Good location, fantastic breakfast!
Very friendly.

Flexible owner
Poor amenities. The hallways were better quality than the rooms. Poor mattresses and pillows, cheap bedding, annoying fan in bathroom.

The customer service was brilliant and great staff. Helped me with my query at no fuss.
the Wi-Fi wasn’t connecting however it wasn’t the end of the world.

The breakfast was brilliant with good quality ingredients well cooked Nice coffee and attentive staff.
The room looks liked created from a garage/barn. Stayed here before in the main house and that was fine. The room was musty and entrance door went out onto the car park. Had to keep the curtains closed as everyone passing could see in. A tad small but OK. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Lighting was not good enough for reading.

It was very clean and the room I had overlooked the garden and was quiet. I didn’t even hear noises from the other guests or the staff getting ready for breakfast.

The building has character, spacious rooms which were spotless, amazing variety for breakfast with all you could handle. location is central in Williton plenty to do short drives away.
the staff were amazing and you wanted for nothing. We will be back, room 5 loved it 4 poster bed great nights sleep.

The bathroom was very nice
The main property may be 4 star but the courtyard rooms most certainly were not. Very dirty windowsills, chipped paint work, damp up the wall in the wardrobe cupboard, cheap plastic bedside lamps....room looked nothing like the ones in the house. If you have a dog you can't stay in the house so it's a courtyard room, that's fine, but the price should reflect this and 'simple rooms' as described on their website should not mean old, dirty and on need of maintenance. The room as a whole smelt of damp dog. I passed my concerns on at check out.

The breakfast was very nice
My courtyard room was poor and the worst room i have ever stayed in

The parking arrangements at this hotel are poor. I would have thought that a resident would have had an allocated parking space. I had to park on the lawn because non resident diners' cars were occupying the parking bays.

The location and brilliant Breakfast
A pleasant individual flavour of good customer care.
Without being in a chain of hotels
Loverly....family welcome Thankyou
Parking is a bit hear and there. but OK if you use the grass ...it does not seem to cover the number of rooms ?
For off road parking....
But I am sure this could be managed.
No Black Pudding.....oh no

The breakfast was excellent so was the two men that looked after us, they made us very welcome and the food was lovely.
The young girl that showed us to our room was ignorant our granddaughter traveled with us she wanted to know where her room was the family room she sent her to the wrong room and we had to ring my daughter to tell us where the room was located we where in the courtyard my granddaughter was in the house.

clean, comfortable, located close to where we were visiting
slightly impersonal bar, used mainly as breakfast room, not a comfortable friendly place to have a drink

The bed was comfortable and clean , the housekeeping was very good ,I had a fall in Minehead we arrived very early and it was to soon to book in . I was in a lot of pain thought I had broken my kneecap, after a while about a hour ,I phoned the hotel and asked if we could book in early which was two hours before the actual time to arrive ,they said okay to come. When we arrived we were showed to where we were staying, and the lady proprietor a lady was concerned and asked me if they could do anything for me,I thanked her and said no thank you, I would call my daughter as she lives about twenty minutes away from the hotel. I appreciated the concern.
First the carpet when indoors we never wear shoes , so my partner walked around the room putting things in order and after all the trauma lay on top of the bed to rest, I made my way to the bathroom and when I came out I was shocked at the sight of the bottom of my partner’s feet, they were filthy there is the only way they could get like that was the carpet. Next the bathroom , absolutely nowhere to put your toiletries, a glass shelf over the sink, and if you put anything on it it will slide off into the basin. Lastly when it finally rained you could feel the damp in the room the paper was lifting off the wall, also I had birthday cards on the window ledge starting to curl.

Comfy beds, spacious room, lovely decor, friendly staff, gorgeous listed building with modern facilities
During the unprecedented heatwave, a fan would have been good as the sash window was limited on opening and fell shut on its own several times (including during the night)
