De perfecte uitvalsbasis voor Pereira en omstreken.

De faciliteiten waaronder de sauna en de jacuzzi zijn super fijn, de locatie is fijn dichtbij Salento en Filandia en Eduardo en zijn personeel zijn persoonlijk, behulpzaam en zorgen voor een fijne relaxte sfeer.

Een airco in de kamer zou het perfect maken.

Venus pour 3 nuits, nous sommes restés 4 jours!

Hôtel de petite capacité très appréciable, au calme, dont les services font penser à une chambre d'hôtes. Tout est fait pour que l'on puisse se détendre: grand parc et belle piscine superbement entretenus par Pedro. Il y a un espace soins du corps: possibilités de massages dans une pièce réservée, jacuzzi, sauna et hammam. Chambres propres. Il est préférable d'être véhiculé pour venir chez Eduardo, ce qui permet de visiter la région du café. Aucun problème pour se stationner.

Las instalaciones bellísimas, cómodas, libres de mosquitos, todo un lujo. La atención de primera calidad, muy amables todos, desde el dueño a los empleados. Se desvivieron por atendernos de la mejor manera con consejos de visitas y actividades, en las comidas, pendientes de nuestra llegada para abrirnos el portón y preguntarnos si habíamos comido. Quedamos encantados

Exceptional staff and family friendly atmosphere

I recently stayed with my family at Cotinga for a couple days. Eduardo and his team are amazing and made us feel like being part of the Cotinga family. We enjoyed our time there so much that we would definitely come back. Thank you Cotinga, for making our stay so memorable!

The rooms are not very well isolated against noise from outside.

Highly recommendable relaxed Finca!

Very nice Finca, very cozy and not to big, colorful big garden with pool and nice outside area to enjoy a coffee, wine beer. Staff and the owner are super nice and supportive with whatever you might need. Finca is not too big (7 rooms), very familial atmosphere.

Exceptional

What an amazing Hotel!!! Everything looks even nicer than on the pictures, it's all new, super clean, has a Sauna, steem bath, jacuzzy, the staff is adorable and the service excellent. The owner Eduardo is the best, he takes so much care and really ensures that his guests have the best possible stay. I'd come back any time :)

Exceptional

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Beds are great. Breakfast was a very delicious and traditional Colombian menu. Massages were fun. But the highlight gotta be the service, it's something else. I was sick and needed some medicine, Eduardo, the host, went to the pharmacy in person to get the medicine and even paid from his own pocket. I obviously refunded the money but still, that was something else. No doubt I will stay at this hotel during my next trip. PS. My fiancee and in-laws also loved the place and specially the service.

Perfect 'base-camp' to explore beautiful Zona Cafetera

Very nice place in countryside of beautiful zona cafetera. Owner and staff arewxtremely nice, uncomolicated and orhanize everything you can imagine for you. Owner has sent a huge amount of sight-seeing- and restaurant recommendation in advance. Just be aware that this is no 5-Star hotel, it's an authentic nice litte place which fits perfectly in this area. Simple, but amazing. Will definitely go there again.

Great place to stay in Pereira!

The host English speaking Don Eduardo is the best at friendliness, helpfulness and making sure your stay is a pleasant one! The rest of the safe, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is outstanding. The pool, massages are relaxing. The hotel is in a central location, where you can visit Filandia , Salento and other sites to see.

Very welcoming staff, always keen to help for everything. Simple but good breakfast, in the nature but 10min from Pereira. Excellent for kids, lots of playing areas.

Very weird to have people doing massage in the middle of the lobby... it deserves a dedicated place.

Wished we could have stayed longer. This is a hidden gem in the coffee region.

The property was beautiful, the room well appointed and clean with a hot shower, good breakfast, and the staff (especially the owner Eduardo) is incredibly warm and helpful. We were sorry to only have one night here as the spa area and pool looked amazing.

perfect stay with incredible host

wow! this property was fantastic! Eduardo is a genuinely wonderful host who welcomes you into his home as if you're old friends. The breakfast was fresh, great and made with care. We stayed in the presidential suite which was very spacious, had a big bathroom, view and balcony with a comfortable king bed. The sauna and jacuzzi were perfect after a long day and the pool was sparkling clean though we were too cold to swim. Perfect retreat. highly recommend.

Host was great- we felt welcomed.

The property was well kept, comfortable rooms. All the staff was friendly and made our stay very pleasant. I had allergies and they were able to call the pharmacy to deliver some medication. Breakfast was made fresh, plenty and very good.

Amazing host and lovely property. We enjoyed it a lot.

We had the presidential suite, which is huge and the bed was extra confy. I particularly appreciated the games available and the amazing hospitality of the owner and all the team. they were simply amazing!!!

A bit too close to a main road, you can definitely hear the noise of traffic.

The absolute perfect getaway to unwind. A true home away from home.

I have never in my nearly 40 years of staying in hotels had such a private, personalized, relaxing, comfortable, homey experience as I had throughout my entire week at Cotinga. The owner was immediately like a friend, connecting with us daily to ensure we had the best stay possible (including waiting on us for a huge personalized daily breakfast, changing our room to a better one without being asked, giving us private access at the time we requested daily to his spa facilities, trusting us to use his living room and kitchen facilities to suit our needs, and just generally making our whole family feel right at home). Furthermore, the grounds are beautiful and well-equipped, the staff is very warm and polite, and the room we stayed in was exceptionally beautiful, luxurious and comfortable. What more could you want?

I never stepped foot in the large outdoor pool because I found it too cold for the temperate, rainy climate. However, daily access to the large indoor hot tub more than made up for that.

Relaxing stay

My husband and I loved our stay at Cotinga Hotel Spa. Eduardo took care of everything for us. The spa treatments are delightful and the grounds are beautiful! I love the high end shower products from my favorite local brand.The jacuzzi and saunas are an added bonus. We will be back!!

Outstanding in every respect. Eduardo was always there to help, advise and make us comfortable. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the hotel grounds are exquisite. The free jacuzzi and sauna were something we had not come across anywhere before.

It’s beautiful location perched on the hill and open air dining experience just welcomes you to relax pool side among the assortment of trees! The resorts host Eduardo was exceptional with hospitality and making you feel right at home instantly. Definitely take advantage of the spa!

Eduardo and his team are truly amazing. No matter if it's in the morning, afternoon, evening or even late at night, they will do everything to make your stay memorable. We got offered to borrow his own and his daughters mountainbike and even a bike rack for our car. We had a massage which was fantastic. Breakfast was comprehensive and fresh. The accommodation is new and clean. Probably one of our best accommodations in Colombia.

The shower sometimes was a bit cold, but when that happened we got help within a few minutes and the problem got solved.

It was awesome!

Eduardo was a great host! He was really attentive and had helpful tips about what to see around Pereira and how to use the local bus. He speaks really good English. To get into Pereira you need a taxi/Uber but it that was super easy so we really enjoyed the hotel a little further out of the city! The jacuzzi was really relaxing. We highly recommend to stay with Eduardo!

Eduardo and Minerva went above and beyond to make sure we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay in this beautiful hotel. It was the perfect place to recover after 3 days' hiking in the National Park. A huge comfortable bed, jacuzzi, sauna, delicious dinner and massages all for a very reasonable price. Thank you so much!

Family-owned, Professionally- run

Eduardo was attentive, accommodating, friendly, and spoke at least Spanish and English. He took so much pride in telling us how he remodeled a family finca to create this beautiful, tranquil space and made sure we knew our typical Colombian breakfast was all hyper locally sourced! What a great way to sustain the local economy. It was clear he had thought through all the details - the bathrooms even had wash clothes and spa towels (the first I've seen after traveling through Colombia over 5 months).

We have literally nothing to complain about.
