Nice.

Andreas is great and funny guy. Its right next to clubs, so if you go for clubbing its perfect. Alot of tourist in July.

Location is good, very nice and friendly staff, clean rooms

Music form the clubs next to the hotel was pretty loud, especially Thursday - Sunday, the parties were up to 6AM.

Really dirty - I do not understand why this place has good reviews. It's not as advertised.

I didn't like anything about this place. It was absolutely filthy - from the bathroom which had mould and soap scum in the shower and bath, to the coffee mugs and spoons which hadn't been cleaned/dirty from the last people in here, the outside patio even still had old balloons tied up there from previous occupants - like even the basic cleanliness wasn't there. I also then found insects in my bed. If I had somewhere else to go I would've left, it was just filthy. I've included photos so you can see some of what it was like.

In addition to the above, this property advertises air-conditioning as included but what they mean by 'included' is that the air conditioner is in your room. They want you to pay about 8 euros a day to use it. It is really clearly advertised on Booking.com as an included service (and does not say additional charge - attached photos). When I showed the owners this when they tried to charge they told me I was calling them liars and that they had phoned Booking.com and Booking.com had said that wasn't the case - I then kept showing them exactly where it said it on Booking.com (as well as the policies page on Booking.com that did not specify air conditioning was charged) and they kept putting their hand up in my face saying "we're not interested" - absolutely appalling. They ended up giving me air conditioning for free but would knock on my door the day after to tell me again 'they weren't liars' - no one said you were, but you can't advertise something and not provide it.

Very pleasant

This was my second time staying here. People are very kind, and rooms are clean. Some rooms are new, others are older, but both nice. Location is downtown, so very close to the party street. Also, bus stop is 5 min away. Depending on months, you can hear/not hear the night life noise. Anyway, I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Lovely hosts, very comfortable and enjoyable despite the noise

We loved the hosts! They were very friendly and hospitable. The room and the amenities were good value for money. Very comfortable. Close to the main strip in Ayia Napa and the beach.

The only things we did not like about the property is that they were close to a couple of nightclubs so the noise levels late at night/early morning were very loud. Also there were a lot of young people staying who liked to party so there was lots of noise coming from them during the evening/early morning

Acceptable, all in all

The hosts’ availability. The bed was comfy and we had a balcony, not much of a sea view though, different from the pictures.

Unfortunately, the apartments are located near the city centre which is full of very loud clubs, so we needed ear plugs to sleep because music was on 9 pm - 4 am every single night. The bathroom was not so clean, there was hair in the shower and the towels were stained. The lady notified us upfront that she would not clean the place during our 9 day stay. However, she did it once and she changed the towels once. A/C is only available for additional payment (8-9 EUR extra)

This is an exceptional value for the price. Everything was clean and was continually being tended to. It was a short walk to the beach, groceries, main street and the bus stop.

There was flooding the week I came. All homes and businesses were affected. For this property, they had to rebuild part of their entrance and also the restaurant. It was expensive (I’m sure) but now it will be all remodeled.

Good location.

Location is great, water boiler in the room, room is fair size, balcony, nearby to the beach and nightlife, free soap and toiletries and very beautiful garden inside the hotel with lot of green plants.

-Heating is not included in the price. There is no separate heating and you must pay for AC to get the heating also. On the winter time it gets really gold in the room so I recommend paying for the heating then. Back when we did the booking in January there was still free heating in the listing, but now it seems like they have taken it our from the listing which is good. -We had no hot water most of the time in our room on our three day stay. We were very happy when the staff finally gave us the key for the other room at the last night, so we could walk there and take the hot shower in there on our last night. Which was very nice of them. -Staff has this attitude that they think they are always right and the other party (the customer) is always wrong and can not admit their mistakes.

The location is good is nearby the center of Agia Napa, there are no available facilities, the a/c is an extra charge if there are no sunny days and no hot water, mattress of the bed is so hard that makes you sleep uncomfortable, there is not cleaning service of the apartment...

The pressure of the water, the a/c can be included, the beds must be more comfortable, the furniture is very old like from 1974, is a lot to improve

Very good location with parking. Reasonable price. Spacious room with comfy beds. We had access to kettle and fridge.

Breakfast was quite disappointing - we were hoping for some localty, unfortunetelly during our 3-night stay we had fried egg with toast every morning. Another problem was access to hot water - it starts flowing after a very long time, you have to waste tons of cold water until you get to take a hot shower
