The owner is super friendly, welcoming, accommodating, and helpful. He helped us organise our reservation for the Thermal Spas (we recommend the morning session at San Vincente). He checked-in with us every day, to see how we slept, how our day was, and if we might need anything. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the staff were kind enough to offer us coffee & tea throughout the day. The property is even more beautiful than in the photos, and there are a few little road-side spots to grab supper. There is a very sweet dog on the property. The rooms are beautiful, as are the views. The shower water was hot (enough) and housekeeping comes daily. There were many sweet spots to hang out, such as little covered "kioskos." We were offered a parting gift and cannot recommend this property enough.
We liked everything!

Bariloche Hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The hotel itself is so beautiful, a finca with all the Coffe Region appeal, super-well taken care of, and the surrounding area is just breath-taking. Couldn't have stayed in a better place. Also, Leonardo and his family were such great hosts! They do know what hospitality is!!! Loved this place!

Wow, the staff were amazing. They made us feel very welcome and were very friendly. They were able to help us book tickets to the hot springs and made sure we were happy and comfortable. We are a family of 5 so our room was massive. Everyone had their own bed and they were all comfy and warm. The place is on a mountain so we had spectacular views. It was clean and we would definitely return. It was also very close to Termales de Santa Rosa. 10min away. Breakfast was yum and filled us up. 😋
We didn't have a shower at the hotel so I can't comment on the hot water, sorry.

If you ever visit the area, Hotel Bariloche is the place to stay. Very traditional hotel owned by a local family. The owner Mr. Dyonar was extremely helpful and did everything he could so we have a pleasant stay. He was always there when we needed something, he arranged our visit to the Termales de Santa Rosa and he suggested places for as to visit.
Personally, being a person who travels a lot it was one of the few times that I felt like at was at home with a host who really cares about his guests. I really hope some time to visit again.
ps.The breakfast was amazing!!!

The welcoming energy felt and transmitted during our stay. Property was clean as were the rooms.
My family enjoyed the beautiful scenes, met tamiles from other countries, and shared memorable coffee chats
The sadness felt when departing. Feeling of leaving family behind.
Nothing negative to say- everything was exceptional

We got 5 star service from the owner himself. He greeted us by name as soon as we drove in and offered us drinks to our room. He and his wife continuously helped us find local sights and helped with the booking of the hot springs nearby. My Spanish is a 3/10, and he was very patient speaking slowly with me and waiting for me to explain myself. By the end of the stay it was beyond just a business transaction and felt more like I had made new friends. The scenery was stunning being surrounded by a panorama of mountains and peaceful animals.

The couple running the hotel is just marvellous. Philosophically speaking, the whole experience there was about balance, tranquility and happiness. The nature around is unbelievable. They have 3 cute dogs, llamas and fantastic surrounding. We stayed in the cabanas, it was perfect. Dionar - hope I spell his name correctly - is a great partner talking about anything with full sensitivity and patience. The latter was important as my Spanish is not higher than A2. Would love to come back any time! Thanks amigos!
The fact that we did not stay more.
