very recomended villa

The villa is big, with the comfort bed. They provide a motorbike rental and airport transfer. The floating breakfast is also amazing with the nice bear and rose petals on the tray. the villa is clean and the airconditioner are cold.

Pleasant and Relaxing Holiday

The check-in /check-out process was smooth and fast. All the staffs are friendly and helpful. They attended to us promptly whenever we call the front desk. The Hot/Cold water dispender in the villa was a geat addition as it save us the trouble to boil water for hot beverages. Breakfast was good even thought the selection was limited.

The bathroom floor was very slippery due to the marble flooring. The road from the villa to the main street was very narrow and dangerous for both vehicles and pedestrian.

This has been a great place to stay.

I love that breakfast was asked for every night and provided every morning at the designated times requested. I love that each villa has its own private pool. I love that there is an on-site planner, for tours, rides, etc... The staff always asked what time we wanted our villa cleaned, which was always appreciated. They always removed their shoes before stepping inside your villa, something I am experiencing for the first time.

The mosquitoes just can not get rid of them as well as the lizards that creep into the rooms. The rooms had a smell to them upon our arrival.

Quick Stay

Staff were great and very helpful. Pool was deep and cool. Bathtub is awesum!!, made of stone and deep and longer enough for some one 6 ft tall to fit comfortably or 2 people. Plenty of water.

The Villas decor is very tired, quite a.few ants around and a bit of a damp or musty smell.

I enjoyed my stay. We love Bali and the people and this was no exception.

Perfect location - short walk to JL padma and restaurants. Close to garlic lane for shopping. Bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Breakfast arrived on time and was delicious.

1. Awful smell coming from bath tub, we were able to correct this by running tap - dry pipes. 2. The lounge suite was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever sat on in my life. The cushions kept falling off, had no arms and the shape of the cushions and the cushion as the backrest gave me a back ache. Ended up using the dining chairs to sit on. Needs to be discarded.

I would not stay there unless the shower and pool had changes.

I think the villa is tired. Needs some attention. We liked the breakfast. The water dispenser was good. The bathroom tiles in the shower were very slippery. I'm 66 years old. Lucky my husband was there to catch me.

Didn't like the pool step. Needed another step to get out of pool. If a rail at the end of pool would help. Also loud noises in the ceiling at 11pm. Terrible noise.

Best affordable and worth it villa in Kuta, Legian, Seminyak.

The pool and the bathup infront of the pool, its so aesthetic and i love it. I also need to call the service man to explain how to use microwave and tv setting for smart tv. Very fast respond and nice service. Strategic place near Kuta, Seminyak and Legian.

I got a room number 5.

Terrific stay, lovely accommodating staff.

Loved the pool and spacious villa.

The decking was needing replacing, old and rotting.

We enjoyed our stay but do not think that we would stay there again, purely because of the location.

The staff were extremely helpful and always friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.

The outdoor chairs were difficult to get in and out of. The interior of the villa requires a bit of maintenance, but according to the owner, this is being attended to.

Great freindly place

Lovely clean spacious property,with very freindly and happy staff. Has a great pool and everything you need for a great stay. Breakfast is included and they bring it to your place and set it up. The banana pancakes are a winner.

Unfortunatly the beds are too hard for our liking but others may like a very firm bed, also the access to the beach is a 15 min walk so not central.

Beautiful little villa for myself and my partner. The place is clean and quite in the tucked away location. The villa has all the facilities you would ever need.

The pool area in our villa didn't see much much sun outside the middle of the day, so sunbathing was not possible for much of the day.

big property and plenty of room for a family, great size pool and comfortable bed

I would prefer bottled water instead of purifier as bedrooms and bathroom upstairs and had to remember to fill water bottles to take up stairs to do teeth

The place is really beautiful and bed was comfortable. The staff was really nice as well.

The pool gave me a painful rash so I couldn't use it. (This has never happened to me before). Also there is not enough warm water to actually fill the bath tub to be full.

Villa in general was nice and neat same as photos. The massage services the have is nice and good prices for mobile service.

1. Breakfast could’ve been better, it was really basic and poor portions in comparison with the other hotels “specially the continental style”. 2. Laundry service is poor, first we’ve received really nice smelling cloths so we packed them straight away in the luggage but once we arrived home we were surprised that they are stained like they only have been washed with water and scented. 3. Bugs and insects were really annoying which is normal for tropical country but there was heaps inside the house specially on the curtains “photos can be provided “ 4. No hand towels and body lotion provided. When asked for hand towels they’ve brought us a small square fibre sheets like the cleaning ones

The pool, the bathroom, the comfort of the bed. TV and sound system. Calm and peaceful place. Good for families.

Flooding of the access corridors to the rooms. Lack of hand towels, towels in the kitchenette. Only 2 towels for 3 people.

Having a private villa with 24hr service was excellent, the location of the villa was fantastic too. Close to everything you need and a 5min walk to Padma Beach.

IT WAS REALLY NOT A 4 BEDROOM, MORE LIKE A 3 BEDROOM AND THE PICTURES WERE OUTDATED

THE HOSTESS WERE NICE BUT COULD NOT OVERCOME THE DISAPPOINTMENT OF THE VILLA ITSELF.

WE DECIDED NOT TO STAY ONCE WE GOT INTO THE VILLA AND SETTLED DOWN. THE FACILITY DECO WAS RUN DOWN AND NEEDS A RENOVATION AND WE DID NOT FEEL SAFE. ALSO WE RENTED THE 4 BDROOM VILLA AND THE BEDROOM ON THE BOTTOM FLOOR WAS A CLOSET WITH NO WINDOWS, NOT SUITABLE FOR ANYONE TO STAY IN THERE.

Excellent accommodation and private pool

Really enjoyed our stay in these super clean and modern villas which have been updated recently. The private pool in our villa was huge and we enjoyed a delicious floating breakfast one morning. The staff were very helpful with our requests and even organised a massage in our room. We liked being close to the beach and restaurants. Would highly recommend.
