available.

The apartment was super close to the locations we wanted to visit. It was clean and had all the required things for a self contained unit. I thought the pricing was very reasonable for the size and facilities offered.

I booked a 2 bedroom - one room with queen and one with 2 singles as I was travelling with my 2 children. On arrival the rooms both had queen beds. Disappointing as my children will not share a bed so I had to share with one of them. The WIFI seemed to only work in the bedrooms - not in the living space and was fairly patchy with connection. Not a big deal as we were only using it at night and mostly out and about during the day. The taps / hot water in the shower were not easy to use. The shower had to run with the hot water only running for many many minutes until it turned hot (I could have showered in the time it took to get warm) and it was very difficult to get it to the right temperature - the cold tap could only be turned 1-2 cms or the temperature changed from too hot to freezing cold. It may have just been that room and the rest in the complex were fine but my 14 and 11 year olds could not navigate it to the correct temperature and I felt very environmentally unfriendly with the amount of water that was wasted waiting for the hot water to come through the pipes. Again not a deal breaker but could certainly benefit from maintenance.

It was perfect for our stay in Ballarat.

The location was just right. Nice to be close to the central hub but have the nature around you. Liked the rooms weren’t overdone so you could bring children here and not worry they would drop or hurt anything. The kitchen facilities mean you can make breakfast or a picnic lunch.

The stairs near our room were noisy. They need rubber or carpet applied to them to reduce the noise.

Great value, very clean, plenty of space in the 2 bedroom apartment, fully equipped kitchen, great air conditioning, and amazing service from staff!
