Great location, adults only hotel with great and helpful staff!

I think the front desk staff was excellent and helpful with everything. I liked the room size, the breakfast buffet was extensive and had an excellent selection of foods. The room I had was very quiet even when there was loud music coming from wherever! The location is perfect for wandering around, in the center of town, close to many restaurants, shops and to several beaches.

I think the hotel was old and dated looking and if spruced up a bit could be incredible. (ie, the hall carpeting, some of the doors, etc) It is quite a maze to get through to the area where my room was, but I appreciated it being quiet for sleeping. I never used the pool so no comment but it looked very crowded. Indoor pool was too cold so didn't use that either.

Hotel adult only idéal

Hotel très bien situé. Piscine propre et confortable. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Le SPA et la salle de sport sont bien équipés. Personnel toujours souriant et toujours disponible.

Great location if you are there to go out and party.

Location, Facilities, the all inclusive package, staff were brilliant.

The WIFI was shocking. We spoke with so many hotel guest who all said the same. Not enough parasols around the pool. The volume from the younger hotel guests. Had to call reception on more than one occasion due to the same group of guests having a room party till the early hours, plus the noise they made on other nights on their return from their night out. I was told that this is a busy time of year for younger guests and it was recommended to me to return late season. Told the pool is freezing early season. The size of the room. We stayed in 4 different hotels whilst away on our tour of Cyprus, This was by far the smallest.

Good hotel / nice food

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Ayia Napa and surrounded by very nice restaurants & cafes ... The breakfast is v tasty ans room are comfortable

The internet/WiFi wasn't working in the room . The reception staff promised to fix it but they couldn't and apologised for that ...but for me thats a drawback !

It wasn’t great, it wasn’t horrible.

Not much, to be honest.

When we arrived the check in staff informed us that the wrong type of room was reserved and we would be moved to the correct one in the next day, when I could also talk to the manager. No more explanation or sympathy was given, just “tomorrow you talk to the manager”. The manager was extremely friendly and helpful, no complaints there, but extremely inconvenient to have to pack your things and move halfway in your holidays. Bar staff was majorly very difficult to deal with… Dimitri was extremely nice but some guy name Chris looked and acted determined to make the holidays even more unpleasant…. Always arguing and making things more difficult than it needed to be. But, to be honest, based on how we were treated overall while in the country, I can see that the good customer service we got from the manager and Dimitri was the exception, not the rule.

Cozy, good location, good food and drinks, good pool. Very cozy bar and lounge area near the pool. I would especially like to mention the massage service. We visited the massage department and received extremely friendly and helpful service, a flexible range of massage services and an individual approach. The girl at the reception Olga spoke English and Russian, which was convenient.

Few seats at the pool, not enough for everyone, you have to get up early and occupy a sunbed. Inconvenient location of electrical outlets in the room, the lack of dryers for towels and bathing accessories. Not enough dumbbells of different weight in the gym. No navigation around the hotel (information signs), it is easy to get lost on the first day.

Unfortunately, we will not recommend this hotel

The restaurant was nice. And basically, that is the only thing that we can say that we liked. We were a group of 8 people and the entire group was very disappointed from this hotel!

- The WIFI was BAD!!!! Almost no WIFI at all - When we entered the room the sheets were dirty! - The cleaner lady did not clean the room properly! - There were not enough chair around the pool - The rooms were so uncomfortable! - The facilities in the room were very old!

Nice place to stay in general

Nice resort! Adult only! Comfortable rooms! Kind stuff and pretty central location!

The food in the buffet, options for choice to eat on the bar, and the biggest issue was getting water to the room in the morning when you are super thirsty, it is a very project to arrange a couple of water bottles to your room, even when you pay for it.

the staff was really nice and welcoming ,the room was really clean the breakfast was good as well, i had a massage at the hotel spa the spa lady was so nice and gave me a discount

the ac wasn’t working as good as I would’ve expected but everything else was so good that I didn’t even complain

PerfectClassic Hotel for Classic Car

Staff go beyond to make your stay special. We were in Ayia Napa for Classic Car Festival and the safe parking for our car was essential which the hotel has.

There was nothing not to like. Safe and peaceful haven.

Although it's an older hotel, it's very well maintained. I really liked the atmosphere of the Spanish style Court yard and pool area, it was very quaint. Friendly & helpful staff. Location. Direct access to Pepper Lounge through lobby

The food was below average starting with the eggs at breakfast They were rubbery and hard like plastic, hash browns soggy. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad at Soma for lunch and took 2 bites. The lettuce was DROWNING in dressing making it VERY soggy and the chicken was over cooked and tough, I didn't eat it. I expected a lot better food being that the restaurants in the front ( Pepper, Central, Sale e Pepe) are very good.

Very good hotel (Gym was not so good)

Very comfy bed, nice room with a balcony. Breakfast was good. Stuff was very very friendly and our room was beautiful and very clean. The terrasse were we took our breakfast was also very beautiful, nice hotel with very nice stuff and very clean.

The pool close at 19:00. Its too early guys, we are on holidays and there are no kids in the hotel, you really could open it longer. Same with the gym, also closed to early. The gym was very dirty, a lot of hairs and dust all around the floor, and there were to less weights for a good gym.
