The little pink house was a delightful place to stay! We were in town for a friends wedding and this was a great location! Centrally located, kitchen had everything we needed. Owners were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

The house is comfortable and quiet. We had everything we needed for a week stay and the owner was very responsive. There are quite a few stairs to navigate, so consider that if you have mobility issues.

My daughter and I were in town to visit the University of Oregon and the place was 100% perfect. Not only was it ideally located, had everyting we needed, the owner was easy to contact, it was easy to check in and was spotless. We felt like we were at home from the moment we walked in. I highly recommend staying here.

We were generally away from the property from early morning to early evening. For the evening and night time, everything suited us well. Beds were comfortable and living space was cozy. Kitchen was well equipped. This small home is surrounded by other large homes, and therefore, views are confined. If we were in the space for more of our day, we would have found this to be a difficult limitation. Be prepared to navigate a full set of outdoor stairs with your luggage. Also, keep in mind that bedrooms are upstairs while the bathroom is on the main level. Excellent communication with the host.

What was most important to us was the cleanliness and it far exceeded our expectations. The rental was fully equipped, especially with nice white towels. The unit was cozy and private but still close to things my friend and wanted to see and do. The access to Hendrick's Park was great. We walked by the U of O campus and neighborhood and enjoyed the quiet space of the unit while catching up on each other's lives.

It seems the whole of Eugene stands behind their Ducks. Hosts were pumped that my son and I were visiting the university. Lovely property. Brilliantly located. Essential oils to diffuse. Shower products provided. Comfy beds. If my son chooses UofO, I envision us staying here again and again and again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. Quiet location close to the University of Oregon, nice layout to the house, and good restaurants and a small market within an easy walking distance. Lara was wonderful to work with while we were there. Friendly and very quick to reply to a call. One tip if renting, don't rely on Google Maps to find the property. The property is not where you would expect to find if following the street addresses on Sunset. Instead, when turning onto Sunset from Fairmont, access the property by turning into the first alley on the right and then driving up to the end of the alley. You'll then see a small sign on the right for the stairs to the house. This is where you can park. Overall, wonderful stay, and we would stay again.

This house is so well kept and has everything you need for a home away from home! It’s quaint and super cozy, nestled in the tree’s. The university is within walking distance which is a huge plus as we were there to visit a student. We were granted an early check in and found the owner to be very responsive and pleasant. I will 100% rent this home again and again!

We were in town for a campus visit at the U of O, which is conveniently a couple blocks away from this amazing home. The house was clean and very well stocked with just about everything you might need. Communication with Lara was wonderful; we felt well cared for the entire time we were there. Should our son choose to be a Duck, this will be our go-to place when we come for Parents Weekend and to visit.

This property is as cute as the pictures! Clean, comfortable, and tucked away in a neighborhood. One night we encountered a deer. I took a walk both mornings. Felt very safe and enjoyed a great view of the university.

I love staying at the Little Pink House. It’s tucked up in the hills near Hendricks Park but just a short walk to U of Oregon campus. The place is always immaculate. Friendly and available property owners. It’s a very cozy place!

This was a much needed mini-get away for us and will say that the property and location were exactly what we needed. Nestled nicely in a great neighborhood and perfect enough for myself and my wife. We had a great time, enjoyed the property and the area as well. Got to attend the Football game and spend time with our son who is in his 3rd year. Close to everything. Would love to stay there again if the opportunity presents itself. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable.
