One of the best stays of my life!

This is an excellent place in terms of location (beach facing), very spacious & the owner is really nice guy! He welcomes you with warmth and helps you out wrt anything & everything. One of the best stays of my life! Also, the place is very spacious !

Very nice vacation

Highly recommend. We stayed in the apartment, very clean, very spacious, the view from the balcony absolutely beautiful. The villa is right across from the beach, you have to walk for 2 minutes to get your feet in the sea. Alessandro passed the vibe check, he had good advice for our stay.

Location is perfect. The sea is right across the apartment. The apartment is big. Wi-fi connection is good if you need to work.

There was no hot water in the kitchen and the second bathroom. But since the weather was already guite cold (November) the absence of hot water in the kitchen was a big issue. One of the sunbeb on the terrace was broken. In general the apartment was cleaned, but the furniture was very dusty

Everything about this property is amazing. The terrace balcony is a massive bonus, with a spectacular view of the beach. Excellent facilities within the apartment and the location is close to bus stops.

The location of the property, as well as the terrace of the Apartment are absolutely five stars. So is the helpfulness of the owner/manager. Sound and light isolation form the outside is excellent, which is useful as the area is often busy.

Noises from the neighbors' bathroom can be heard in the bedroom, but this is only a minor inconvenience, outweighed by much by the many qualities.

Absolutely amazing!

Our stay was absolutely exceptional. Alex who accommodated us always extremely helpful and kind, making our stay in Cagliari as pleasant as possible. Very comfortable bed, spacious balcony overlooking the beach, great for star watching and a night cup. Excellent location directly at the beach, easily accessible by bus. We appreciated also the garden shower

Even though I appreciate all the kinds of recycle bins in the room, I did miss a bin for general waste. Selection of tea, Nutella was a great touch, but a coffee in the room would also be appreciated.

We liked the location. The air conditioning was very effective. The shower was very good. There is a great fridge on the terrace.

The bed was very hard, we stayed for seven nights. Not clean. They haven't changed the bedding once, instead they just turned the sheet around, the few tiny blood drops from my side migrated to my husband's side. T

our stay in Villa Maria Luisa was very nice! the location is perfect with a wonderfull view to the beach. there are hardly no cars driving infront of the street, so its very quiet when you sit on the balcony to enjoy the sun and the environment :) Alex was a very nice host, he gave us good recommendations about restaurands, bars.... and was alwasy reachable for questions. he also allowed us a late check out. thanks for all.. highly recommend

the property was perfect for a short break and very central to everything whilst being quiet, clean and comfortable with

the property is adjacent to the beach and plenty of restaurants within walking distance- There is a road between the beach and apt. it is pedestrian only with many people cycling, running & roller blading. Alex and his family were incredibly helpful and organised an airport transfer. would definitely stay here again.

The best place in Poetta

The hotel is very charming a very well decorated place! Super clean in anywhere, the towers and bed sheet smelling super fresh! All facilities available as such as the beach stuff (beach chairs, umbrella, mori bug board), location is amazing, literally in front of the beach. The host Alex provided us an excellent service, being very supportive and friendly since before the arrival. A very good transfer service from the airport, on time and very friendly!

Very friendly and caring staff

The place is right on the beach. Very comfortable and calm yet close to everything. Supermarket is 5 min away and restaurants all over the place. Alex was friendly and helping us from the moment we landed till after our checkout.

We stayed here for 4 nights, the villa is amazing, very clean, modern and the location is just opposite the beach… the villa is kept really clean.. Alex was super friendly, informative and very helpful in all our needs. Highly recommended!!

The location could not be better for a stay on Poetto beach. The room was lovely, clean and had an amazing ocean view. Alex was very helpful, met me at check-in and had some good recommendations.
