A great stay in a comfy room with everything you need in a great location!

Loved the location and the size of the room was great. The bathroom was huge and had a huge shower with all the amenities. Room had a big comfy bed and it was cleaned everyday. Nice touch with being provided bottles of water everyday so we never had to worry about water after a long day exploring. Staff were lovely and everyone was super helpful.

Walking distance to MTR & Langham is not too bad.

Room is abit small.. surrounding area is quiet at times.

Strongly recommended for stay and I will definitely come back again

Very convenient location. Easy access to food anytime of the day, nearby MTR Station and Airport Bus Transfer. Very clean room and quiet surrounding! Strongly recommended!

Almost nothing to complain about for that price range! Seriously!

Overall i must say that the hotel is great if you are coming with someone. Staff were wonderful.

The room was good enough. Not much room for my large suitcase. Very clean. The shower was great size. Large and water pressure was great. The service was excellent. Everyone in the hotel was extremely nice and helpfull.

I had a problem with the location only because i was traveling alone. The surrounding area was mainly construction shops. I didn't like coming back to that every night. There wasn't a coffee maker in the room but there was one in the lobby with everything your would need.

I very much recommend staying in Lodgewood

Room is clean, peaceful and had all the needs like shampoo, conditioner, lotions, toothbrush. The hotel is also near to Mongkok Station. They give us new slippers and towels everyday. I enjoyed our stay tbh.

There’s no bidet and shuttle to airport. I also hope they have options for breakfast. I tried contacting the hotel from booking.com but no response. I wanted to ask few questions before our trip, but no one replied.

Will book again!

Very comfortable and spacious. Staff is very helpful and friendly. There were 3 of us so we have a room with a king size bed and a sofa bed.

Family Stay at Lodgewood Hotel, Mongkok.

Location was closed to MTR and night market. A lot of local restaurant nearby and great staff. We had issue with the AC but the staff responded quickly to fix the issue.

The bed is hard, the pillow is not comfortable (its not firm) and very small room.

We had a comfortable stay in the hotel. The location is very near to metro station, restaurant and convenience stote.

Affordable and staffs are friendly especially Chelsea.. She is very accomodating to all ourrequests..

Only the location (Mongkok is too crowded) but the hotel room was clean, beds were comfortable and staffs are accomodating.

Poor

I was charged 1 night prior to arrival from this hotel and then paid the full 3 nights when we arrived. I was told the one night charged would be refunded to my card within 2 weeks. Still no refund a month later. I have contacted them 3 times and they tell me my bank in NZ would do it which is completely false,

Good stay for a solo traveller

The location was perfect for travelling from. The mtr station is close by and from there you have two lines which is handy to get to places around HK. The hotel isn't on the main road, so it was quiet and peaceful for a good nights sleep. The room was cleaned daily and free bottle of waters were given. The room has lots of cupboard space to store your clothes and there was a good hair dryer unlike some hotels. Cutlery, kettle and plates were provided and an empty fridge which was useful for storing HK snacks and drinks. The bed was comfortable and tje air con was easily adjustable.

I would have liked a proper chair in the room rather than two benches so I can sit to read.

they have overcharged me 10 USD using currency exchange as an excuse, even when I let them choose USD while swiping my credit card there still was overcharge - this is just unacceptable, avoid this place

Decent accommodation but should cost less given the unappealing location

Room decent size but smaller than some rivals at similar price

Location was suitable for my purposes but for many travellers the street outside with industrial workshops would be a shock & is a dirty street make no mistake . Canton Rd ends here and in shabby state .

HSKP staff on 15/F was fabulous and it was the first time I met since 2020. Her passion and initiative impressed me a lot. The room was well-cleaned and everything was neat and perfect

All staff were helpful and efficiency. The room well-cleaned. Microwave was the one I love since we could have hot food under the cold weather.

Quite pleasant except for the local call charge which came unexpected at checkout

Staff is helpful. Location is central to Mongkok as it is only a 10 minute walk to the center.

Local calls are charged at $5 per call and operator does not advise us throughout our stay of almost 2 weeks othewise we will have called using our cell phone.
