This was a beautiful stay! The view was amazing... especially at sunset! And it's just 5 minutes walk to some great restaurants

the location was everything

when we arrived there was a smell. we told Elton to look at it. In the middle of the night we were going through the bedroom to check where the smell was coming from, we thought it was a rat or something. we noticed it up was a wet carpet. we had to pull it out of the bedroom.

Great location - be very careful with T&Cs

The location and view are second to none. Some nice touches including a small shot of some hard liquors and a handful of coffee pods. Washing machine and dryer were terrific.

I took umbrage at them charging me £10 to take a £500 deposit, after spending £1,500 for the weeks accommodation. It’s just blatant theft. I also read the terms and conditions which they sent on check in and it included things like “if you don’t take photos of the place and upload them to the website (which website is unclear) you will be charged for all damage they find” and “they will charge you for the cost of any damage at their discretion (meaning without a quote)”. The apartment is nice but it isn’t a luxury flat by any stretch. The lounge room floor rug has never been cleaned (or vacuumed) since it was installed (try sitting on it and you’ll see). There’s black mould in both bathrooms. The kitchen cupboards are swollen from moisture. The lounge room air con hasn’t worked for some time. I refused to accepted the terms and I refused to pay the £10.

Perfect place for Cape Town visit

We loved absolutely everything about this place - the view was breathtaking, the location was very convenient and safe, the place itself was very clean, modern and had everything you needed. It was a great surprise to see the beds were made when we came back in the evening- so they provide daily cleaning services too! I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cape Town.

comfortable apartment in top class location but with some hiccups.

Great location with lovely views over camps bay. Nicely furnished and very comfortable. Friendly welcome from Elton.

Parking awkward and limited availability on a first- come only basis. R700 non refundable fee for indemnity against damage or R200 non refundable fee plus deposit taken two weeks before visit. renovations in adjacent apartment underway until late at night despite promise from agents these would be completed well before our visit. daily servicing of apartment appreciated other than one day without warning or explanation.

We had a wonderful holiday at Modoco, Camps Bay. The apartment is modern and spacious and has spectacular views from the

Modern, spacious and clean. Stunning view of the ocean and mountains. Excellent location in the heart of Camps Bay. Easy walk to beach, cafes, bars and restaurants.

Poor water pressure in the showers, and construction noise from downstairs during our stay.

Nice place to stay. Host were awesome!

*Walls are extremely " thin" could hear neighbors as if they were in the same room as you and could even smell the foods that they cooked. * was unaware of nightly 2 hour power outage *Scheduled for 4/20 arrival, did not arrive until 4/21. Made host aware of late arrival due to layover within 72 hour window. Did not recieve refund for day not occupied

The views and the sound of the sea from my bed room.

The cleaning lady doesn't thoroughly clean the place. The pots still had burnt stains and the windows and sliding door had dirty marks.

Had we needed to stay for longer we would have moved from the apartment due to the odour.

the apartment is a bit shabby, pillows very bad and there is a strong sewerage odour that accumulates during the day making it unbearable at night.

1. Difficulty finding the address 2. Lack of parking 3. Lack of assistance when checking in. No information at hand and you find out things as you go along.

Fantastic location and views. Well specced apartment that delivers what is promised. Loads of storage as well for what is not a huge apartment.

Beds were uncomfortable and duvet was fairly low quality, especially for a property of this standard.
