Good location.

Given a voucher to go a local cafe for breakfast, but it’s closed on Sundays. Why didn’t management know this ?. The front door key is difficult to use & at one stage 3 of guests were stranded outside. Eventually we were told to insert it half way & lift it ???? Why bother to have such a tricky mechanism, just get it fixed or replaced.

The location and the roof garden was great.

As we had a night flight they did not keep the laguages.the tv was not good

it’s not really breakfast so don’t count on it. But there is so many cute bakeries down the street so it’s just better to buy something and enjoy the atmosphere.

The aprtment was really cold and heating by A/C did not really help a lot. The bathroom was terrible. The shower was full of mold, handle for the shower was broken, door handle of the shower corner was missing. Coffee machine did not work and we could not use a wifi since we never received the wifi pswd.

Perfectly located, very big room, clean and luminous. The staff was very kind and gave a lot of tips and informations about the city. Was travelling for work and the B&B was 2 min walking from the store.

Location was incredible. Host was very friendly and responsive. Rooftop terrace was lovely. The room is great and very spacious.

The location wonderful, the rooftop made it all. The host was very supportive and responsive and the access to both the city center and beach was easy.

Nothing worth mentioning. Maybe the double bed shoul have a big matress, instead of two smaller.

We arrived in the hotel few hours before check-in but the hotel host Tobia didn't have any problems with preparing the room earlier and letting us leave our baggage in the hotel. The hotel was located in an amazing location, close to the central station, close to the sea and located above the main shopping street. The best location ever. The hotel room was located on the top floor of the building with lift and there was a huge garden and a huge terrace with chairs, sofas and relaxation area. The apartment was really big, there was a big double bed and a sofa, there was a table with chairs, coffee machine and a fridge. There was a TV with YouTube and Netflix as well. They left us some welcome food, drink and breakfast. It was all very clean, and comfortable to stay in. The terrace was amazing to watch the sunset from in the evening. The hotel hosts were really amazing and nice. If we ever stayed in Bari again, we would definitely go to this hotel!

The bathroom was a bit too small, therefore we couldn't open the shower door properly.

The location was perfect, it was right at the center of the city, on a shopping street. The balcony was big and our room was right in front of it.

Only thing I didn't like was the bathroom, the shower was so tiny and there was a noise coming from the heating water thing. Also nobody came for 3 days to change the sheets or towels.

The economy room was horrible. The shower was running, althought we told them they didnt fix it. For 4 days they didnt clean the room or change the towels .

We travelled here for my wife's 30th birthday. I had mentioned this to the staff and they said they'd prepare a nice welcome. Not only did they welcome us but they prepared a bottle of chilled prosecco, a bushel of roses, and balloons to mark the 30th birthday. And the next day they surprised us again with Focaccia in the hotel room when we got back in the afternoon. The staff did an amazing job and were super friendly. The rooms were nice and perfect for the two of us. We spent a decent amount of time on the patio area enjoying the sun and the surroundings. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a nice little stay in Bari.

the staff is extremely helpful and kind. The location is really great and 10 mins to old town. There were few items were missing but the staff brought over very fast

we asked for double bed, but it was combined two single bed. There arent much space to leave stuff in bathroom or hang towels but the staff provided as soon as possible

I was assigned a employee over what's app. This employee spoke zero English and could only communicate over what's app, very poor experience. We had breakfast booked in, but no explanation was given about where the breakfast where located, had to call management for this. No information about WiFi was present in the room. When arriving, the bed mattress was upside down (what?...). The sink in the bathroom was stuffed, so it overflow and dirt from the pipes came up, absolutely disgusting. I ended up cleaning this myself. When trying to explain this to the assigned employee, the communication was incredibly poor and I could not create a proper conversation with him. All and all, bad service, expensive for what it was, also had to clean up sink.

The B&B is unstaffed. We had to wait half an hour for Luigi. We had to pay cash as the bank terminal did not work. We were surprised that it was impossible to take breakfast in a B€B.

During a storm the second day the wind blew open the window and the rain came in the room. Luckily we were in the room and manually kept close the windows. The glass in the roof of the static entrance hall was broken and the marble stairs were very slippery. This seemed to be normal for Luigi although I informed him about his responsibility in case of injuries. I made my complaints of all this together. He called his boss who would call me back 20 minutes later. Luigi disappeared and we never heard anything. Mos of these complaint we read afterwards in other reviews also. In other reviews we often read that the elevator did not work but I must admit that it worked perfectly during our stay in this miserable B&B.
