Очень тихий район нету много шума В квартире очень чисто все есть чтобы готовить еду Хотелось бы Чай в номере ну ладно

- когда купался очень слабый напор воды - Нету ключа в квартиру только код немного страшно (мне)

Very disappointed place! dirty place and fake picture in the booking.com. So many hairs everywhere from ex visitor! Disgusting!!

Affordable accommodation in good location.

Good location near all main attractions. it was relatively easy to find free parking spot at the location.

Not very well equipped kitchen, the building would benefit from some renovation.

Poor place

Apartaments are not so fare from city centre and beach. But it's necessary to say the way is hill-side.

The room and bathroom was not clean. Kitchen equipment is very poor: there was just one normal tea spoon and few plastic ones. Tabouretes are broken. Sofa is dirty . There is not any hair dryer

was pleasant and sufficient for our purposes. Would rent again depending on price

Location was good. There was in addition to the microwave, an electric convection two burner stove which was useful, even though only one of the burners worked. Microwave worked well and the fridge was of sufficient size.

wifi and tv did not work when we arrived, but this was taken care of. Originally we were told that the code to open the apartment door would be sent the day before we arrived, however we did not get it through email and had to call several times, finally getting it only an hour or two before arriving.

Superb

Was great for my 1 person stay. Convenient location, a degree of privacy, space to prepare basic meals, comfortable bed, good shower pressure, good WiFi. Instructions for self check-in were clear, staff were available online for any questions. Would come back.

Walls are a bit thin, so if you have noisy fellow guests in the neighbouring rooms you will hear them

The location was good and the apart was clean. They need to keep more kitchen items to make the guest comfortable. Only two very small pan without spatula

Exceptional

We collected the keys in a very easy way, there is an elevator to the flat and a nearby supermarket. The location was super and we didn't need to use taxis. also the flat was clean and comfort.

Nice for a short vacation on a budget.

for that price is good enough. plenty of parking space. close to the bars and restaurants. Good communication with a host

The kitchen equipment was poor, can be renewed. a key to the toilet was missing.

Good value for the price.

Great location, walkable to malls & waterfront (which is being restored as of March 2022, so no swimming at the closer beach). Responsive staff. Easy entrance to apt.

Bed pillows need switching out. Needs additional kitchenware. Should leave more towels & bed linens in room.

Amazing appartment, perfect location with quality equipment - don't miss that!

The property was very clean, well-equipped, super well decorated. Everything was very comfortable, overall temperature, hot water in the shower. The location was perfect, parking spots were availiable right in front of the entrance. It was very easy to check-in, we get very clear instructions, it was PERFECT. We will surely book again the next time we are around! Thanks for everything :)

Low value for low cost. We are not comming back.

Good location, quiet, walking distance from the hotel's zone. 24/7 bodega across the street.

The room needs redecoration - peeling wall paint, water leak leftovers on the wall, shower handle hanging hook was broken and we had to hold it, and more. The furniture had known better days - the armchair leaned on the wall otherwise it will break, all others are old and tired kitchen tools, silverware, glassware - no single pair from the same set. No teaspoons, plates are a bit broken on the edges, glasses are ugly, no wine glasses, pots and other tools looks sucks and we didnt try using it. The Wifi is working but it is not connected to the web!!! the owners didn't answer to our request to connect it. We had only one key waiting on arrival (a very basic key). We asked for a second one so we can split but the answer was we can work it out with one key. they suggested we leave the key at the box in the entrance but the main door was left open several times (probably by other tenants) so practically anyone could come into the appratement.

poor condition apartment

not much. we had better experience a few years ago.

maintenance was terrible, the apartment on shabby condition, hot water pressure almost gone. contacting host for basic repair was promised but didn’t happen.

Good and not expensive way for 2-3-nights stay.

Pretty clean, very quiet. Easy to find, close to the sea and big mall. Good and cheap way to stay for a couple for few nights. Furniture is well, normal bed quality.

Some amenities are missing, despite the description on the site. I mean overtop (microwave only), hear drier, iron. It could critical if you counted on them according to the description. The electrical kettle was half-broken, turning on and off by itself, with no control.
