Nous avons fait une excellente étape à "Exmoor House" avant de visiter le magnifique parc national.

Tout a été parfait, aussi bien l'accueil que les chambres et les multiples petites attentions de nos hôtes, charmants. Nous sommes arrivés par nuit noire sous une pluie glaciale dans ce village reculé, et avons trouvé un refuge chaleureux doté de tout le confort possible. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent. Les enfants ont particulièrement apprécié le lounge doté d'un billard.

Rien. Le pub en face est pratique pour dîner, la nourriture est correcte, sans plus.

A hidden gem and so glad we found it.

Exmoor House is the perfect place to stay for a quiet getaway in Exmoor and an easy drive down to Dunster and the coastal towns. Accommodation is beautifully appointed, super comfortable and clean and hosts Isy and Peter are so friendly and helpful.

Herzliche Gastgeber, schöne gemütliche Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück. Gute Lage und Parkmöglichkeit. Sie haben uns ein Restaurant empfohlen und gleich reserviert.

Izzy and Peter make you feel at home in their warm and cosy B&B. Truly lovely hosts!

Kindness, friendliness of the hosts. We were treated like VIPs. Nothing was too much to ask. Izzy and Peter were very helpful and even prepared a small surprise for us in the restaurant room so we could have our takeaway diner (candle lights and decoration on our table included :-) ). Lounge, open bar and pool table with Alexa (music) was cosy. Very tasty home made breakfast always with a smile. (The film we talked about is "Saving Ned Devine" :-). The other one "Angels Share").

Peter en Izzy zijn toppers!!!

Wanneer je binnenkomt voelt het gelijk huiselijk aan! En op de slaapkamer ontbreekt het je aan niets. Wij hebben al bij heel wat B&B's geslapen en ontbeten, maar Peter en Izzy zijn een van de betere zo niet de beste gastheer en gastvrouw die wij hebben ontmoet!!!

The atmosphere , cleanliness and food were genuinely top quality

The entire place was spotlessly clean, the most comfortable beds and every little detail in the room had been carefully considered. Plus dog friendly.

I didn’t dislike anything at all it was perfect !

Exceptional

The hotel has been recently renovated to a high standard. The owners keep the property faultlessly clean and they have thought of everything to help make your stay perfect. There is a lovely little park across the road if you are taking any four legged friends.

Close to many fabulous walks and medieval Dunster.

We had a very nice stay , lovely and clean, excellent hosts who are very accommodating and thanks to the chef the breakfast was amazing.

Such a wonderful stay with amazing hospitality.

Such a wonderful stay with amazing hospitality. Izzy & Peter went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They booked us a table for dinner on our first night, they stored our bike in a safe place and the even lent us their binoculars for one of our walks. The breakfast was delicious with cold and cooked options. Top quality local meat. The room was clean and spacious with plenty of room for a double bed, sofa and travel cot. Would recommend and stay again.

Fantastic hospitality. The owners Issy & Peter could not have been more welcoming & friendly. We had excellent service, pristine rooms & delicious breakfasts.

One of our favorites - you will love it as a base in Exmoor.

Breakfast was very good - we just went simple though. The owners, Izzy and Peter were super friendly and helpful. We stayed 2 nights and would have enjoyed staying longer if our schedule worked. It is in an older building but recently reworked. Booking.com made a mixup on the credit card. I gave them the card and it seemed accepted. The host was not paid and asked about it and I found a note on my confirmation that the location did not accept credit cards which was not true. Izzy handled this very well - friendly question before our departure and all resolved, they took ours. I blame Booking.com

The perfect B&B.

So from the moment we walked in it was perfect. It was clean and fresh. Izzy and Peter made us feel very welcome. The room had everything and more in it. Very clean and spacious. The shower was probably the best I've had, such great pressure 😁. It had little extras around the house that you could help yourself to, like little sweets or different tea bags etc. Being a fussy person with food, I do worry, but Peter and Izzy were very accommodating with all my needs. This is definitely! definitely! Worth going and staying. From walkers with dogs or just a quick break to chill. Thank you guys for a great stay.

A great, comfortable stay.

Comfortable, clean, spacious room. Friendly hosts, nothing too much trouble. Our dog was welcome as well. Wonderful breakfasts. We will definitely stay again, loved the little extras.

Outstanding - such good value

What a lovely B&B with so many touches and additions more akin to a 4* hotel. Great hosts, very comfy bed, a shower that can pin you to the wall, brilliant breakfast and superb value. To cap it all there is a smashing pub just over the road. Best B&B we have been in for ages

Perfect, will book again!!!

Exmoor house was amazing, Terri and Austin were really kind and welcoming. We loved our stay end to end, we loved the room and breakfast. My son said it was the best breakfast away ever!!

Nothing really but if you held a gun to my head and needed something, I would say the Wi-Fi strength could’ve been a little better. Nothing that they could’ve really done as the weather was really appalling and caused a lot of the issues.

Would highly recommend, lovely weekend !

Everything was perfect! The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay cosy & comfortable ! We went with our 8 month old and they made everything so easy for us!
