Une belle adresse et des propriétaires très chaleureux

Un hôtel de belle classe avec piscine et restaurant. Chambre propre et bien équipée pour ceux qui l'utilise comme studio avec cuisine frigo etc... Le vrai grand plus est l'ambiance chaleureuse et amicale apportée par les propriétaires 😜😜😜

Very good

Very friendly staff. The owner gave us recommendations for Greek restaurants. Rooms were left spotless by cleaners. Good pool facilities.

very pleasant, I really enjoyed my stay at Kedrissos hotel

The kindness and politeness of the staff, the hospitality, cleanness of the room, location . The pool was nicely split between the children section and the rest, very clean and plenty of umbrellas and sunbeds around it. Hotel amenities fully renovated , clean, overall a very nice hotel and we really like the very helpful owner - he was helping anyone to find best ways to spend their day, very good recommendations and had plenty of patience to explain in very deep details the surroundings map .

the hotel is fully renovated, all room facilities were brand new (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom)...but the air condition was still the old one, working well but bit noisy and could not have the swing fan mode. Even so, we really enjoyed our stay there , I definitely recommend it and would stay again when will visit Chania.

Just go there!

We highly recommend this hotel. At the check-in Andreas gave us not only the keys to a room with a beautiful view, but also provided us with other, useful information so we can feel comfortable from the very beginning. We got a map with marked routes to the most beautiful beaches, and a bus timetable. The tickets (to the moon) can be bought at the reception and the bus stop is located just by the hotel. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. AC was working like a charm. :) We also had a breakfast in the hotel. The selection of foods wasn't the richest one, but every one could find something tasty there, so no worries. And if you have a sweet tooth, you'll be delighted with their traditional cakes and baklava! The location of the hotel is also good. Not the old town itself, but you'll get there by bus in 5 minutes. Nearby the hotel there is a market where you can buy drinks, foods and cosmetics. About 15 minutes walk (the Golden Beach direction), there is another market that is open till 1:00 AM, so it's very convenient as well. Kladissos Beach is just by the hotel, but I recommend going to Golden Beach that is much, much nicer. However, having a walk around the hotel may be also interesting - we meet sheeps, goats, and horses, and the soil had a beautiful, red colour.

As I'm a night owl, I wish the breakfast was served a little bit longer, and the pool was opened till midnight, but it wasn't a problem at all.

We would definitely want to come back!

the most perfect apartment/hotel for our last day stay in Chania. the staff has been wonderful and very welcoming, the apartment and the facilities and exceptionally clean and the breakfast was amazing

the situation of the property is not the best but once you are there it feels like you are in a quite oasis

Top 3 would be the staff, location, and balcony!

My one major complaint would be that the AC unit really needs to be updated, it doesn't work well enough to cool the room to a temperature comfortable enough to sleep in, and is too noisy to leave on anyway, and as the balcony/rooms are accessible from the street there is a sign to leave the door closed for safety, we took the chance leaving it open to try to have some air/breeze to sleep. The only other thing is the bathroom smelled damp when we arrived and had a bug or two that seemed to have come from the drain on the floor. We left the do not disturb sign on the door to skip cleaning for the first couple of days and other than the floor the room felt and smelled cleaner than when we arrived. After requesting cleaning on the 3rd day we arrived to find it smelling damp again so unfortunately it feels like they are cleaning it with damp/dirty cloths. I don't want to dwell too much as overall we were happy with our stay but the room could also be updated with some basic things such as a full length mirror and privacy curtain (one that let's more daylight in)

A great stay at Kedrissos Hotel

The hotel is very clean and within walking distance from a lovely beach in a nice, quiet location. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Nice pool and food is amazing. In the evening you can dine at the hotel or in nearby tavernas and taste the local food. Breakfast is optional and paid for separately, but it was also very good. Thanks to Andreas, who was excellent in organising our days in Crete.

No shopping malls, though you can shop in Chania town.

Awesome experience

Everything was perfect! Starting with the first day, when we met Andreas at the reception, a very kind and true person, with a will to help and to ensure that the hotel's guests are enjoying their vacation. Vangelis at the pool snack bar was very friendly and kind, as well and the entire staff was awesome! The location is good, close to all the main areas, the room was super clean, the food was great and Rosa (🐶) always welcomed us with a great "smile" 😊. Thank you for the great experience, we appreciate every moment spent with you and we hope to be back soon.

Exceptional

The moment we arrived till we left every question or need was taken care of. The owner and staff were exceptional going way beyond our expectations . They provided extra information and tips on how to make our experience wonderful, from organising restaurant, taxis to points of interest. The facility was spotless, sparkling pool and manicured gardens. Their breakfast menu was great, hot and cold selection fresh, local and delish. Highly recommended by our party.of 3 ladies.

Lovely hotel. Perfect base for exploring Crete by car

Friendly, sparkling clean and modern studio and apartment hotel run by two brothers. Ample free parking. Many rooms have sea views. There's a pool, restaurant, bar, and breakfast buffet. Good kitchenette and WIFI. Nice beaches and lagoons nearby. Andreas will plan you an itinerary to match your interests. Note that on foot, it's a long walk on busy roads to the tourist center of Chania (the Old Venetian port), but if you have a car, Kedrissos hotel makes an outstanding base from which to comfortably explore Crete and I would return again. Incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient hotel owners and staff, who couldn’t do enough to make our stay at the hotel

Nice location. Near local beaches. Short bus ride (less than 10 mins) into town. Spotlessly clean hotel. Bright, modern, spacious.

Very good

Reached late at night due to flight delay, staff called us in advance letting us know how to access the room and had taken into consideration our requirements.

There was no restaurant open at the hotel or their kitchen open for breakfast , No supplies in the room kitchenette as well to even make tea or coffee.

honestly so much never than expected, payed so little for the room and ended up with a full studio apartment for the two of us, staff were lovely and the hotel has great facilities like the restaurant and bar :)

Worth it if you’re visiting Chania but don’t want the city hassle and parking problems

The hotel itself was very nice, pleasant to stay at and not very busy. Facilities were great, breakfast was good as well

Excellent hotel with great staff and facilities.

Staff Andreas and his team were wonderful. Cretan hospitality is incredible. The hotel is 10 min drive from Chania center so you can enjoy it at night. Slightly 1 hour and half away from Elafonisi (road is dangerous so be prudent). Two sports clothing shops in front the hotel. A big supermarket 3 min away by car and also a bakery. Easy to get to the main roads. We have not tried the swimming pool because why would you do that with so many beautiful beaches around :)? People at the bar were also very friendly. Parking is available inside the property but no protection from the sun. We will definitely come back. The studio was very big and the balcony in the new building was huge. We had lots of extra pillows which we like.

Amazing hotel and staff

We’ve just checked out and can’t speak highly enough of the staff at Kedrissos. The hotel was extremely well run. The rooms were very clean and much better than what we had been expecting - really good value for money. However, the best thing about this hotel is the staff. Including the owner. They couldn’t do any more. Really loved our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone.
