Fantastic stay, great value for the money

Excellent hotel, with a very nice owner, Gevorg. He was very helpful, always around, and gave the bet service. Room (deluxe) was very comfortable, clean, with everything that you need, and a beautiful view over the mountain of Ararat from the window. Breakfast was really great: always fresh, different every day, and so much food that would be enough for full day. If you want, Gevorg would cook for you very good food any time for a very affordable price. There is transfer from/to the airport if you need, with an affordable price. Hotel has a very nice court, with a pool and resting area. Staying to this hotel is an enjoyable experience, feeling more like home. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Gevorg! We'll come back to stay at your hotel every time we come to Yerevan.

Very good

Accommodation is adequate . We got an apartment with a large bedroom and sitting room with all amenities. Breakfast was included- there s a nice garden next to where breakfast is served

The hotel rooms are on the 3rd floor without elevator

Location (near the airport).

Only cash payments in AMD. The strong smell of paint in the hallway and rooms. The towel is like a floor rag in terms of cleanliness. Happily, we don't need to sleep there, only put our stuff for half a day.

Exceptional

A historic and antique feel about this hotel which nevertheless had modern facilities like WiFi and air conditioning. Perfect location for me given its proximity to Zvarnots International Airport (I was only in Yerevan for a few hours on my way to Georgia). Perfect hosts Gebor and his wife looked after me wonderfully. Excellent traditional Armenian breakfast was included. Great view of Mount Ararat from my window.

Nothing really. It was perfect. The neighborhood was rather rundown but hey that's life.

Good for back packers

Near to the airport and spacious. Nice staff.

you will have to climb 60 steep stairs with your luggage to reach the room. No restaurant or grocery in walkable distance.

A nice place with very hospitable and helpful people. Good value for its price

The hotel is lokated not far from the airport so I was pleased to get there quickly at night. The staff is very friendly and helpful regarding info about the city, taxi, money exchange. Breakfast is substantial, I didn't feel hungry till the late afternoon, though it was standard breakfast of eggs, sausages, cheese, bread and butter, seasonal vegetables

The rooms are on the third floor but there is no elevator.. I didn't want to take my heavy bag upstairs so the manager offered to leave it in his office. Everything was ok

Paid 4 Euro more than the expected price. Brakfast was included but there was nobody and no breakfast. I booked nonsmoking room but the whole rooms smelled of cirgarets. The living room was very noisy. main street in front and no soundproofing

furniture store area, but supermarket five minute walk around the corner to left

large furnished room with a refrigerator & fairly good internet access. Nice bathroom & large bathtub-shower with good hot water. Supermarket around the corner to left. Coffee machines to left & right one minute walk.

Bathtub needs caulked - water gets on floor and does not drain from floor. Sunlight is hard to block out at window for a few hours.
