L'accueil du personnel, la propreté. Le fait d'être surclassé. Quartier populaire.
Pas de savon pour les mains. Pas de mouchoirs où essuie tout pour laver la vaisselle. Pas de transport à proximité (10mn à pied minimum) . Wi-Fi pas stable, obligé de demander des nouveaux codes.

The staff was incredible and helpful.
All the services (bar/restaurant, pool, laundry, tours) are incredible.
The room had good size, it had a small balcony and good fridge with new water bottles everyday.
Not easy to find.
The room cleanliness was not good (floor not vacum or washed everyday - serveral hairs and other things)
A/C filters were not clean, small tv and the pillow are really bad.

I came back to ISanook after 8 years. I purposely chose the same hotel as I liked it so much.
It’s a relatively luxury place (relatively because it’s still very affordable) in rather poor surroundings. The staff is amazing, super helpful.
The basement apartments, even though super nice because of a direct access to the pool area, had problems with humidity. Namely some mould on the walls, sometimes bad smell.
It looked to be very well maintained, there are humidity absorbents present in the rooms but the weather and ground conditions can’t be defeated.

Nice roof for sunbathing. Good western food and cappuccino in restaurant. Good for that money.
They give me room with a view to another building, too noisy conditioners, cannot open a window or chill on the balcony. The bathtube was in the corridor not in bathroom.

The staff were super friendly and helpful
The restaurant was terrible, and it was not very clean. I was almost charged for a stained towel from drying my hair which has semi-permanent hair dye in it. It comes out of my towels at home with a hot wash and some bleach, so the fact that they couldn’t get the stain out is a little worrying for the quality of cleanliness. There were also pre-stained sheets on the bed and soiled chairs in the room. The shower also looked quite grubby, so remember to bring flip-flops

Great modern hotel with good facilities, lovely pool and we also enjoyed the jacuzzi on the roof.
Bar staff were lovely and make a great zombie cocktail.
Lovely local authentic food, try Yummy food just round the corner, you won't regret it.
It's out the way of the hustle and bustle of Bangkok but we liked that.
It's a little out the way, in a quiet area but easy enough to get a tuk tuk or use grab app to get a taxi to busier areas.

Nice staff, friendly. Spacious and clean room. location somewhat interesting as off the main roads a bit of a walk to MTR etc. Taxi is best way to get around from there.

Really nice and clean room with everything you need. You can use hotel jacuzzi, pool, laundry, Cafe, restaurant or small shop. They can also arrange airport taxi or some one day trip for you.
On the roof top there is really nice view.
After check out, they offer using all facilities all day long (they also gave us towels).
The breakfast is fine.

It was the closest hotel to city centre that included pool, gym and breakfast. Super close to Chinatown and rest or activities reachable by tik tok around 100-200bath
A bit more variety in the breakfast would have been perfect 👍 like more fruit not only watermelon and pineapple, and something more to put on bread, not only mermelada and butter.

15mins walking distance to MRT/subway station and 22 mins walking distance to BTS/skytrain station at a quick pace. be considerate ur travel mode in the city before u book.

Great hotel. The room is large. The staf is friendly. Ms Happy helped us to book taxi and always gave us solution when asked about anything. Definetely I will come back to this hotel. The staf in the breakfast room is also friendly and helpful.
The hotel is not visible from the big street. But once you arrived at the hotel, the hotel is great. You can walk and find seven eleven.

Clean, friendly staff and in a “secret area” which is quiet. Balcony and near good restaurants and 7 Eleven etc.

Very nice suite, had nearly everything suited for an appartment and the amenities were great. Best was the location, tucked away in a quiet alley area but still in the centre. Heaps of local stalls around selling good Thai food (try the homemade noodles), lots of fruits (ultra cheap and diverse selection) and great smiles (for free!). Fruit lady was so sad to see us leave so she gifted us a banana.
Some dishwasher soap and a sponge to wash your dishes in your appartment should be made available from the start so you can clear up after yourselves (it was supplied once we asked). Other than that, nothing.
