Séjour exceptionnel dans un petit paradis

Hôtel exceptionnel, l’un des meilleurs hôtels de ma vie! Ici vous entrez dans un petit paradis: très beau jardin avec piscine de style balinais , la vue est à couper le souffle , il y fait calme , le personnel est souriant, disponible et prêt à vous aider à n’importe quel moment, les repas dont les petits déjeuners sont variés et délicieux . Nous garderons un excellent souvenir . Nous espérons avoir la chance de pouvoir y revenir un jour. L’hôtel et le personnel nous manquent déjà . THANKS Béatrice and Diego.

Stressful

Not much. View of the garden.

Would not recommend for digital nomads. The hotel is super far from anything. About 25minutes. The internet is bad so you have to got downtown for work. They only shuttles at odd times. Even food deliveries do not want to come there. The hotel is getting old and smells like mold. The pool area is facing the street so you have hear cars while trying to relax and enjoy the rice field. If you are not the 3rd floor or higher, forget about a view of the rice fields. All rooms do not come with mosquito nets and there are lots of mosquitoes. Saw a few cockroaches in the room as well. The room is super small with one window and the beds are super hard. The rooms are barely equipped. I just left early as I was more stressed living there. Om Ham? More like Uhm No!

Best place to stay in Ubud

The kindness of all the staff, who from the moment we arrived helped us to feel more comfortable and to get to the places we wanted to visit. The service is amazing, the restaurant is really nice as the food they make and with good prices too. And a detail not less important: breakfast is great. We got two different rooms during our stay, both of them were excellent, if I have to recommend it would be definitely Superior Room. The views, the common areas, the pool, the spa service (best massage experience ever); everything all together with the people that work there made our best hotel’s experience in Bali. A special thanks for the details they had on my birthday. Definitely coming back when I have the chance!

A bit outside of Ubud, but beautiful stay

Beautiful resort and friendly staff! Food uses fredh ingredients!

The room was small, not a lot of space to move around and put stuff.. the food was inconsistent and breakfast was disappointing. One day it was great lunch, then the next day, dinner was mediocre. Limited fruit for breakfast!!!

Loved it!

Amazing pool and grounds. Peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of ubud but still close enough to easily ride into town for dinner etc. perfect place to explore the rice terraces from.

Positivity happiness love filled stay

Everything!! It is not just a stay its like a home! ❤️excellent food. Extraordinary people and service. We celebrated our son’s first birthday and they made a lot of surprises without even requesting for and did not even charge for it. Loved the stay 🩷🩷

Lovely hotel with a peaceful vibe.

Breakfast was excellent. The view and setting were beautiful, and the pool was very pleasant to sit by. The staff are wonderful and nothing was too much trouble.

The bed was too hard for my preference. While there is a safe in the room, it is not attached to anything. The whole thing could easily be picked up and taken away! It needs to be bolted to the shelf. The hotel transport is expensive and there is only one shuttle service per day into Ubud. Fortunately, Gojeck helps overcome this.

Disappointing

Breakfast was good , outdoor area is stunning with trees . stafff are indo so ofcourse they go above and beyond but that’s standard everywhere I went in Bali

I ordered a carrot cake and they gave me a green and white mould infested sponge. That god I realised I was about to give some to my child . They lied to my face when I asked and said they have a turnover of the cakes every 3 days . No problem that I almost got food poisoning because they gave me 10% off my meal LOL they should have covered the bill and maybe I wouldn’t be writing this. I normally don’t write negative reviews but you need to do better Also usually hotels with 4+ levels have lifts I injured myself during a massage package in the hotel during my stay from slipping out of the tub and couldn’t get moved into a lower level was not fun

Enjoyable peaceful place to stay in

The environment is quiet and peaceful and it truly helps you wind down from the usual hectic life we lead. It was a really nice stay and I would recommend it.

The only thing that I can complain about is that the place is not accessible at all to persons with disabilities. The rooms are only accessible through three high steps with no banister. In fact I have suggested to the people working there that I understand that it may be a bit of a sore eye to the rest of the aesthetics; it would have been much better if there was at least one side with a banister or maybe a ramp that leads to the rooms.

very cosy hotel with lots to offer like great breakfast, pool is amazing, view is good while eating breakfast and great staff.

the bed was not comfortable as it was too matras turned into one bed. which is not very comfortable when there is a line.

I love this place , close to rice fields and quite. Far from main road 5 kms. Great place for relax and recharge.

Excellent facilities including free yoga classes and superb healthy breakfast"!

The breakfast was varied and delicious but healthy too! Really enjoyed my stay!

The communal balcony ..... Would have preferred a private balcony but these are only available in corner rooms at extra cost. There were children at the hotel running around. Not really a place for children. People here want peace and quiet.

I really like my stay at OM HAM, will be back definitely.

free morning yoga class was never 1 hour. They start at 9 am and finish 9.30-9.40. They actually want you to pay for other classes. I suggest them to have at least 1 hour proper class as they committed

amazing yoga healing experience

staff are very friendly and there is a very relaxed atmosphere. love the breakfast and the yoga class and the massage treatment . Nusri is a amazing yoga teacher and massage therapist. she has very good energy.

internet connection is not the best . I would be happy to pay more for internet connections and stay longer.
